After reading the report about a rumor that Cristiano Ronaldo is going to come back to Europe again and sign for Chelsea, I didn't take that news serious because I know it's almost impossible to see Cristiano Ronaldo sign for any European club again and even if he decides to play in Europe again, he's definitely not going to play for another English Premier League club that's not Manchester United. Despite the issues between Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag and Cristiano Ronaldo that made the Portuguese superstar to leave the club, Cristiano Ronaldo is still regarded as one of the best former players of Manchester United and he wouldn't want to play for another English Premier League team that's rival to a club he loves so much like Manchester United.
Again, Cristiano Ronaldo have in different times made public of how he's enjoying life in the Middle East country of Saudi Arabia and that's why I don't expect him to leave league now.

I didn't watch the Turkish Super Lig game between Trabzonspor and Galatasaray but I was opportuned to watch the highlights of that incident and all I can say is that I was totally disappointed with the shameful display of violence by the supporters of Trabzonspor. Like seriously I expected them to do better than what I saw there.
This is 2024 and such behaviors shouldn't be allowed to happen again in football. I think the Turkish Football Federation will definitely punish the Trabzonspor for failing to control their fans in that game.

Historically, there's no arguing the fact that Bayern Munich have been a better club than Arsenal and in terms of head to head between the two teams, Bayern Munich is also the better team and that's why many are already writing off Arsenal in that UEFA Champions League quarter final tie against Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich is one club that's made up of world class players that are capable of beating any team in Europe but that doesn't mean that they ain't beatable as we've seen them lose games this season both in the UEFA Champions League and also in their domestic league.
Arsenal on the other hand have also proven that they can still beat any European club as far as this season is concerned and that's why I think we should be respectful enough to the Arsenal team by also giving them a chance to eliminate Bayern Munich from the competition. Mikel Arteta have proven himself to be a good tactician and I expect him to give his best in that two legged tie but I'll still bank on a Bayern Munich progression to the semi finals of the competition

Bayern Munich's performance against Darmstadt in the German Bundesliga was actually a very impressive one from Thomas Tuchel's men but unfortunately for them, it doesn't guarantee that's they'll finish the season as league winners. The club striker Harry Kane have been the most prolific striker in the top five leagues in Europe this season and his goal in the game against Darmstadt means that he's bettered his previous record of number of league goals in a season. Scoring 31 league goals is definitely a big achievement for Harry Kane but he would've surely traded his number of goals for the league title but unfortunately for him, he's very likely to endure another prolific season in front of goal without a title to show for it
With that Bayern Munich win at Darmstadt, they've reduced their points difference behind league leaders Bayer Leverkusen to seven points but should Leverkusen win at Freiburg this Sunday, they'll extend their lead back to ten points

Tottenham started the season on a very good note and was even leading the league table at one time this season before they dropped form that saw other teams overtake them in the league table. However, after the club striker Son Heung-Min returned to the club after leaving for three weeks when he joined his national teammates to participate in the concluded AFC Asian Cup, the club started to deliver good performances again that made many to believe that they're surely going to overtake Aston Villa and move into the top four of the league table. But considering their embarrassing performance at Fulham today, it seems like Ange Postecoglou's men aren't ready to overtake Aston Villa at the moment.
Aston Villa will travel West Ham on Sunday for their match week 29 of the English Premier League and if they can win in that particular game , they'll extend their lead ahead of Tottenham Hotspur to five point which will make things more difficult for Tottenham Hotspur

In  the second leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16, both Inter Milan and Napoli were all eliminated by two Spanish teams. Barcelona eliminated Napoli while Inter Milan was eliminated by Atletico Madrid. Because of the elimination of the two Italian clubs, we aren't going to see any Italian team in the quarter finals of the competition which is totally unlikely last season that an Italian club played in the final of the competition.
Inter Milan who is currently leading the Italian Serie A table with 16 points is bound to win the Italian league this season but that doesn't mean that Napoli will accept to be easily beaten when they play each other at the San Siro stadium in Sunday night. Napoli who is the reigning champions of Italy haven't been as consistent as they were last season in the league and are currently struggling to get themselves into top four of the league table so I expect them to give their all in that game because a defeat in that game I think will end any hopes of finishing the season in the top four for them

After the draw for the UEFA Europa League quarter and semi finals was made, I saw that German Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen will be facing English Premier League club West Ham. Many are of the opinion that it'll be a very difficult game for the two teams and that's West Ham still have a chance of delivering the needed performance that'll help them eliminate Bayer Leverkusen from the competition but as someone who's been following the development at Bayer Leverkusen since the start of the season, I'm of the opinion that it'll be an easy tie for the German club. Leverkusen have been incredibly impressive since the start of the season and is still yet to lose a league game so I don't expect a team like that's that formidable to be eliminated by West Ham who's not even in the top five clubs in the English Premier League table. West Ham without doubt can pull a surprise and eliminate Bayer Leverkusen but the chances of that to happen is very slim.

