Takes awhile to get any shares accepted. Just a heads-up.

My favorite SHA256 altcoin is Unobtanium (UNO) because of the potential value over time due to limited supply. My favorite POST altcoin is VeriCoin (VRC) because of the implementation of Proof of Stake over Time, allowing anyone to profitably stake (mint) coins regardless of wallet size. My favorite POS altcoin is Exclusive Coin (EXCL) because of the potential value over time due to limited supply. My favorite Platform-based altcoin is STEEM (STEEM) because of the integration of rewarding social media. Kinda like a blockchain version of WordPress.

Find value in the features (something unique), the launch, the algorithm, benefits. There are a lot of copycat coins. According to DeepOnion.org, they provide anonymity via the TOR network. That is a unique feature. HODL your ONIONs or trade some for a coin that is more valuable to you.

Only been mining a couple months, but I have to say that overall bitminter has been the best interface and most consistent with users and shares. A few days with just a stale block seems harsh, but I imagine solo would take somewhere to the order of months to years. Very happy with this pool.
