Im Insolvenzfall sitzt übrigens niemand im dunkeln. Wie soll das gehen? Glaubt ihr die schicken mitarbeiter in jedes Haus und klemmen den Anschluss ab? Ihr bekommt einfach weiter Strom  Das ist nur, was die im Spiegel-Artikel vermuten :-P Ob das praktisch umgesetzt wird, wird sich zeigen... |

Da bin ich auch, nachdem ich eine Strompreis-Vergleichs-Odyssee hinter mir hatte. Am Ende haben mich die Schönrechnungen anderer Anbieter nur noch angewidert - die glauben wohl, man ist zu faul/dumm zum Nachrechnen! Letztendlich habe ich mich mit Naturstrom für einen der sehr wenigen echten(!) Ökostromanbieter entschieden. Und jeden Milli-Cent noch 3mal umzudrehen, hat unsere Umwelt auch nicht verdient... |

Schade, dass der Thread komplett abdrifted...
Interessant wären vielleicht Lebensmittel, die nicht im 0815-Supermarkt stehen und somit einen anderen Anspruch haben.
z.B.:
- frisch geröstete Kaffeebohnen (nicht Tchibo!)
- besondere Getränke ("Club-Mate" ist in weiten Teilen Deutschlands immer noch nicht zu bekommen!)
- Regionale Produkte (wo bekommt man z.B. schon "Hopfennudeln"?)
- usw...

- beim Minen gibt es mittlerweile nur noch 25 BTC statt 50 BTC
- viele Leute ließen sich durch ihre Gier verleiten, bei "Investment-Fonds" zu investieren, wurden letztlich aber alle über den Tisch gezogen (gibt einige Threads hier)
- die groß angekündigten ASICS erinnern eher an "Vaporware"
- es wurden einige Stimmen laut, die von ihren (deutschen) Banken das Konto gekündigt wurde, weil sie Bitcoinzahlungen erhalten haben

Is it a "free bitcoins" site?
I tried clicking on a link there once and only porn site opens. I have nothing against porn sites but open dozens of these random links is a sure way to get malware sonner or later. So I dont consider to visit it anymore You may get frustrated unless you know this piece of information: click one of the links on the page several times.

All older clients are compatible with this change. Users and merchants should not be impacted. Miners are strongly recommended to upgrade to version 2 blocks. Once 95% of the miners have upgraded to version 2, the remainder will be orphaned if they fail to upgrade. How do miners have to upgrade? Does this affect the single miner or also miners working in a pool? |

(1) At the moment we all talk about miners, GPUs, ASCIS, bulletin boards are filled with discussions. But once no new BTC are mined, will the price drop to 0? Because no one cares about BTC any more?
As far as I got it, once all 21 million BTC were mined, new blocks can still be created through mining, but won't be rewarded with the newly generated BTCs (50 BTC at the moment). Instead of this, the fees will rise, so that the fee value will be payed to the miners to create new blocks. Without the creation of any new blocks, transactions won't be possible... |

But there is no real "out of the box" PHP solution ready, right?
As most PHP based onlineshops (oscommerce, xtcommerce, zen-cart,...) run on a shared webspace, they would really benefit from a solution that does not rely on "bitcond" running as a service (or external server).

Mit einer Briefkastenfirma im Impressum könnt ihr lange warten, 1oz Gold zu verkaufen...
Ein potentieller Kunde weiß von euch überhaut nichts, wenn er schon in Vorkasse treten soll.
Und dann das Ganze noch ohne SSL im Shop!
So wird das nichts...
