1  Economy / Economics / Re: CASHING OUT YOUR CRYPTO-CURRENCY PROFITS on: September 29, 2019, 06:32:12 PM
The best way to cash out your cryptocurrency profits is using a Bitcoin ATM. You can get cash and some of them do not require to provide identification. However, I do not know why you would want to cash out Bitcoin. You should hold!!
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you need to become a successful trader? on: September 29, 2019, 05:30:54 PM
First of all, you can't be a professional trader without learning technical analysis. yes it's true it can't predict the future, but it teaches you when to enter a trade how to close your position if the price goes against you with minimum loss and allow to trade base on data, not on some emotion feelings. Fundamental works for the people with good, it's good for long term investment, as a normal person must learn technical analysis and do swing trading if he wants to increase his capital. About your question, how about learn everything that can be useful for you since you want to be successful trader.

Technical analysis is only the first step to become a successful trader. on top of that, you need various tools to analyze the market on a deeper level than your own brain. Computers are able to detect trends and patterns in market charts that we are simply not capable of understanding. The top traders on the world are using these softwares to make millions of dollars on an everyday basis.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IBM Find Only 2% Of Bitcoin Transactions Are Unlwaful on: September 29, 2019, 05:22:40 PM
On one hand, 2% is a low number. However, we have to keep working to keep this number decreasing because the more legitimate use of Bitcoin around the world, the faster it will grow and propagate among all the countries and be used on an everyday basis.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in a web comic on: September 29, 2019, 05:21:23 PM
Pretty sure Bitcoin is in millions of webcomics by this time. I would venture to say that this is your own site, but I could be wrong. Anyway, thanks for posting this. I'm sure you made some people laugh.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Meet the Wealthiest People in Crypto on: September 29, 2019, 05:17:04 PM
I think that the wealthiest people usually hide their personality. Bitcoin gives them privacy so i don't think that we will hear their names.

Naturally, most of them will stay incognito. Most of the heads on the leading projects like Ethereum, NEO, Binance are among the richest people that have cryptocurrency. Meanwhile, the crypto market has such people as Tim Draper. He started thinking about cryptocurrencies fifteen years ago when he met a guy in South Korea who bought a virtual sword for his son for cash. Draper bought BTC for the sum of $ 250,000 while the price was at $ 6. Now he has about $ 500 million.
I am not even sure that the main people that have money in cryptocurrency is even known because just recently, I saw some threads on how someone moved about 1 billion dollars within the market and that would surely be a transaction that belongs to one person, or it could be group of person anyway, but people really have money in cryptocurrency and they are extremely rich people which you would not even know.

I would not also be surprised if we have some government money in the bitcoin market also because we would have some that would believe in it but will have to carry out the transaction is covert way where it would not be much known to people. I hope that one day, I can also join the group of richest people in cryptocurrency.

actually many of those wallets with over a billion dollars are owned by exchanges. These large transactions are made by The exchange to move funds from one wallet to another for their operational purposes.

As for the government, well yes the FBI is already involved with cryptocurrency and has been for almost ever since it was created. They have been investigating the Silk road and their legal activities involved with Bitcoin.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Taxless society idea on: September 29, 2019, 05:15:26 PM
Governments are always a tax on society, they arent productive enterprise like companies and people have to be.   The main question is how justified is their expenditure, in the worst countries and economies we see governments which operate without any control or feedback from the population on their spending and in the end their existence becomes self beneficial to a ruling elite.
The reason we dont want a inflationary method of funding government is because the idea is centralized and without control or resistance from a population, the idea might start off with 1% or some inflation idea in the low percentage but when the going gets tough the government supported by the military and armed police have no reason not to increase inflation as far as they require money.    Every other part of an economy must provide a service, utility or goods in exchange for their profits and in competition to others.   Inflation is especially deceptive method as it causes all prices to inflate and the use of that national is enforced not justified so even as a starting idea it will tend towards failure and ruin of a country.

