I guess you need to be careful with old wallets when you make backups and replace old wallets in a new DO installation? or it doesn't matter what wallet you are replacing? as long as you are using the same wallet, it won't replace anything old?

Maybe you already know, in order to have more tasks assigned to you, you need to have a high amount of ONIONs in the wallet you are using in VoteCentral, plus other requirements apply, (how active you are there...) there is a thread in DO forum explaining this.
