601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: July 10, 2017, 02:17:59 AM
The balance of fun and responsability, but to be honest more for college and the car fees Smiley
I have a bigger goal than you mate, I will save and hold my bitcoin to give me fortune in the future.
I am hoping that I will not need to work anymore with my investment to profit in the future, imagine how much it will grow in
maybe 10 years from now and I will continue to buy and save more.
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: July 10, 2017, 01:56:15 AM
I've voted Others because for me as a newbie here in bitcoin Signature campaigns are the easiest way to earn Bitcoins. I think most of the bitcoiners are being paid by a Signature Campaigns. And one thing is you can use your skills to earn bitcoin such as creating a website for them.
Not mostly, even in this forum you can sell what numbers are the total members and yet you can only find a little portion of that
big number who are into signature campaign. And also, take note that signature campaign is not the main source of income here,
we just want to participate to reward ourselves of being active sharer in this forum.
603  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: July 10, 2017, 01:39:21 AM
Games are the best way to teach kids about bitcoins. Through which they are more exposed to bitcoin.
I think it's pretty early to teach kids about bitcoin. Before teaching them about bitcoin they must learn to use the money. Bitcoin is related to the world economy, I think finding it suitable at a larger age
I think they should restrict to their nature and physical games which is more beneficial for them. I think they have nothing to do anything with bitcoin, even if they learn about bitcoin.
Crypto is very risky for kinds especially without the guidance of the parents, they have to fully understand it first in order to determine
the benefits and the possible risk to them. Gambling is popular in crypto and I don't want kids to get addicted with it, if matured people is having
a hard time to control themselves, how about kids, I'm sure they are vulnerable.
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: July 09, 2017, 11:03:36 AM
It seems that experts say that Bitcoin 'Here to Stay,' But Banks Could Disappear.

"TheStreet: How do you think FinTech will impact the way banks operate?

Frank Schwab: Banks either react on, or they will disappear. Anyway, the consolidation of the banking industry accelerates as the behaviour of people changes. Some banks will benefit from [FinTech], some will be pushed to the back end, and some will disappear."
http://www.thestreet.com/story/13419089/1/bitcoin-here-to-stay-but-banks-could-disappear-says-fintech-expert.html

What's your read on that?

Bank is a part of governments establishments and bitcoin is quite owned by another person not under by government. The disappearing of bank is walys depend on the person or peple who are using it. If they stop using banks and focus only on bitcoin I'm sure bank will be having a reason to disappear.
Maybe in that cased the government will ban bitcoin then, I don't think even majority of the people will prefer to stop using banks
and transfer all their money into bitcoin. Not wise at all even for me who supports bitcoin.
605  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: July 09, 2017, 10:50:58 AM
bitcoin trading is one of the best platforms for me, from here anyone can make more money without hassle. but proper knowledge is the major criteria to do well in this section. you have to know its operational activities and how to control and how to manage. if you follow the proper method then it will be helpful for you making money more and more...
Knowledge and money or your capital is what do you need to grow your capital, in trading it's possible and I think the best way
to increase your capital faster. I started investing in bitcoin but due to my low amount of capital in the past I choose to do day trades
and I am happy now I did not make a wrong decision.
606  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: July 09, 2017, 05:41:46 AM
I heard about bitcoin few years a go but I was interested initially layer a friend of mine hinted me on to earn bitcoin via faucets I immediately swing into action in anticipation to earn much bitcoin but I was really disappointed with the outcome of just earning few satoshis despite all my efforts and time. When I came across this forum my perspective about bitcoin change for better.
You still have to be thankful with your friend, your journey starts from a small beginning and you find your comfort here
since you will not only earn a little satoshi. But my friend, I have an advise for you, keep searching for better opportunities as the crypto
world alone has a lot of big opportunities to offer to us who seek for it.

608  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: July 09, 2017, 05:09:19 AM
The crypto world can become unpredictable sometimes, making our choices of investing into it, a very limited one. From scams to ponzis, there have been many losses from investors, yet making it very difficult to find a reliable investment.

But on the bright side, you could still invest into assets and commodities with your crypto like Gold and Silver. Then, if done right you could profit along the way with a good strategy.

