trust isn't objective, you can get negative rep for a variety of reasons, but like Holdaaja said, I've got more than 1 thread with vouches from trusted members, it's what counts on this forum.
And also "negative vouch" isn't an existing thing, make sure you know what you're saying before you start laughing, the word vouch can only have a positive annotation.
I can have -200 trust, but if I start a thread and get 5 vouches from legendary or something, nobody cares about the trust.

Let say I buy something with paypal from canada, to canada, will it work ?
You are given all details to setup a verified Paypal, including a Virtual Credit Card and a Virtual Bank. So you can verify any new Paypal account that you make, so yes, you make a new canadian paypal, verify it with the details you are provided, and you can buy anything. The reason I let you setup the paypal is so your account will never get limited due to IP change or smth similar. Ok I will contact you in max 2 days, payment will be made in Btc. Glad to hear!
