I've been in your position before, having a scam accusation posted up against me, so I won't try retaliating against any of your comments.
In response to your copyrighted material claim, I would emphasize the fact that my work is not, in any way, another person's property. It was an original card created by me.
Therefore if you claim that it is copyrighted and you have no proof of such, you have no reason to refuse payment. If you find my work on any other website though, please send it to me so that I can have it(the website) taken down.
When hosting a contest, you are liable to choose at least one winner. It was a waste of time on our part that you have suspended the contest two months after we delivered our work.
EDIT: I do not require you to pay me, but I am willing to drop charges if every other designer in the contest agrees so.
yeah you have alot of them GL. I have proof of many photos are in so copyrighted and one of them are already on the thread. If I have to reward someone I dont mind, but I still wont use the card so this was a waste of my time and money. Again I do not plan to use any of the photos, so after this post, I dont give a rat ass. If you would please post proof of my work being copyrighted, I am more than willing to take at look at it. Anyway, even though I have only your word that you wouldn't use my design, I am willing to accept that this was a failure in my part for failing to ask for an escrow before continuing work. And having said so, I retract this complaint and instead, I would only wish for neutral feedback stating of this incident. |

What happened:: Recently, I called out on V. Lace for refusing to pay any participant in his design contest (see reference below). The user responded with this, a clear excuse to dodge payment. Because of the fact that one participant used a copyrighted image, he unexpectedly closed the contest to the others. I see this behavior unfit for a high-ranking member and that he deserves to be negged until prompt payment. Scammers Profile Link: V. Upon looking at your post history, I see that there was a sudden change of capitalization and grammar/spelling. Because of this, I believe that your account has either been bought or hacked. But who am I to judge? No negative feedback has been sent until you can reply. |

Are the prices you gave shipped, or is shipping extra? And has anyone confirmed these are genuine yet?
Prices are include shipping, No one here, bought SD cards until now!  Seeing the previous posts, I think that's because you're unwilling to put it under H2testw which would dictate whether or not these are fake. Also, you gave no vouches, so we aren't able to double check. |

If you really want to be a reputable member of this forum, try building reputation and not destroying others'. And yes, I admit that this account was used in a transaction between me and another party when it was a Junior Member. (Sidenote: We are both Filipinos.) it was alleged that I scammed a user just because of the suspicion brought on my trying to buy a PayPal account to receive 40$ and trying to trade that exact amount for Bitcoin. The amount was supposed to be redeemable from a site I spent some time on.
Why are you trying to buy a PayPal account, where instead you can make one of your own? I see in your recent posts that you've bought a virtual visa card. Good. But that should have been your thought process firstly. In fact, you could also check to see if you could make a PayPal account with no cards or bank linkages [I just did.] to check if that would work. If you were scared about not being able to receive/send money, then afterwards add a virtual card (or a physical card) to it.
If what you are saying is the truth, then that's too bad. I would not understand why any person would seek to ruin your reputation, after it had already been attacked with the first red feedback. There is probably no way to clear it up. Yes quite recently, I have made a PayPal account through a VC but this issue took place months before. I was thinking if it were possible to create a 'stealth' PayPal account but to no avail. That was actually the main issue but, for some reason, more started to come. Thanks for understanding. |

I must admit that some of my responses seem to arouse suspicion because of the way I defend myself but I wish to clear up every issue before making transactions with users here.
