401  Economy / Economics / Re: Investments outside crypto on: November 16, 2017, 03:17:15 AM
I always hesitate to invest in other countries' currencies. If I were to invest in something other than bitcoin, it would definitely be gold!
Why not invest in altcoins, it can already give a good return and you can check all coins and tokens here https://coinmarketcap.com/.
The top 10 in the market is the best investment, except for bitcoins because we know it's not an altcoins.
402  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: November 15, 2017, 04:09:40 AM
Bitcoin already is an international currency and that is one of it's great features. However, it is not the most important feature. It's most important feature is it's immutability. What I mean by this, is the Bitcoin blockchain has never been tampered with and it has in fact remained a censorship-resistant network that has been able to fend off any attack that has been thrown at it thus far.
That adoption by different part of the world is the reason why the price has significantly increased now.
Bitcoin will surely become the most powerful online currency as users will be more interested since they can also invest and trade using bitcoin.
403  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: November 15, 2017, 03:48:22 AM
people are interested in trading online. In the era of information technology, people are not willing to deal with money. So there is no possibility of paper money in the future.
Days of paper money are calculated cause internet and developmnet of whole world is going to internet Times.
Not that fast I believe, the internet is here a long time ago already and yet paper money is still in the circulation.
People has different preference, some are using online or digital money but most people are using paper money as it's more simple to use.
404  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: November 15, 2017, 03:24:37 AM
I think it will stay popular, the thing that makes popular bitcoin easy to use, cheaper transaction costs and better security systems. although the price is stable I'm sure users will be loyal.
The cheaper transaction cost that we are promoting is not cheap anymore, you need to transaction a good amount of money so you will
not feel you are paying a big transaction fee. Actually for now, it seems like bitcoin is not good for micro transaction and this problem should be address soon.
405  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: November 15, 2017, 03:14:24 AM
they are risk taker, they are willing to take risk only to know if its worth it or what and also their patience on waiting also they don't let t6heir personal problem interact to their job. They are goal setter and they eagerly want to achieve their goals.
When you are  risk taker you need to make sure you have the skills to achieve your goals, of course you need to be professional and any
personal problem should not bother you because your good decision making is what is necessary for your success.
In trading you need to focus, as much as possible you need to be updated with what is going on with the crypto world so you can make a timely decision.
406  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: November 14, 2017, 11:50:55 PM
I chose both, some of which I will store in the form of bitcoin and partly in gold. it is a prolonged investment. although bitcoin is very volatile but it has a very high exchange rate while gold has a stable value and has been proven to last for a very long time. all have their own weaknesses and advantages.
We are free to choose both if we have the capacity to invest, this is all about investing and that requires capital in order to buy gold and bitcoin.
For me, I know it's hard to invest on gold and the return is really not good if you do not invest a decent amount, I would only choose bitcoin because it's more profitable for small investors like me.
407  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: November 14, 2017, 11:38:59 PM
Loans really can be very risky, however if you simply know that you can to repay it then it ought to be no problem whatsoever. Consider only a mortgage when you need something that is important and if you're able to repay it.
You have to pay if you want to maintain your good reputation while on the part of the lender, you need to ensure
that the borrower has the capacity to pay because the risk is on you, you cannot run after your borrower when you are lending online.
408  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: November 10, 2017, 06:44:11 AM
800 BTC is a lot if that's true LOL

You could get up to 10% from P2P lending perhaps a little more and relatively risk free but then you could also just earn decent interest staking a worthwhile altcoin or investing it in a managed fund
I think holding that amount would  be safer and can give a great return.
Take this year as a good example on your computation and compared on your potential profit when you lend that money, plus the risk of not collecting the money you lend is big.
409  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: November 09, 2017, 04:23:16 AM
Investment strategy differs from one investor to another as if I have surplus amount which I want to invest I will go with the commodities and if I have a very short and immediate return amount which I need support my regular financial requirement I will go with bitcoin buy and sell every now and then only. At the same time I use to have Bitcoin for long time purpose also.
Bitcoin is one of the best investment and in crypto world it's the best investment since it's the most dominance and people feel safer when
putting their money with bitcoin as the price has increased significantly, we all have to take risk but make sure you invest on something that has a good potential and can give us good return.
410  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: November 09, 2017, 03:03:11 AM
I'm able to say that in this world, because of so many scammers, loans are really dangerous if you do not possess the correct safety to safeguard that which you personal. But if you still want to mortgage somebody, be sure you have collateral, in case that the borrower will default, so that way you can still get back the quantity that he owed for the service.
The question here is what kind of collateral you will required if you lend online?
If you observed nature of lending business here in the forum, the collateral is only the bitcointalk account which I don't think favors
the lenders in anyway, I don't know how long they would survive with their business in only sticking to this procedure.
411  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: November 09, 2017, 02:54:04 AM
I do not think that instructing kids what bitcoin is a good idea. Children ought to commit additional time to education and video games. You don't need to involve them immediately in their adult years
yes it is not good idea for teaching kids about bitcoin they don't understand yet, they like just playing like video games, having fun some kind of games,. I think you can teach him when he grows up.
It's good to let them know about bitcoin but we should not be aggressive enough in teaching them.
Wait for the right time until such time that they are matured enough and they can already starting working or investing for bitcoin so the learning will continue.
412  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: November 09, 2017, 01:46:38 AM
Gold is a very interesting element out there, but despite it's appeal, it is very hard for me to consider it money.

