Hy NXT community can you tell me if :
1. NXT is getting worthless after IGNIS launch ?
2. and what is the reason NXT is not going to be the first childchain ?

1. Not worthless but worth less. 2. Ignis is basically NXT without the things Ardor does. Moreover, NXT blockchain will stay independent from Ardor blockchain, so you are free to decide between the two. NXT pumped by NXT team and dumped too ... Why NXT so much worthless .. If IGNIS ico already going .. I think nxt must be 10K by now ..shitt coin I won't say shitcoin, IMO the tech is no worse than Ethereum etc... but the marketing and some other things sux here, so we have what we have with the price |

Is there a name for the sorts of coin that exist only for speculation? They get mined, they get sold and they get brought, but no one actually does anything (legal) with them. What can you do with Bitcoin Cash? Their official website doesn't even pretend there is anywhere you can spend it.
jajaja seems you want someone say "shitcoin"  but the coin is just created, I'm not surprized there are no merchants yet we'll see what happens in a couple of months |

yesterday yu changed the home page of bitcoinwisdom...
It was better before.
I really miss the old one.
Please, let the user choose, or do a page where is possible visualize the BTC market like before.

I agree.. not sure what's with the change to the home page. Where did the Bitcoin market summaries go? Changes are good, at least it shows that the project is not abandoned. I have a dream: bitcoinwisdom optimized for mobiles |

Gold is this centuries-proven metal for investment. I think you cannot compare it with any currency. The price depends on the Fiat of the state's economy and Central Bank policy. Bitcoin price generally rests exclusively on demand, but it is not reliable. Think gold wins in all respects.
IMO BTC is the "gold" of our new, "digital age"... |

If you do not forge, Nxt/Ardor dies and your investment also dies.
When the total forging stake gets too low, security of the network is decreased, it becomes vulnerable to 51% attacks.
The total forging stake has dropped to 270 million of the total supply of NXT coins. This is an all time low. Please start forging to protect your investment.
Why should i forge NXT? I have 1500 NXT and to forge 1.5 NXT i have to spend 3 month? I'm saying WTF? Convert it to BTC and try to mine, then you'd have the rights to say WTF |

LOL at the p.s. Was thinking much about who's the male and who's female there but later understood that probably this is let's say sexless picture without any such meaning |

Hello all experts, what do you guys think about it? Is there any chance for bitcoin the digital currency to rise up to the level of $5000 this year. I just read a news and now they are saying bitcoin speculators are the new day traders which definitely means the volume is rising and so are the traders.
depends on many things so we can't really tell right now. for example if the SegWit (in other words the scaling solution) is delayed more and things get stalled again we may see some more rise but small. if it goes through and finally gets activated properly (meaning with majority support) then there will be a big price rise and $5000 becomes a possibility. if things get out of hand and we end up with a chain and community split then there is a good chance we see a big drop instead. Yepp I agree. Everything is possible again. Doom and gloom, moon and beyond or something in the middle. I tend to moon and beyond. At least for a short while, when SegWit gets finally activated. And it will! However things may change a few months later when it's all about the hardfork again. All in all the second half of this year won't be boring. So better buckle up!! Everyone is talking about SegWit for a while.. dunno but IMO it could made effect already, so I'm thinking there would be nothing special when it will finally happen, the speculation already happend few times |

why not both of them ? i think with saving 20-30% your profit/money to gold always be a good choice, they already have their own market that can'be ruined by any other thing, even bitcoin i think. Old people and traditional people that can't use technology still hard to believe bitcoin is really exist, but who knows ? we are the next generation of old people, we can teach the next generation I think a good idea by investing in both? Why not? If you have a lot of money you can share your money or the profits you get by investing in both. After all if the price of both goes up of course it can give double benefit to you rirght ? right, it's never a good idea to keep all money in one pocket |

If the loss is just about 50% then don't consider as worst loss. That's the time it will test how good you are handling your portfolios. Don't ever sold during bearish market. It's like selling thru dips instead of buying it.
People have an option to buy again at those dips and just hold those who coins who are already on reds. Somehow even it will not reached again their selling rate at least closer than that. Patience is always the key.
losing 50% of $100 differs from losing 50% of $100k, no? )) patience may be always the key, but is not always the key to success - many (once) "hot altcoins" would never reach the heights they got during the first days... there are A LOT of examples |
