Jika post dihapus, artinya mereka tidak mengikuti arahan atau rules yang sudah dibuat yakni post berkualitas. Seperti yang saya katakan sebelumnya, bukan hanya manager yang berperan dalam menilai post, maka dari itu, ketika ada post lama yang dihapus, entah ketika menggunakan signature saat ini atau bukan, menjadi berhak untuk tidak dibayar oleh manager. IMO
Kalau ane sudah antisipasi soal ini, kadang ane melebihi setidaknya 2 atau 3 post perminggu biar kalau ada postingan ane dihapus, masih tetap penuh, misal 25 post. Tentu hal ini sangat menyakitkan, apa lagi kita sudah capek-capek ngepos, eh cuma kurang 1 atau cuma 24 post dari 25 post syarat jadi tidak dibayar, tentu ini juga jadi pelajaran buat pemula biar tidak mudah putus asa dan eksisi jika mau terus ada di sini, kalau misal syarat 20 atau 25 post, diusahakan bikin lebih 1 atau 2 post, lebih baik lagi disyaratkan di post tertentu, misal minimal 10 post di gambling, bikin setidaknya 11 atau 12 post. Saya harap post ini di baca pemula sebagai pelajaran tambahan jika suatu waktu mereka berpartisipasi di signature campaign setelah dapat memakai kode signature di profilnya. Spare post perlu disiapkan untuk antisipasi jika ada posting yang dihapus, setiap last day juga perlu mengecek ulang untuk memenuhi syarat menerima bayaran, kadang ada topik yang dihapus yang membuat jumlah post berkurang. Saya sangat sering membuat post lebih dari jumlah yang ditentukan, tujuannya agar tidak rugi dan spare post dapat menutupi kekurangan post yang sudah dihapus. |
