Happy to know that

We are still testing and working on code.

Here is how the wallet looks as of now:

The UI will have a lot of work done to it before we release publicly i.e. Layout/Colours.

EDIT: Here is what we are working on when is comes to the DarkSilk wallet:
Code:
1) To finish stormnode update stormnodemanager (UI), sandstorm UI andcheck main.cpp/h, wallet.cpp/h and others for SN usage.

2) Transaction sending errors fix.

3) ERROR: AcceptToMemoryPool : coinstake as individual tx see https://github.com/dashpay/dash/commit/97c97f7e40cf1e00681d336a4bfc2f7d54ed7af6

4) Implement Argon2d/blake2b.

5) Implement CChain, ChainActive.

6) Implement getblockheaders, Headers-first synchronization.

7) Make sure we are using the PoW hashes for DarkSilk's stormnode rewards. Params().LastPOWBlock()
SN payment selection needs to be coupled to PoW blocks, not PoS and make sure we never use a PoS hash for stormnode scores.

8) Collateral addresses.

9) interpreter.h

10) EXCEPTION: St12out_of_range
basic_string::replace: __pos (which is 18446744073709551615) > this->size() (which is 0)
darksilk in ProcessMessages()  --Not sure if this is an issue.

11) Check to see if this has been implemented: DER signatures... see https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/5713/files src/scripts/. . https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0066.mediawiki
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=8392.msg127623#msg127623  Check for canonical public keys and signatures

12) Writing unit tests.

13) Blocksize - ?combination of previous tx's in block being looked at? and a hardcoded blocksize increase according to ntime?.

14) ??? select coins:  https://github.com/EvgenijM86/emercoin/commit/14374e710ae0039b4af3878eac8ce44e27563d95

15) CPU use for UI is high.

16) Reduce over printing to debug.log

Well good job! Think you should join SuperNET or BlockNET as well

I have a sneaking feeling that threads like this are being bumped for a reason.  Lips sealed

Quite a nice psychological experiment, huh?

I have spoken to killakem, here are (some) of my changes: https://github.com/ambiprofin/fibre

Why did you change fibre to blackcoin? For instance in 'src/init.cpp' the fibre.conf is changed to blackcoin.conf  Huh

Well, porting involves Trial and Error, the backups don't have renames so I restored a backup and then modded it, thus the change

I am working on the code but the leader still stands, therefore I will conclude this thread with a huge thanks

Well, due to the fact I am still in the process of Aquiring the entire codebase and it's already being leaded, I am not in a position to do so
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [FIBRE] | 625k | [SuperNET] | FibreDark | FibreLock | FibreGateway | ZeroTrust | on: January 10, 2016, 05:10:20 PM
So wait, this currency works on dev4hire basis? I really don't understand the logic here.

I will continue working on Fibre codebase, but I would like to co-ordinate with Mxxxxxx and anyone else, and if development is already happening, I am sorry for stepping on the dev's toes
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [TAKEOVER] [FIBRE] | [SuperNET] | FibreDark | FibreLock | FibreGateway | ZeroTru on: January 10, 2016, 05:06:11 PM

Thank you for your answers. Is SuperNET okay if we reintegrate with BlockNET?

I don't think there would be harm. The two services have a similar goal-- designing a protocol for integration of different blockchains-- but they're going about it very differently. It might be very advantageous for Fibre to be part of both. If the Fibre blockchain were to be the integrating link between BlockNet and SuperNet, it would be a huge driver of value for Fibre.

Well, we can't tell until we try. Also, apparently - someone is already heading the coin AFAIK, I need to checkout what's going one
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [TAKEOVER] [FIBRE] | [SuperNET] | FibreDark | FibreLock | FibreGateway | ZeroTru on: January 10, 2016, 11:07:06 AM
It was a SuperNet member, and before that, a BlockNet member.

It may be of value to you to join the BlockNet slack and see if it's worth reintegrating. I know BlockNet is in their long, slow development plateau and you both might be able to benefit from reintegration.

Definitely don't bring PoW back.

I think there's a very good chance for revival for this coin.

I will ask some questions for the community:

>>0) Do you want PoW Back?
No

>>2) Do you think this coin has any chance of revival
Yes

3) Has the developer done any premine which you think isn't justified
No

Thank you for your answer

The SCDeveloper GitHub has been updated to reflect the 2 months work in the private repo.

More work to do, but now you can see what has been done so far.

https://github.com/SCDeveloper/DarkSilk-Release-Candidate/commit/fe311ffc50335643863fd6102d00c0cca5c3b543

You implemented BIP32, good job - Also, I would urge you to consider making a .travis.yml file for making it Travis Ci compatable and therefore being able to make builds faster

EDIT: Who's jorlow
