Typically the President and/or managers run the day-to-day duties of companies, while CEOs are usually only in charge of making big decisions, and sometimes even work for multiple companies.
But, regardless, let's say Inaba answers that, no, Nasser is not "in-house," does live in Paris while communicating over Skype, and does not run day to day duties of the company. What would be your next question/statement? I'm curious as to where the "Aha!" comes in.

my 'ahai' moment comes at the same time you 'ahai' moment comes

I would like to know what specific functions Sonny carries out within BFL. Is he a director, president, owner, CEO, founder, employee, or a combination of some or all of the above? Also, what is the history of his involvement with BFL?

^ +1. Unlike the other stupid questions, this is really the only one that matters.

which still is not answered fully by BFL reps themselves.

i have kept my question ontopic trying to ascertain the role sonny plays as BFL reps state that nasser is in the driving seat and sonny is just another of the 22 employees. the quotes from myself to you Rassah were in a private message about the bigger picture of the last 9 months of BFL, sidelining the main question of this topic.

so lets just get to the route of this topic and leave other matters for other threads.
16462  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Re: Butterfly Labs CEO 25 Million USD Mail Fraud A Concise Summary of Evidence on: September 26, 2012, 06:26:32 PM

i actually appreciate your reply on the matter, but id much rather have straight answers from the BFL rep's themselves, instead of us having to dig everything up.

i appreciate your replies, but want to here the same mature response and answers from the BFL reps themselves.

straight questions have been asked but no straight answers have been given.
treating sonny as just an employee with no major stake in the company sidelines the fact that although he is hiding who RUNS the company by having different names on the door.

EG
i can run a company and take a salary of $200,000 a year, do all the day to day business, but pay a handfull of people $10k a year to do 2 hours a week and give them the title of board of directors.

sonny is not just an employee who happen to come across BFL and hand in his CV to the established company. he was part of its inception.

so again i would like a BFL rep to confirm

is nasser the in house CEO that runs the day to day duties in the company??

<P.S inaba i know you can type fast to create your insulting waffle and avoid straight answers. but what is even faster is the straight answer. a paragraph of waffle insults takes longer to write then the straight forward answers. especially when you write pages of insulting paragraphs. 1 straight answer PLEASE!!. >

is nasser the in house CEO that runs the day to day duties in the company??
16463  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Butterfly Labs CEO 25 Million USD Mail Fraud A Concise Summary of Evidence on: September 26, 2012, 05:21:33 AM
without waffle i will counteract INABA's theory that i fabricated the evidence of BFL's address being an apartment block called chambers loft in that pastebin. heres my source

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=48863.msg597832#msg597832

crazy troll.. im only deemed crazy as INABA says my evidence is fiction.. shame its INABA's evidence.

i had high hopes for INABA's open-ness back at the start of august when he took the job. shame its resorted to insults with no substance from him.

now back to the question about nasser

Franky, your tinfoil hat shit wore thin about three weeks ago.  I'm just tired of your constant haranguing.  If you were ever able to provide any facts that wern't fabricated, we'd have had very different conversations... but you proved yourself to be far to disconnected from reality to engage in any sort of serious manner.

read your own comments from december 2011.. u even photographed the building.. so their your tin foil hat idea's..

so seriously about nasser... CEO - day to day running inside the BFL in the USA.. confirm or deny..

<waits for more waffle without straight answers...>

please once show some maturity and earn your wage being a spokesman for a shady company.. 1 straight answer..

does nasser do the day to day running of the company inhouse??

fact: http://www.facebook.com/nasser.ghoseiri nasser's facebook.

location paris.. and yes before u try to say thats not its the same nasser that works for BFL.. atleast look at the 'likes' page.. BFL FPGA..
16466  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Butterfly Labs CEO 25 Million USD Mail Fraud A Concise Summary of Evidence on: September 26, 2012, 02:48:24 AM
lol INABA i love your insults, and your lack of answers. as you know by answering it i already have the proof that opposes the answer..

although BFL has said nasser is CEO. he actually lives and works in france. for a bank. so nasser is just the glossy face to put onto the company paperwork as being the CEO, but does not do any day to day work in BFL US (kansas) offices.

if anything its most likely skype calls.

let me guess sonny does the day to day BFL stuff....

but i bet he only wants to be called officially.. a supervisor..

shadier then the dark side of the moon

I simply wanted the information out there for all to see and felt that Off-topic was the best place to present my findings so not to derail any ongoing threads. Was just trying to be considerate.

