I know it was discussed earlier this thread, but how one can know how to transfer blackbytes, there is only info "by clicking links on the chat", and there is no chat.

How to extract privkey? Why did I get more than twice blackbytes than bytes?

Looks like you see more complexity than there is You don't have to mess with private keys. You can delete byteball-test but you don't have to, because the two wallets live in different folders and don't know anything about each other. Sorry, I didn't mention that I want to have 2 separate instances, of course on of them is on VM. And I want to know more methods to achieve that.

I got old test bytebal working, and another "t" which I linked TBTC balance. I want to install new 0.7.0t on old testnet first. Where is data directory, where is wallet? I want to replace it with new tesnet data to see balance. There is no readme in linux64 version. What hapens if I replace all files in new testnet? I'm affraid I loose linked balance.
The data directory is ~/.config/byteball-tn (~/.config/byteball-test for old testnet), but you don't have to mess with data files, just unzip 0.7.0t into the same directory where you had 0.6.0t. Thanks, I knew that, the problem was with my old not "t" second instance. I understand that this time I should remove /byteball-test, and take in that place coresponding "t" data folder. But what about wallet, or rather wallets, one for byteball and second for blackbytes? How to extract privkey? Why did I get more than twice blackbytes than bytes?

Why would i use a new website if there are reliable and bigger exchanges to trade XMR at..
I do not like to send the selfie on request. I like if transfer is made in half a second. I do no not like high fees. I like if can exchange and forget about login credentials. I remember many big and reliable exchanges fail, especially the biggest.

Since yesterday, there is Monero on https://cryptox.plCryptox is quite new Polish exchange, you will be surprised liquidity it offers. Of course, liquidity for rather smaller needs, but transfers are also cheap. Worth to consider for little diversification.

Anybody can explain why is still problem to synchronize 2016-Nov-20 13:57:13.667110 [P2P3][163.172.10.45:18080 OUT] SYNCHRONIZED OK 2016-Nov-20 13:57:13.667307 [P2P3] ********************************************************************** You are now synchronized with the network. You may now start monero-wallet-cli.
Please note, that the blockchain will be saved only after you quit the daemon with "exit" command or if you use "save" command. Otherwise, you will possibly need to synchronize the blockchain again.
Use "help" command to see the list of available commands. ********************************************************************** 2016-Nov-20 13:57:55.778067 [P2P4][37.182.53.66:18080 OUT]Sync data returned unknown top block: 1183897 -> 92465 [1091432 blocks (878 days) ahead] SYNCHRONIZATION started and what does it above mean

b. By signing a message (if your Bitcoin wallet supports this function). You tell the bot your Bitcoin address and sign your Byteball address with the Bitcoin address. After you prove one address (a typical Bitcoin wallet has dozens of them), you can either move all your coins to this single proven address or prove all other addresses in the same way -- by signing a message.
Thanks for this option ! <3 Thanks, hope this method will work on mainnet.

Now i don't get it if i link 10 btc in the first round i will get byteball thats in total 1 btc? if you link 10 BTC, and ~all BTC's are linked (16M) then you get 62.5 MB, which will count as 1 BTC in the next round. 10 makes 1, because only 10% is distributed in 1st round

But there is another problem in version 0.2 and 0.5 as well is crashing cinnamon.
Mint 18 cinnamon crashes - solved in v 0.6 Nothing was done specifically for cinnamon.. Unfortunatelly i got crash of GUI with 0.6, it will be hard to find the reason as it is not regular as (I thought) was before.

@cryptohunter There is enough ICOs and premined coins, some devs are taking 10% of every distributed coin. You can hunt there. Byteball is pretty different, and many users can see that.

just test net wallet Do you see link on github?

Nice package, but how to upgrade? (linux64) I see some effort to make it user friendly, but how it should be installed to get desktop icon. Just unzip and overwrite the old version. The app creates a .desktop file at ~/.local/share/applications (check that it exists), it should be automatically detected by the OS. Yes it is, thanks. But there is another problem in version 0.2 and 0.5 as well is crashing cinnamon. " Cinnamon just crashed. You are currently running in Fallback Mode. Do you want to restart Cinnamon? " Restart makes all OK.

Still not clear, do we got 2 kind of bytes or one?

A better way to prepare for the device loss or failure, is by setting up a multi-sig wallet with redundancy, then you'll automatically have several copies of private payments on multiple devices.
Suppose I have multisig 1 of 2, but during transaction only first wallet is online, and just after receiving dark byteball, is lost. Do I have access to those dark byteball using only second wallet(device)?

Did you gracefully exit monerod? Because the bans should be saved then. You can gracefully exit by typing "exit" into monerod. Thus, gracefully exit and restart monerod should do the trick.
I was, but I try once again. Tried, and nothing, you are wrong.