As for me, I only decide to invest into gold (by exchanging BTC to Gold) and into some NXT and BURST assets.

What would be your investment strategy? Please share your tips, advice, or any good strategy you would use to safeguard your crypto investments.  Smiley
Simply, only invest in one investment  of it does have a good reviews, otherwise don't invest at all. If you are about to invest, divide it into multiple investment so if one of your investment dumps its value, you still have another chane to recover that loss.
Only us alone can tell if this investment is good when we do the right research, there are a lot of opinion from different people out
there and we cannot afford to just listen to them since we do not really know who is telling the trust or not.
When investing you need to be smart because that way you will have better chance of success compared to just following what people say blindly.
609  Economy / Economics / Re: Selling Bitcoin = Opportunity loss?! on: July 09, 2017, 05:05:11 AM
Many posts discuss the possibility of exchange earnings with selling Bitcoin (and buy later). Other posts discuss the Bitcoin exchange rate, it seems that many agree there is a strong upward tendency and the volatility is hard to predict. It seems dat selling Bitcoin results in a serious probability of an opportunity loss. Selling Bitcoin can only be motivated by an (partial) exit. Do you agree?
I think it depends on who is holding the bitcoin, they sell bitcoin for different purposes because they need money to spend their life or they want to buy something. But if you keep the bitcoin in the future you will probably maximize your profits because in the future bitcoin will grow even further.
Exactly because we do have different purpose, and I believe of the total number of holders of bitcoin, only few
are really holding it for long term despite more people are saying they will but when time comes
they will be tempted to sell especially when they really need the money.
610  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: July 09, 2017, 04:42:02 AM
Well to make money from money, you need to understand your goal or objective.

What is your goal? Do you want to double your money in 3 months? 2 months? 1 week? a few days? Do you want to make 10% in a week? in a year?

If you want to make 10% in a week you can look for opportunities to buy altcoins or bitcoin when it is at a low, you then hold it for a week or until you make your 10%.
I think 10% a week is a very lucrative return but it's possible only in crypto world. I even earn 100% of my capital in one day but it does
not happen all the time. We have our own method so we should work it out, besides we all have one goal which is profit.
611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy more bitcoin or wait for August 1st? on: July 08, 2017, 05:46:18 AM
So my initial plan was to invest more into bitcoin on a weekly basis but with the possibility of a split on August 1st I figured I'd wait a little. If there would be a split, there would certainly be a drop in price so maybe a good opportunity to pick some more up rather than doing it now. Normally I tend to make these kind of decisions for myself but since I don't fully understand what will happen August 1st I figured this would be the best place to ask.

I will do both work, first, I will buy a bitcoin for storage, and then I will wait, whether the results of "independence day" is good or not, I will still store It's because I believe the bitcoin value will rise higher in the future.
That's a good plan, think of the future rather than the new coming event that might change for bitcoin for good or bad.
But if it's bad this will not last for long as the real value of value to the people will prevail and demand will still increase
overtime, so focus more on the long term investment.
612  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: July 08, 2017, 02:46:59 AM
The way I see it, Bitcoin gives us the true freedom of currency. We are not dependent upon any system to use our money. So it basically is and always will be BTCFREEDOMBTC
Yes I agree, it gives us freedom from customs and governments. And it can also allows us to have a lot of money without paying taxes and everything.  Plus the value of it rises from time to time unlike cash thee value of it are always the same.
In any way I think we pay taxes the moment we cash out our bitcoin, I don't know the taxation rules in your area but
it's pretty basic that where we receive money as our income we are obliged to pay income tax.
Anyway, it's very complicated as anyone can do away with it especially if the implementation is very lax.
613  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 08, 2017, 02:26:41 AM
I would recommend investing in both of them. One should invest in Bitcoin for its fast growing nature and investment in gold must be made for its stability and universal acceptance. This diversification will keep your investment safe and will reduce market risks at the same time.
I think it's okay to use both for investment. After all though one of them may be the price can drop other prices does not mean also will go down. This can be a helper for your investment if one of them has a falling price and this would be a double advantage if both prices go up
Well, I have the capacity to invest I will do on both, gold require a decent money since you also have to protect your investment
to make it secure and you will be able to sell it in the future. Your life at risk if you do not have a good security.
On the other hand, bitcoin investment is safe since we can always hide it and people will not know we have a good investment on it.
614  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: July 05, 2017, 06:15:32 AM
Two years ago bitcoin prices were not as high now and I think not many people hold bitcoin for long time,  with the already high bitcoin prices I'm sure many have sold it
The supply is limited and this price will not rise like this if only few people are holding, maybe some supply were lost like an owner
forget the private key or any related incident. Also, there are whales who holds a good volume of bitcoins and they are still holding
until now, if they hold we should be doing as well.
615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: July 05, 2017, 06:02:19 AM
As expected trading will be the number one source of bitcoin nowadays. If you have other cryptos and trade them, they will easily be converted into bitcoin as soon as they earn profit. If you are careful enough, there is no other way for your bitcoin but up. You will again buy other cryptos with your bitcoin, those that are likely will earn more. And then exchange with bitcoin again when it has earned.

