Not at this moment mate,we cannot trust the ICO now since most of the project now are delaying their project or some had been paused because of this bear market.i visited some telegram groups lately and most of the topics are about the pausing and suspending of more project.if i were you i would choose to buy good altcoins that has great potentials so the waiting is worthiness you can profit when the market grows and the income can be added for your ico investments in future

What hoped from investing in a working product would be, at least we had a little guaranty if the coins price is low, the project still have an actual product that can be used to back up the coins.

yeah I still find many people fail to understand that no matter what outcome they bet they will still lose the same amount mathematically
so betting anything is the same no matter if you are aiming for high payout or low ones , the more you bet the more you lose
so finding a system of betting doesn't affect the chance , it just gives you a road plan for losing or reaching the profit target

Mercatox is good for trade, I have some coins in that exchange, but it's been a long time for me to not visited that site. And after I check my account, I see in the profile, I need to do verification to reach the next level but it's not a must, and you could still make a trade as usual. But you only can withdraw 0.5 BTC in equivalent per 24h for unverified users and 5 BTC in equivalent per 24h for verified users. I choose not to upgrade my account because I don't trade too often in that site.
This might help OP, seems that the withdrawal is smaller than binance can provide in terms of non verified accounts, though there's no problem trying the service with small amount of coins first then if OP got satisfied with the service he can deal with it again and again, though its time consuming and needs to pay more for transaction fees but far better than sending everything and experienced problem after. Odds are created for a reason, they show different odds based on the winning percentage but only on the public perception.
Bookmakers are really smart in making odds and even if there are odds like 1.50 it still does not guarantee that we will win all the time, I know
people who gamble in sports all the time will understand that based on their experience.
Me, personally, I stopped taking low odds, I'd rather 2.00 over or will consider 1.90 because I don't need to win a lot to be profitable.

It is cool that you won almost 2 bitcoins with just 20k satoshi, I hope you didn't spend too much money on winning that bet and made a huge chunk of profit from it.
Be the wise man and do not rebet all of that into gambling, if you want to gamble so much and can't stop yourself from gambling just withdraw the 1 bitcoin from that and than turn it into cash and buy something valuable with it like gold, it is easier for a person to have bitcoin and deposit that and play, or even have money in bank account and send it to exchange and get bitcoin to gamble.
Moreover, it is harder for anyone to turn gold into cash when they just sit in front of a PC, you have to go get that gold cashed out which by that time your gambling desire would probably go away. Hence you are still 1 bitcoin rich in gold and can't gamble away that money that easily.

I never knew steem blockchain could handle so much activities without bugging its network. It already has a video platform, blogging platform, Instagram-like platform and now this.
I guess the platforms only use the steem currency and not the blockchain. Hope they are really decentralized though.

I think ICO is the best place too to buy Alts but you have to be very careful about your choices.
I'm not favor with buying ICO coins as the risk is far bigger than investing with top alts, the market is shaping and if you have good knowledge with coins that you are aiming to invest, you can do both short and long term investment, pick moving coins for short term and hold some also with high value coins for long term engagement,.
