Sì infatti, almeno per gestire un cex di quelle dimensioni, cioè con pochissime coppie. Se la memoria non mi inganna quando ci fu il caso Bitgrail si venne a sapere che a gestire Bitgrail erano in due. Bitgrail era certamente più piccolo di TRT ma la parte tecnica credo avesse più o meno complessità simile perché anche loro avevano poche pair. La differenza sul numero di dipendenti era invece lato amminstrazione e compliance: TRT aveva una struttura per queste funzioni, Bitgrail da quello che ho letto no. Bitgrail era molto più giovane, perché è durato poco tempo dalla nascita all'hack, ma aveva raggiunto 230-250k utenti... Di gran lunga più di quelli che aveva (e ha tutt'oggi) The Rock Trading. Era prassi degli exchange non obbligare il KYC e per questo crescevano molto più velocemente in termini di utenza (richiede anche molto meno lavoro lato umano, perché fino al 2017/2018 credo che i controlli fossero tutti manuali, poi forse hanno cominciato ad automatizzare molto, ma al tempo era un lavoro enorme gestire le registrazioni utente per chi faceva KYC) io l'ho usato sin dall'inizia e sono stati sin dall'inizio (anche quando erano basati su malta) molto pignoli sui documenti e il KYC poi si sono trasferiti in italia, peggio di peggio quindi sono cresciuti poco a causa di questo non potevano manco avere USDT all'inizio per motivi legali, quindi questo blocca molto la crescita |
