Withdrawals do not take 12 hours. 90% of withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. Also, one of the exchanges you mentioned suffered a very large hack due to the nature of their coin storage management. Our storage is 100% cold storage. Thanks to whaleclub i'm on 600 USD loss! GUYS, it takes 12 hours + more to withdraw! Will those guys cover my 600usd loss due to bitcoin withdrawal delay!? Sent lots of tickets but NO REPLY! Just curious! I was a loyal customer and always tried to support whaleclub to my friends, i'm very disappointed Stay away if timing is important for you! i just wondered you because i´m old forex trader and for me mt4 has really great functionality, i always worked with it. i was watching your web platform and it´s elemental compared with mt4.
I see. Yes, we try to keep things simple for beginner users. We do however provide advanced orders like stop losses, trailing stops, etc. What kind of functionality are you looking for? |

Thanks for your feedback. We have MT4 on our roadmap but not enough customers have asked for it since they prefer our web trader interface, so it's not a priority. Are there specific reasons why you would want to use MT4? |

Hi whaleclub, I really like the changes you made from the recent UI update. I'm so happy to see my previous request features added from this update. Another request, any chance to add Ripple (XRP) in your crypto margin trade? Ripple has already surpassed Ethereum (ETH) from the total volume market cap. You should add this ASAP  Why?  By next few days this coin is about to have a huge dump. If you could implement this soon, you could snatch Poloniex users to try WhaleClub. As Poloniex is sucking like hell now and cant handle traffic from Ripple users. Hello Sir, can you kindly add trading for USD/JPY, USD/AUD, USD/RUB. Coffee bean, corn, wheat.

Released stability fixes and updates to streamline UI on Windows browsers, particularly relating to the leverage selection menu. Server-side updates were also deployed to increase order execution speed up to 30% especially around news events. Great job on the updates and new markets. Any idea on adding trade reports beyond the simple csv file for trading history?
Yes, more advanced reporting is on the roadmap. In the meantime the csv file can be loaded into a spreadsheet program like Excel or Numbers on Mac and any kind of number crunching can be done on it. Data for all your historical trades is available in the file. |

I just want to ask, if you have sigs why don't start a campaign? why someone to put it on and advertise your site and service? just for the ref link? I am thinking though to place your sig and see if this "affiliate system" can work for me...  Hello, We offer sigs as a convenience to the community here on bitcointalk. Our affiliate program is designed to become a passive income source for affiliates over time, something a sig campaign cannot achieve. Residual affiliate links posted on social media, blogs, etc. are likely to keep attracting traffic for the affiliate, while a signature will change, and hence terminate additional income for the affiliate, once the sig campaign is over. The current system is more scalable for both the affiliate and for us. |

Hi I have 3 questions. 1.) May I know if we have restriction with referral? For example, can I introduce WhaleClub from my brothers, wife, coworkers, schoolmates. Then signed up under MY REFERRAL LINK. Is it possible to signed up under same IP address? Do you allow this? 2) Do we earn from profits made by our affiliate downlines? or just from deposit? 3) What is the maximum affiliates can we have. Thank you  Hello, 1) You can refer friends and family. You can trade on the same IP as long as there is no collusion in trading to exceed the specified per-account volume limits. 2) You earn 50% of revenues generated by traders you refer. Referring affiliates will not net you money unless they deposit and trade. We considered having an affiliate-refer-affiliate system, but in that case would be obliged to decrease the 50% flat payout we currently have. In our testing the current system results in higher payments over time to our affiliates. 3) There is no limit to how many people you can refer or how much profit you can generate. It's a fully scalable system that pays 50% of revenues of any people you refer, for life. |

Is 50% on first start or is there volume limit of referrals after which it become 50%?
It's 50% flat payout, from the moment you start. There is no ladder or a predetermined volume threshold you need to pass to get there. |