Its the same as diamonds, emeralds and rubys, all of them are shiny precious assets, but none of them are money, they are just valuable commodities Smiley

Bitcoin is money.
At the moment bitcoin is not exactly money. For example, there are 5 functions of money: a measure of value, a medium of circulation, a means of payment, a means of accumulation, world money. Bitkoni, at the moment, can not be considered in the full sense of money. This is more an investment asset
It doesn't matter to me now whatever that definition of bitcoin is, what's important is that I can spend my bitcoin and I can convert it to fiat
anytime I needed to. This is money for money and better than the money by definition as the value will appreciate.
413  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Freedom on: November 09, 2017, 01:13:10 AM
Yes, bitcoin is freedom because it will give us financial freedom and time freedom as well. We will be the one to choose our time in working for it. We do not need to go to the office just to work for it. We can do it at home like the home-based work and even while we are on the bus or we are traveling. We can do it anytime as long as we have internet connection. We do not need to keep on going to a specific place to work on it but we can do it anywhere in the world.
It gives freedom to everything as if you are earning bitcoin you are the boss on your own but you need to take the risk in order to do that.
For me this is one of the best investment now because the future is looking good so we have to ensure we save something for the future to benefit from it.
414  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: November 07, 2017, 08:13:29 AM
I agree with the statement that cryptocurrency is the future of the global transaction system, I'm sure the financial system soon adopted bitcoin or cryptocurrency because with regular money there are many problems.
We all agree with it that is why we are here supporting the entire crypto currency.
As a supporter we also have to make sure we are investing on it because this success would be painful for us if we are not part of it.
I mean, we have to take this opportunity to be part of the history and make money as well.
415  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: November 07, 2017, 07:59:24 AM
To start any business you must have business ideas, study your business environment, do  survey and enquiry pertaining to your business. Be determined and focus that the business will thrive.
Business usually has a long term ROI and it requires a decent capital in order to have a good return or profit.
However if you want a bigger return you need to look for a bigger risk which is investing with bitcoin or you can do trading, they are both risky
but if you are successful the reward will surely satisfy you.
416  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: November 07, 2017, 07:43:01 AM
To date, I have seen couple of those who have been disappointed in keeping Bitcoin for a long time. But this isn't an easy task... right now Bitcoin is more stable, but years back, unpredictability was insane.
There are lot of factors why bitcoin price is up now, one is the hard fork which makes people buy bitcoin hoping they can make easy money.
Bitcoin was never stable, price will be back to normal, it will dump then it will pump, but in general it's an uptrend situation.
417  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: November 06, 2017, 06:35:12 AM
They only hear negative rumors that have no obvious reference unproven. Perhaps it's also a speculation trick so new investors are tempted to sell bitcoin he has held.
even a good thing like bitcoin too, will have negative news. well, many people say that it may be because they want to master bitcoin themselves, or jealous with bitcoin users who always get a quick profit. well, there will always be news like that.
It's up to you now whether you believe it or not, if you are following bitcoin, its news and speculation you would not believe it's dead
because recently we just broke another ATH price record and I believe bitcoin dominance will continue.
418  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: 2 Persons 1 IP adress, is it allowed? on: October 15, 2017, 10:45:22 AM
Wala naman siguro problema basta follow the rules nalang, wala sa rules na bawal yan basta wala ka lang gagawing kalukuhan
dahil kung ma ban ang account mo damay na rin ang ibang account dahil same IP lang kayo.
419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Your Bitcoin Dream? on: October 15, 2017, 10:37:53 AM
I want to be a millionaie from bitcoin.I  want to own some thousand bitcoins.
You have to work for that, it seems like you have a big dream so start working now and prove it to yourself that you can do it.
We only rely to ourselves on our success so we need to be smart to take the right journey for our dreams, if some can make it then we have a chance.
420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: October 15, 2017, 10:24:29 AM
I've just been researching airdrops as they're a pretty good way to get free altcoins, that you can then convert into Bitcoin.
My thoughts this weekend: October Airdrops
There's a lot of airdrop but only few of them will progress because the moment participants their tokens they just dump it right away.
Devs should make it more harder to us so it will not be abuse, one model I like was the DeepOnion airdrop and it seems they are going at the right direction now.