Considerate?  Really?  I'll let poor Josh Wepman know you were just trying to be "considerate."

Franky1: Please shut up.  Your inane babbling is almost as bad as Mem's ridiculously childish insults.  Are you related to him or something?  You do know he's declared mentally handicapped by Australian law, right?  You are striving to be equal to a mentally challenged person, please rise above that level at least.

answer one single question with actual maturity.. your waffles of insults are useless and makes you look like you are incompetent in your role of a corporate spokesperson,

so again 1 single straight answer

is nasser CEO .. and does he play an active role in the BFL offices and is not a back seat passenger while someone else is in the driving seat?
16468  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Butterfly Labs CEO 25 Million USD Mail Fraud A Concise Summary of Evidence on: September 26, 2012, 01:42:18 AM
So, the summary I have so far:
Sonny Vleisides, the guy who was involved in the $25mil scam, is a high level executive, but without majority holding, and thus no control of the company.
Chris Vleisides, his stepfather, is the president of the company.
Andrew Vleisides, Sonny's cousin, registered the domain, and I guess likely runs the website.
Nasser Ghoseiri is the CEO of the company.
The company bought a defunct corporate name, and is incorporated in a different state (which are both understandable, since to register a new corp costs ~$150 instead of $50, and likely Missouri has shit corporate laws).
Most of the money sent to the company is converted to USD right away, and resides in a business checking account.
The corporation is using standard financial controls, including multiple signatures required on checks.

Did I get anything wrong?

on this note id like INABA to confirm nasser is the CEO and takes a active role in the BFL offices. and is not just a back seat passenger with a glossy name badge while sonny takes the reigns and does the driving?

no waffle please, no insults .. just one straight forward answer for once. take a sip of coffee before u reply INABA, stay relaxed and just answer the question in a diplomatic and mature way.

is nasser CEO .. and does he play an active role in the BFL offices and is not a back seat passenger while someone else is in the driving seat?

gavin the creator of the bitcoin client made the announcement

bitcoinqt 0.7

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=110243.0

now the thread can be locked as it wasnt really a world changing announcement. but more like a reminder to everyone to update their client
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=110243.msg1200028#msg1200028
No, and if you recall the specifics about were : "that should contribute some stability".

Still what is it ?

its the new client.. even gavin said new client updates would make transactions more stable. but the most stable version would be version 1 which is still a long way off.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=110231.msg1208347#msg1208347

its not about price stability. and this thread is about a quote from Gavin a bitcoin developer... not a trade/exchange site owner or webstore owner.. so its all to do with making the blockchain, transactions, etc more stable

With reference to the medical technology:

I'm not sure how that can be accurate since BFL posted that they were BF Labs in 2011. Do you have any proof of this?

That line of reasoning makes no sense. Chris Vleisides is listed as the President/Director of BF Labs, INC. That's a pretty huge coincidence for some random company to happen to have him as a director.

at the time of the november 2011-december 2011 investigations BF Labs Inc of wyoming was still listed as the biomedical company that went bankrupt. it wasn't until 2012 that sonny bought the title.

surprisingly INABA was involved in investigating BFL in late 2011 and it was him and others on the thread back then that found butterflys chambers loft address via the telephone number.

but now he is on the dark side. ridiculing the evidence and any hints that he even helped gather the evidence in the pastebin he now calls tinfoil hat stuff

it might actually be worth reading the stuff in that paste bin, instead of letting INABA call it a tin foil hat job and ignore it.. read it urself and form own opinions. the bitcointalk thread at the bottom has many bits where inaba is in the chat.

tinfoil hat.. made using the aluminum from inaba lol

i have read all the threads.. and rubberduckie deserve the goodwill donation...

oneminer...
learn the difference between goodwill donation. and bounty..

it was a good will gesture.. not a payment for services.. = there was no contract. and even if they were a contract for payment of services.. those threads suport koolio's case not your oneminer.. its clearly obvios rubberducky helped him.

dont get arsy if ur half attempts dont get u a reward, and then claim its a legal payment for services rendered....

its good that you helped but dont get angry and threaten people if ur 10% advice thinks you deserve a prize when someone else does 90% of the work after you..

i hope you help more people out in future with a more positive attitude and not an extorting/blackmailing attitude you have shown today oneminer

again from my point of view and points of view of many readers of the threads, rubberducky gets the goodwill..
16477  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Butterfly Labs CEO 25 Million USD Mail Fraud A Concise Summary of Evidence on: September 22, 2012, 07:09:15 AM
yes slight misleading especially when my first message was BFL dont make microchips, boards etc to which inaba's flame is It's all created by us, for us specifically.

