Site has been down for a couple of days. Will it be down forever? Are player funds lost?

Did you try to uninstall jaxx and then reinstall? (if you are using it as chrome extension).

If you have ETH address, try to check on https://etherscan.io/ if there are the ETH... if they are here, everything is ok...
I checked and there is Ether in the wallet. However I do not have my backup phrase, just the password to my personal url.

I have been trying to log into my ethereumwallet.com account for some time but it's not possible even though I use the same log in info as earlier. I've been emailing their owner jaxx about it multiple times but they only answer with auto responds about the site shutting down. Is there anything I can do?

How long do I need to wait to receive the bonus after 100.00/100 is reached?

I think it's automatic?

Nope. Waiting.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get Bitcoin Cash from many wallet/software/services with Coinomi on: August 23, 2017, 09:10:23 PM
Hey. I had BTC in blockchain.info when the fork occurred. I had a small amount in my wallet and the larger amount in an imported address.

By using Coinomi I was able to get the smaller amount of BCH.

I have also used a service to receive my non compressed key connected to the imported address. When I use this key to "sweep wallet" in Coinomi I'm sent to a white page, then sent back to my wallet with small amount. (as compared with when I try the wrong key it says the address doesn't have any coins.) I have successfully used the same key to connect the address to Mycelium.

The imported address was also used to send BTC on Aug 8 and receive on Aug 10 if that matters.

What to do next? Thanks.

I'm wondering the same. I've successfully claimed all my bitcoin cash that I had in my blockchain.info wallet EXCEPT for the ones that were on an imported address. Had the same issue where Coinomi would sweep the private key but no BCC would appear in the wallet. I'm wondering if there's some issue with imported addresses. I know that the imported addresses in my b.info wallet aren't backed up with the recovery phrase so any bcc wallet that needs the seed won't work.
I guess we just can wait unless you need it fast https://news.bitcoin.com/blockchain-info-to-support-bitcoin-cash/

Running off with the user funds would be a very short-sighted move.

So is not paying out users BCH.
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: ◥◤ NitrogenSports ◢ '17 NFL Survivor Pool Now Open ◣ The Future of Betting ◥◤ on: August 14, 2017, 08:51:38 AM
I strongly recommend withdrawing all your funds from NitrogenSports as soon as possible. Bitcoin gambling casinos was recently given the chance to prove their long term good intentions by returning users Bitcoin Cash. NitrogenSports was one of few companies not taking this chance. Big sites has ran away with user funds before. Funds at NitrogenSports are at huge risk.
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 FAST play/invest, up to 30% RAKEBACK, JACKPOT, tipbot, faucet on: May 20, 2017, 11:10:23 PM
Hello, I'm trying to claim some free BTCs from your faucet, but it says my balance must be zero (and it's zero at this moment).

Why can't I claim from the faucet?
I think investments counts as balance, if that is the problem.
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 FAST, play & invest, 2BTC JACKPOT on: May 18, 2017, 09:54:20 PM
Not always positive - but been doing well every week so far Smiley

Statistically positive Wink

That's why the investment is alway a cool thing in a casino ^^

Btw, I got a question. Is there anything securing the invested funds?

Over the long term the investment will pay off nicely. Short term anything can happen. The next player could max out a bet and win. So then you lose money but it's a short term loss. After a while you will have enough built up to take losses without even losing profit at all.  That is when the investment picks up and by that time it is already long term and worth holding on to.

That's right. Statistically you can expect that site profit is 1% of site wagered. It's quite easy to calculate this on paper, it's also there in our FAQ. Imagine this is  averaged over all possible universes and scenarios, something mathematicians call "expected value". It can be off from a real-world value, but as long as people keep wagering, yep. Math is definitely on our side.

Cheers,
Ethan

I guess that explains it all. So as long as we can make people keep coming back or evem new ones to wager their momey we could increase the bitcoin we will receive after that right?
That really sounds good though it is hard to invite people to make them gamble.
What if they just invested? Will that add up?
If you already invest, and you invite people who ONLY INVEST you will earn slightly less on your investments since you now own a smaller share of the sites profit. This also assumes they don't invite other people.

Primedice and similar sites is not recomended because they are simly not worth your time (not even if you live in India). Do the math, itīs pretty easy.

