I am raising BUY IT NOW pricing for non-BTC (or LTC) related funds to 18.5BTC equivalent.

The conversion from fiat to BTC is to the buyer's account. All funds held in escrow would be BTC.

If you could purchase "larger than 24nm" chips in MAR/28/14 from a NEW COMPANY under the following conditions:

• Chip front end design is complete, verified, and has a functioning FPGA for proof test.
• Chip designer has contract with fab in place.
• Power draw is < 1W/ghps
• Price is = $1.50/ghps for 1st wafer run (chip only @90% yield).
• Price is = $0.85/ghps for subsequent wafer runs (chip only @90% yield).
• If multiple wafer runs were sold, all buyers would receive either more chips or BTC refund.
• All of your order funds held in BTC by 3rd party escrow (community-trusted) until first shipment occurs.
• No refunds unless the project is failure. (Failure being clearly defined as being late more than 30 days or chip yield < 50% or power draw >+25% or NRE not recovered.)
• Buyers would be able to add orders up until NOV/01/13 before cut-off with chip fab on initial wafer volume.
• You get to have a say in how the chip PCB is designed and packaged.
• Chip interface specs are freely published for community PCB developers. If no developers step up, company would provide PCB design and production.

MPOE-PR: I know this is off topic for this thread, but how does MPOE deal with securities compliance
and the possibility of shutdown by the SEC?

LabRat has indicated that the 2 weeks of dividends will buy much more hardware than the difficulty erosion. In my opinion, when he runs across available hardware that will (for the price of 2 week's worth of BTC dividends) overcome the difficulty increase, electrical cost, and management fee, he should pull the trigger! His bulk buying power affords LRM the opportunity to buy hardware at a very aggressive price. That hardware availability is almost never linear. It happens in fits and spurts. He may need to plunk down $100K or more at one time. The dividends taken each week drains the fuel tank. Sometimes, LRM will need to ask for a deference of dividends in order to have cash on hand. As long as LRM is transparent about this process and as long as LRM shows both need and expected benefit, I am all for it. LRM essentially has to keep ahead of the difficulty increase longer than the competition. LRM will do that with aggressive hardware purchases, low operating costs, and plenty of good faith. My only request is that LRM demonstrate good faith by being as transparent as possible. Transparency will provide more investors, liquidity, bond value, and long term stability. Transparency regarding online hash rate would be a great start. This alone will show most skeptics that LRM is not a Ponzi.

After speaking with LRM, I believe the hash rate increase we'll experience by donating 2 weeks of dividends
to LRM will more than offset any difficulty increase over that same period of time. It will also set LRM up for
the next hardware acquisition phase(s) occurring over the next 180 days.

With LITECOINGLOBAL closing, what are your plans for maintaining this asset? I am a major
shareholder of the 99,000 outstanding shares. A proactive and complete plan for transition

So, Bitfury forum folk, what is the final type/size of PSU that is needed for the North American breed of Bitfury rig?

Are we now getting essentially 2 x 200GH rigs for each 1 x 400GH rig? What type of connectors do each of the M-boards require?

I presume that the M-boards now use either a molex or a 6-pin pcie or something like that? Or are we still using
the bare wire power connectors I saw over on cscape/intron's thread?

I presume that Dave has addressed this in the OWNERS MANUAL. I also heard rumor that they may be supplying the
kits with the PSU included? Has anyone gotten a definitive direction from the powers that be on this subject? I'm all ears...

Bitfury purposely underclocked the chip to achieve competitive power specs. That essentially means
they are willing to deliver more total hardware for the equivalent hash rate. To me, that means KnC
will have a lower (ultimate) price point than Bitfury when the pricing war is over.

I'm not sure I understand why you say that Bargraphics has displayed retarded logic. I know him and
I know that he is not a single camp kind of guy. To me, his statement is not coming out in support of
KnC. To me, he is simply stating that in order to have the same power draw for a given hash rate, the
55nm hardware has to be underclocked and over-supplied (comparatively).

Everyone is singing the praises of 28nm architecture, saying that it is the best bang for the buck. All
I see is spending a tremendous amount of upfront money for a huge risk and offloading that risk to a
bunch of pre-ordering ASIC junkies (us). I don't like it. I believe that Bitfury hit the nail squarely on
the head. I believe they will underclock to compete with the 28nm folk and just have an incrementally
higher hardware cost. They may not see the profit that the 28nm folk could ultimately generate, but
they also took A LOT less risk and spent A LOT less OPM (other people's money). Very commendable and
admirable in my opinion.

Lastly, we really don't know what KnC will yield. We only know their estimated power. It could come in
anywhere really. If their chip isn't custom routed like Bitfury's, then is it possible that their performance
differential will only be due to using smaller architecture.