dictionary definition of 'ALL'

maybe BFl should look back at the GPU industry websites. such as sapphire graphics..

not one mention of processor manufacturing.. but they do say board, card, solution...

their quote "Butterfly Labs manufactures a line of high speed encryption processors "

even more of a shame they tried linking themselves to the biotech brand name they bought up at start of 2012 which went bankrupt in 2011 and was not linked to BFL until sonny bought the title from the state for $50.

even more of a shame the butterfly labs tried so hard to pretend they started off as the biotech company they even added medical devices to their drivers page.

such a sad shame that the links dont work.. and the website has not been updated in that long, minus minor tweaks
16478  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Re: Butterfly Labs CEO 25 Million USD Mail Fraud A Concise Summary of Evidence on: September 22, 2012, 06:24:40 AM
Dude, lay off the crack.  I have never said we manufacture FPGAs, that it patently absurd.  By all means, provide one shred of evidence I have ever uttered that.

i would do direct quote but the thread is locked heres the link the the message of another INABA flaming reply

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=109349.msg1204369#msg1204369
(quote)
Contrary to Franky's fabrications, we do not, have not and are not rebranding anyone elses boards and selling them. It's all created by us, for us specifically.

(/quote)
so 2 flames against me.. one saying BFL have it all made specifically next your saying you didnt make it specifically as its patently absurd.

there were more but i thought a recent one would do.. trolling through ur waffle takes a while.. Wish u just stuck with the truth and straight answers.. then it would be easy to read and get facts.

to clarify, just reply with a number that best describes BFL in relation to the FPGA production
1) BFL with FPGA would be a close analogy to ATI with GPU - producing the microchips
2) BFL with FGPA would be a close analogy to Sapphire with GPU - using other parties chips, but creating boards in-house
3) BFL with FPGA do not do any circuity. we use only OEM boards (free licenced ready made) and rebrand them

if one of these numbers does not best show what BFL done with its FPGA production. explain it as previous flames contradict each other.

P.S FPGA patently impossible.. hmm whats your patent status of ASICS
16479  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Butterfly Labs CEO 25 Million USD Mail Fraud A Concise Summary of Evidence on: September 22, 2012, 05:21:40 AM
so if u cant design a FPGA then designing a ASIC from scratch is even less plausible.

FPGAs are general purpose programmable hardware.  It would have been stupid for BFL to create FPGAs from scratch when tons of other companies do it at much higher volumes allowing for a cheaper price than BFL could do.

this question is not about the shiny box, or the circuit board. just the chip...

it's a altera atratix3 EP3SL150F780 FPGA.

remember ur websites slogan 'manufacturing micro porcessors" (not verbatim)

The slogan is "Butterfly Labs manufactures a line of high speed encryption processors for use in research, telecommunication and security applications."  I'd like to see you buy a EP3SL150F780 and mine with it out of the box.  It's just a chip, so you'll have a hard time powering it and connecting to the network, let alone programming it to mine.  BFL has taken care of all that, thus they've "manufactured a high speed encryption processor".

I'm not a BFL shill, but couldn't stand this uninformed crap -- learn something about the technologies or get out.

INABA in the past said they produce the chips........... thats why i wanted him to say it again now everyone knows they are altera based.

secondly saying your a processor manufacturer.. is different to being a circuit designer.. ASUS, whom make motherboards do not claim to be CPU manufacturers..... same analogy goes for BFL.. so far we have seen them only make products using third party chips. i wanted INABA to confirm this. to counter his previous posts. or to uphold his position that they did indeed make the FPGA chip.

flame me all you like but making a sub $200 circit board using third party parts to gain trust, to then get the big money. is similar practice of many ponzi, pyramid and Pirate scams.

so as i have also pre-ordered. i am frustrated to see INABA say one thing, which contradicts what is found in the real world on websites and by actually finding out information.
EG sonny actually being a director and not just an employee of BFL
16480  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Butterfly Labs CEO 25 Million USD Mail Fraud A Concise Summary of Evidence on: September 22, 2012, 04:54:12 AM
ok ill stay on topic with a direct question

why is sonny listed as the director when he purchased the incorporation title in wyoming from the then defaulted biotech company.

if you say he is only an employee?

please 1 straight answer. no waffle. no obscenities.. a straight answer from a rep of a company asking for hundreds of dollars from customers..

is sonny a director?