But there are good ways to earn your first Bitcoins with gambling. Here is an article with a couple of good ways: http://www.olivernordin.com/bitcoin-blog/best-ways-to-make-money-with-bitcoin
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: October 19, 2016, 11:53:11 AM
I think every gambler should learn that, gambling should not be think as an easy way of making money becuase when i was a newbie in gambling i also thought the same and my friends also and i think its same with everyone who comes new to gambling. But there is no way to make easy profit from gambling.

Well gambling is going to be one of the fastest way to have profits if you are going to be a lucky guy. But to determine on how you are going to be lucky on each day is going to be predictable with the percentage of 0.000001% so in reality the chance of having an easy profit with gambling is really hard to make and to consider.

Yes, gambling is seriously fastest way to have profit but not a easiest way to make profit. Because no one give you gurrantee that you win every bet and as we all know that our money is totally on risky, if we lose, so may be we get lose our whole amount, and It has a big mean.
if gambling was easy to earn money the world may wouldn't as fine as now , lazy people everywhere gambling as they have an easy way to earn money why they have to struggling do a hard work out there? indeed not easy to make profit in gambling but if i have to choose i would prefer to gamble on sports and simply bet on your own favorite player/team , simply choice.
Well. Bitcoin has made it easy. Yes, I agree that most suggestions for how to make a profit are scams. But there is still a lot of ways to make a long term expected profit without almost any risk. Some of them are listed here: http://www.olivernordin.com/bitcoin-blog/best-ways-to-make-money-with-bitcoin
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: August 07, 2016, 08:37:11 AM
Gambling where to remain with profit you need to win always other wise few loosing hands will let you at starting point or under that level once again.
If a "few loosing hands will let you at starting point or under that level once again" you have a horrible bank roll management. All long term successful gamblers have a very good bank roll management. Itīs one of the biggest differences between pros and amateurs. Most pros might never risk more than 1% of their bank roll for example.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: August 07, 2016, 08:14:15 AM
Hello
Gambling is not a method to earn money and make profit. Gambling depends on your luck and the House always win. You can never really make a profit by gambling and hence refrain from it.
Iīm sorry to inform you about your incorrectness. There is LOTS of sites where you can make a long term expected profit. https://www.betmoose.comhttps://bitbet.us/, http://battlecoin.org/  and all the poker sites is just a few of them.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: August 06, 2016, 09:04:46 PM
gambling is based on luck not on stratgy. if you are using maths to win sometime then you can not win in a long run you will have to face the house edge at the end which no one can win

18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: June 15, 2016, 09:39:08 PM
Putting money in casinos is not really investing, but gambling. And gambling usually involves a total dependence on luck; a real investment would need to offer you some guarantees or realistic possibilities to increase your capital based on your own decisions, but this is not the case with casinos.

There is actually a certain guarantee to get profit in the long run while investing in a dice site with a house edge greater than 0%. While it's true there's a great risk it still has positive EV for the investor.
No, because 1. Most sites has costs. Itīs not enough for the site to have edge, it needs to be higher than the costs. 2. The site need trafic to make a profit. 3. How do you make sure itīs not a scam? 4. You didnīt mention the price the investor is paying.

Far from all casino investments has positive EV for the investor.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [SPECULATION] Next big thing in online gambling? on: December 15, 2015, 02:01:11 PM
It's too late now because the football season is underway but some kind of a fantasy football competition would be cool.

Everybody pays to enter 1 team & the winner gets the combined bounty at the end of the season. Not sure if people know what I mean by fantasy football but there are several well known one's online.
Daily Fantasy has much bigger potential than season lenght.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [SPECULATION] Next big thing in online gambling? on: December 15, 2015, 03:07:04 AM
Gaminfication with some randomness.

For example a pinball game where you get paid in proportion to your result compared to the players before you.

It will be imortant to find the right balance between skill and randomness. Slots only include luck so people know they canīt beat it long term. Chess only includes skill. A medioker chess player will win every time against a bad one. The bad ones will quickly realize how bad they are and quick. Poker is closer to the right balance between skill and luck. Pros play because they know they can beat the game. Recreationals play because itīs fun and they often overestimate their skill and blame their losses on bad luck. Most recreationals try to improve their game, they have a dream of becoming a pro.