Kylian Mbappe over the years have been arguably the most important player in the Paris Saint Germaine squad and that's why I'm not surprised that the club was very reluctant to let him leave the club but the player who refused to sign a contract extension with the club obviously wants to leave the club and go to another big club that'll help him actualize his football dreams as a footballer. Of of those dreams is to win the UEFA Champions League trophy as a player and because of the fact that Real Madrid is the most successful club in the competition coupled with the fact that Real Madrid also have a quality squad that'll help him actualize him dreams, the French international is very keen ij joining Real Madrid after the end of the current season.
Real Madrid president Fiorentino Perez have never hidden his admiration for Kylian Mbappe as he's always wanted to sign him before now and now that the player is ready to leave Paris Saint Germaine, I don't think there's anything that's gonna stop Fiorentino Perez from signing Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid

Aston Villa since the start of the season have been very impressive especially in the English Premier League as they're currently in the fourth position of the English Premier League table but I never expected them to be as good as they've been in Europe because most of their players doesn't have enough experience when it comes to European football but surprisingly to me, they've be absolutely incredible with their performances in the UEFA Conference League competition.
Because of the how good Aston Villa have been since the start of the season, many are already if the opinion that they'll definitely win the UEFA Conference League trophy which I'm one of the people who's backing them to win the competition.
Fiorentina haven't been as impressive as Aston Villa but they've been also delivering great performances in the league and that's why I expect either of the two clubs to win the competition at the end of the season.

After considering the performances of Girona and their hosts today in the Spanish La Liga Getafe, since the start of the season, I easily thought that it'll be a very easy game for Girona but little did I know that Getafe was going to frustrate them and take all three points from such an important game. Girona I know would never overtake Real Madrid again after Madrid overtook them in the league table but I still expected them to put out a good fight and remain in the top three. This weekend, Barcelona is going to play an away match at Atletico Madrid and I was expecting Girona to capitalize on that and extend their lead at ahead of Barcelona by winning against Getafe today.
Now that they lost the game, they'll be hoping for an Atletico Madrid win in their game against Barcelona tomorrow so they can remain in the second position of the season table. However, if Barcelona beat Atletico Madrid tomorrow, they'll overtake Girona and that's what they'll not want to happen to them

Looking at the teams that are going to play in the quarter finals and semi finals UEFA Conference League this season, I think it's very difficult to predict which team that has the edge over the other seven teams but considering how good and impressive Aston Villa have been in the competition since the start of the season, I think they stand a very good chance of bringing the trophy home. Italian Serie A club Fiorentina is also another strong team in the competition that should be considered as one of the favorite teams because how impressive they've been in the competition since the start of the season.
Apart from Aston Villa and Fiorentina, the other team that's still in the knockout stages of the UEFA Conference League competition that should be considered a strong team is Turkish club Fenerbahce. In my opinion, I think one of these teams will surely end up as the winners of the competition

In the championship probability, Arsenal is ranked third but that I don't think means that Arsenal is the least of the top three teams in the English Premier League table. We've seen how impressive the teams have been but to be honest, I think Arsenal have simply been the best among any other English Premier League team this season and that's why they're currently sitting at the top of the English Premier League table. I think the reason why so many people are underrating Arsenal this season is because of the fact that they lost the league table last season to Manchester City despite staying at the top of the English Premier League table in most parts of the season and the fact that Arsenal have also flopped in the end of a season they were comfortably leading in the league table.
However, I still think they'll perform better than they've done in recent seasons and I'm very optimistic that they might finally break the deadlock and win the English Premier League title this season

Brazil is without doubt one of the best footballing nations and also the most successful club in the world as they've won the World Cup in 5 different occasions which is the most by any nation. Also in the history of football, Brazil have been able to produce some of the biggest football icons. Pele of blessed memory who is regarded as the greatest footballer to have ever played the game of football was a Brazilian before his death and not just him, but also so many other football greats like Ronaldinho, Ronaldo Delima, Kaka, Roberto Carlos, Rivaldo and so many others.

Galatasaray without doubt have been the best team in the Turkish league since the start of the season and I don't think there's anyone doubting their strength and capability of retaining the Turkish Super Lig title at the end of the season but considering how impressive second placed Fenerbahce have been since the start of the season and the fact that the points difference between those two teams in the Turkish Super Lig standings is just two points, I think it'll be one of the hardest seasons for Galatasaray.
Fenerbahce failed to win the Turkish Super Lig title last season as they lost the league title to eventual winners Galatasaray but are more determined to go all out for the Turkish league title this season.
Just like you rightly said, there's still 9 more matches to play before the end of the Turkish league and it's almost impossible for the two teams to win all their remaining league fixtures so I think anything can happen in the remaining fixtures but I'm still backing current league leaders Galatasaray to win the league title