the government serves the purpose but the question is, where does our tax money go? many countries are corrupt, and instead of tax money going to public infrastructure, it goes to government workers who steal from the taxpayers. It's a shame, because these countries native element, and instead they live in poverty because of corruption.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: How to prevent fraud? on: September 29, 2019, 04:57:31 PM
Fraud is prevented through regulation. The more our industry grows, the more we will be regulated, and ultimately fraud will be much less common. However, fraud always exist no matter how much we work to stop it. There is always someone who will try to commit fraud. With that said, on an everyday basis, it is becoming less and less of a problem in the crypto industry.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google Says That They Have Just Reached Quantum Supremacy - BITCOIN IN DANGER? on: September 29, 2019, 04:53:22 PM
When a company like Google announces something, you can bet that they are actually 10 years ahead of whatever they announce. Their system is most likely much more strong then they admit this article. However, there is such a thing as quantum resistant Bitcoin technology. it is a work-in-progress, but when it is complete, we will have protection against quantum attacks.
9  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your plan if you bought around all time high? on: April 25, 2019, 06:59:29 PM
In a few years you will laugh at how high the price of Bitcoin is. Guess what? Many people bought at $1,000 during the previous peak, and they held, and now they have way more return on their investment. So the answer is just hodl and you will make money in the long run!
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If China Ban , Bitcoin Hashrate Will Drop ? on: April 22, 2019, 05:52:58 PM
I would love to see hashrate drop for one.  Gpu mining at home is basically dead because bitmain and the other big boy companies bullied everyone else out.  Give the litle guys a chance for once.

Realistically, even if bitmain where to stop mining, Bitcoin will never be able to be mine with GPU again with the current difficulty, at least, not profitably but someone could do it as a hobby even though they would most likely lose money with electricity expenses.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What the future HODL? on: April 22, 2019, 04:35:31 PM
The whole "altcoin" thing is just a big clusterfuck. I wish I NEVER touched any altcoins. It just makes your taxes basically IMPOSSIBLE to fill after you get involved. The damn coins die so you cannot access your wallet.dat anymore as the blockchains don't sync, the exchanges die and you lose trading history (in case that you didn't save it which is most likely the case). It's just a big fuck up. Im getting rid of any alts I still have, or maybe not even that, I will just let them rot, they have only given me headaches. If you try to convert any BTC to fiat, you are going to see a nightmare of impossible-to-fill taxes.

Or just don't report any taxes in this specific case. Seriously, if you try to do the good thing but don't have any documents, screenshots, spreadsheets, etc, you're basically fucked.

The government doesn't care about how much of a brave citizen you try to be by reporting your taxes in all honesty, they are out to extort you till they have what they (very wrongly) think you owe them. My motto is; what the government doesn't know can't hurt you, financially or physically. We are a bunch of criminals and tax evaders from their perspective, so we can only do wrong.  Undecided

As for the altcoins you still have, wait for the next bull run and convert them to BTC, that's the smartest thing to do. I do that too with the wide variety of shit forks that I still haven't claimed. Even the worst possible shit coins pump hard against their BTC pair, so there isn't much to lose here.

Ehh depends on the country, personally in Spain I reported my gains in crypto last year and they were quite ''generous'' to overlook a lot of transactions and other evidence that I didn't have. In fact I almost only needed to provide the exchanges trades and a few screenshots here and there since bitcoin is still not fully regulated here. Problem is that if you keep evading taxes they will bite you in the ass one day, specially if you are planning to make a substantial amount of money through cryptos, you will eventually want to buy a house a car, etc, how are you going to do it?

