This is it , all my bitcoins are sold and all money in n26.com , i have debit card from them, and withdraws will start soon. card is issued in Germany, i live in Latvia

The thing is that i don't want to send all the money to Latvian bank account because i will have to pay tax, (income tax) (declaration) ........

But what will happen when i withdrawing from Latvian bank ATM , ~3000EUR, every singe day. What ATM can "see" ?? can Latvian bank get my identity trough other country issued debit card ?

How to hide that amount of money from Latvian tax ?

Reply from okpay support

As you know all OKPAY payments are non-reversible according with our Terms of Service:
https://www.okpay.com/en/company/agreements/terms-of-service.html
OKPAY Inc. and MtGox Co Ltd. Companies have a contractual relationship. The decision to reverse the payments can not be done solely by OKPAY without violating our agreements. However we are working on the solution for this situation. As soon as we resolve this in cooperation with MtGox Co Ltd. we will let our clients know.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

19  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Deposited to mtgox via OKpay Can i claim it? on: March 13, 2014, 07:59:43 PM
i hear that some banks has returned funds to customers.. so i think and i hope okpay can do the same..  coz i send money to nowhere, gox account was never credited..
but why they need lawyers ?? can they just click button "reverse transaction" or something like this. all funds still in the internal MtGox account in the OKPAY System.
