I got the vouch copy and here's my review.
It works perfectly, and it takes less than a few minutes to do it.
Very simple, the PDF has images and pretty good grammar so you can actually understand the steps and follow along. You will get the speed promised in the OP, and use it to browse/do whatever you want.