There are only two things unavoidable in life... death and taxes. xD
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto as a payment method for goods: what to expect in 2019 on: April 22, 2019, 10:07:11 AM
The biggest factor in making Bitcoin mainstream at this point is single-handedly getting it into the payment processing of online and retail stores but specifically online for the meantime. Once it is easy to use online and many people have Bitcoin debit and credit cards then we will see a mass shift from Fiat to cryptocurrency.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fun stuff to do with bitcoin? on: April 22, 2019, 02:48:53 AM
The most found that I've had with Bitcoin is probably dr. Well, I actually can't think of a single thing because there's so many good memories that I've had with Bitcoin but probably my most fondest memory of all is just spending Bitcoin to buy things in the first place because it's such a revolutionary way to spend money where we don't have to submit to the will of third parties who try to control us.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will we reach first 100M market capitalization or 18M BTC in circulation? on: April 22, 2019, 02:45:39 AM
It is not hard to hit 100M market capitalization. We already see the number of investors and number of merchant who are already invest and it will increasing everyday so I dont have any doubt that bitcoin can be hit more than 100M market capitalization. I choose 100M on this poll because I know it will be happen soon. Because I believe on the power of bitcoin.

yeah 100 billion dollars isn't even that much money. There are lots of groups with the hundred billion dollars we I hear about on a daily basis making huge traits with multibillion-dollar deals so buying Bitcoin in this manner is also a possibility so when you consider all of the group's investing and the fact that one man alone has more than 100 billion dollars it's quite obvious that the Bitcoin market cap will surpass 100 billion dollars before they are 18 million coins in circulation.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wow! Exchanges track how you spend btc! on: April 22, 2019, 02:43:46 AM
Exchanges are required by law to know their customers also known as kyc they have to know your ID and name and address technically from a legal standpoint in order to operate legally, but there are still some exchanges which do not require this for some reason.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Back to day trading with bitcoin on: April 22, 2019, 02:30:43 AM
Day trading is one of the ways of earning from cryptocurrency investments but you sure do need some sort of strategy or else you are likely to lose to the whales. It's good you are investing into some of the major cryptocurrencies but I don't think that should be the avenue where you should start investing you know. It will be prudent enough to trade with coins that are very cheap at the moment but have a good use case to present. Follow up on this website and if you think their project is worth it put in the maximum you got because it will surely make you some money in the near future.

Day trading is not a place you want to be if you're a noob in this world because there are professional traders sitting there just waiting for noobs 2 deposit their hard-earned money thinking they will be able to make it rich quick with crypto trading because they read it on some blog or forum, but then a few days later reality hits them in the face.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be this type of Bitcoiner on: April 21, 2019, 04:02:19 PM
It’s so funny there are many people who thinks this way. I really don’t understand why people love taking it to extreme level this much. Why do we have to expect a collapse of fiat money financial system?

I think bitcoin attracts a lot of those anarchist types that want the entire system to collapse.  The truth is bitcoin and the banking system can both exist peacefully and help all of mankind, not all bankers are evil.

This is possibly the truest post that ive read on this forum today. Banking doesn't equal evil, it's just that many bankers happen to be evil (compared to non-bankers), so they get a negative stereotype. I'm sure there are many bankers who are great people.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: looks is right time to invest on: November 03, 2018, 07:20:19 PM
This is always the best time to buy the coins because there is now very low prices of coins in the market. When we are looking at coins that are bleeding then there is nothing better to do than to buy the coins. It is always best to buy the coins when they are very cheap so that when you finally sell them in the bull market, you would be making a lot of money
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would we know which cryptocurrency would be Scam? on: November 03, 2018, 07:07:35 PM
There is no one way to know which coin is going to be a good one but there is something you can do which is looking at the project themselves and making sure that you are looking at things like the roadmap and the whitepaper for the coin. You can also check out the coins on their social media sites to make sure that you are able to follow what they are working on
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I currently have 5 ETH. I should buy an ICO on: November 02, 2018, 07:37:41 PM
Buying an ico is always a good choice when you can trust that the coin you are putting your money into is a good one. Also you want to make sure that you are not investing more money than you can afford to lose so make sure that you are not putting all of that ethereum into icos. It is always the smart move to leave some of it in eth no matter how good the ico looks