That's what I'm doing right now.
I love to diversify my investment and I love to do it with altcoins, there are plenty of altcoins nowadays that are low cap
and I have a good feeling the price will rise soon since there is more room to grow.
It's the technique I am using because I do not hold a lot of coins.
616  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: July 05, 2017, 05:46:43 AM
For kids i do not think it is necessary to detail because not old enough to know bitcoin deeper. Most only explain about the common bitcoin generallys only. Like the basics on bitcoin and the somethings that can still be understood by him. if want to try to plunge into bitcoin allowed for mining only. That's my opinion.
IMO, there is a right time for everything and bitcoin is not suitable for kids since this kind of payment system can also be
used for illegal activities. We should not expose our kids at an early age on the dirty reality of the world.
617  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: July 05, 2017, 05:29:48 AM
Bitcoin is a good investment for the future and it's never too late to buy or earn it for preservation. Already a lot of people have earned a good fortune and continue to invest in bitcoin.

I agree with this, yesterday is the best time to buy bitcoin, but its never too late today will be another day and another opportunity to accumulate more bitcoin i believe in bitcoin. The price are still cheap because the future of bitcoin is really bright and we will see the price of it in a higher peak.
The price is still cheap if you will ask me, we are not in $3,000 dollars yet and I am very positive we will reach that amount this month.
People are speculating for high price and that will only make it rise again, more people are now in the crypto and the need of bitcoin
has increased since altcoins are doing great also.
618  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 05, 2017, 05:10:26 AM
Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?

Investing in real estate is a wise choice as more and more people are demanding housing
Investing in gold is too safe, profit is not high because gold prices are always stable
Investing in Bitcoin or money online is a bold choice, it can increase or decrease but for experienced people, they always recognize when to invest
Any kind of investment that is profitable is always good but you have to consider investor's capacity to invest
since now all people has a decent capital to go with real state and gold investment but with bitcoin any amount will be possible.
619  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: July 04, 2017, 12:28:05 AM
Its hard to tell, given that the economy is sometimes unpredictable. But looking at the state of cryptocurrencies now, its advancement has set a possible bright future for cryptocurrencies. In the news, more and more entities are now accepting Bitcoin and is beginning to become more available in most countries. With this, the increasing popularity is a good opportunity for Bitcoin to flourish. Hopefully this would lead to a better future with cryptocurrencies.

Let's all invest wisely!
hopefully bitcoin is a currency that is applicable all around the world and its price is increasing day by day investing in bitcoin is a good option earning through trading is also one of the best way to make money and keep it secured for coming days it will never disappoint its users .
The price will increase if it will be acceptable all around the world because the demand will significantly increase
which gives benefits to us investors. I will be the happiest man to see it in the future because now I am still buying bitcoin
which is intended for long term investment.
620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: July 04, 2017, 12:24:35 AM
For me its definitely signature campaign since it provides a steady flow of income when compared to other activities such as gambling, trading which has added factor of risk to it and you are much more prone to losing your funds.
For me it's not a best source because I can have more income doing trading and I cannot deny I also earn in campaign
but not really enough or my daily needs so I have to take a bigger risk and happy I learn to trade profitably.
