Yeah as others have said you could hold it in escrow, or you could send him half and then half when you leave. You could ask him to try using a multisig escrow. You can deposit into that address and he would know that you can't access the coins. Then after you are done your stay there, you can deposit the remaining into the address and release the Bitcoin to him. I would recommend that you either find someone on this forum for that or use keyscrow.com for it.
Probably the best option, multi-signature escrow is a pretty good idea.

excuse me, am I late to the Klan meeting?
You're a moron if you think that, also there are a few racist lurkers around here like bitcreditscc and it's very easy to spot them but I'm sure you'll instead claim this is a right wing fascist nazi forum rather than look at what people are actually posting given you're dumb enough to think what you just posted in the first place.

The paper of tajmar was already released yesterday. there is stll no conclusive findings about the emdrive theory. but atleast he could exclude some of the possible errors in the analysing method.
Something very interesting. the emdrives needs up to 10 seconds to build up thrust and after disconnecting from power it needs up to 10 secs befire tje thrust vanishes.
Hmm.. Still thrust after disconnection? Interesting. Could that just be like a jet engine where everything is just cooling down? You have that a lot with electronic devices where there's heat etc. still going, hell, if it's that easy to build I might try it at some point, would be interesting to see if you can do experiments to get that thrust higher. I may not know a lot about the mathematical side of this, but I very much like the idea of tinkering and inventing, I need to get my own house before I can mess with that kind of stuff though, I also want to play around with electricity generation.

I can tell you I happen to know of a guy who once had some old woman who was obviously batshit insane, after picking a fight with him for absolutely no reason, she ended up calling the police and claiming he had a gun and was getting ready to shoot people, police arrived with a helicopter and armed police and they realised after he came out that he was just doing gardening.
Something needs to be done about these sociopaths, they can't keep getting away with both waisting everybody's time and potentially getting people either shot or in jail, sometimes neighbours are crazy, sometimes they do it just to be spiteful cunts to everybody around them, in the UK we have a particularly bad problem with this sort of thing.
The police has real criminals to catch, the firemen have to be available for really serious situations... What a waste of people's money. This is the thing that pisses me off so much about professional victims, it's not just the people they target, they completely take away from people who actually suffer.

multiculturalism = no more white people, all it means, all it has ever meant
The problem isn't multiculturalism, it's the disgusting, morally bankrupt, kleptocratic parasites in power.
the capitalist parasites in power are the people who invented multiculturalism. you arent being anti establishment by believing in race mixing and getting rid of white people. Wow. I've heard some pretty far flung conspiracies before, but this is something else. So you honestly believe that? Someone in power is going to (somehow?) gain some sort of advantage by eradicating certain skin colours? How do you even function in the outside world on a day-to-day basis? However you cope, please keep it up, you're doing wonders for my argument that people who are against multiculturalism are a little backwards and probably have a screw loose. While I agree that he's a moron, multi-culturalism can't happen through force or government initiative, some people are just more comfortable within their own cultures and there is little malice behind it and some people aren't. Me being a classic example, I fucking hate my own country and I'm British, going to be interesting to finally visit somewhere I want to be

I like to watch CNBC so I know what mainstream economists and investors think, I make it a point to do the opposite of everything they say, unless they have some actual facts backing their comments of course, so when these guys finally admit that Bitcoin is a good idea and you should buy it, start selling, because these idiots are going to be the last ones in buying it up at a premium.

Such polls usually have questionable credibility because people vote according to their mood and influenced by current news and events. A year earlier, or a year later, the results of such a survey would surely have been different. Ultimately, it's not really important what people think, but it is important what British politicians and government decide. The survey results are often manipulated to achieve certain political goals.
True, but one thing you have to take into account is that the ones who do the manipulating are usally the ones who make sure the results swing their way, the fact that this has happened on such a big scale on the BBC is mind blowing. The reason being, the BBC is an organisation utterly obsessed with political correctness and it touts multi-culturalism all the fucking time. So to have that kind of bullshit narrative completely backfire on them is very unusual.

it uses electro magnetic waves not negative energy, it's basically a very very efficient engine that seems to be able run in a vacuum ... claiming it breaks the laws of physics
It would seem enough knowledgeable people have had a go at this. I'm certainly no expert but I do believe this could be slightly more complex than a simple misunderstanding. As per the article, Tajmar's research paper "Direct Thrust Measurements of an EmDrive and Evaluation of Possible Side-Effects" which will be released within the next day or so should provide better insight. The 'claiming it breaks the laws of physics' has more to do with media exaggerations. Anyway it's great that Roger Shawyer's work is getting the attention it deserves The best way to conceptualize EMdrive is to consider it similar to ion drive space engines, which have very low thrust but can sustain that thrust for years. These are very efficient engines for many missions, however they will not do something like the job of getting men to the moon in three days. Ugh, I need to go and have a proper read of it again lol, either way you're right about it being like the ion drive, yes, even though the thrust is small it's very efficient. I think though even with engines like these, it will still be entirely capable of being improved to give the kind of speeds we'd expect.

I can understand if it's being criticised by actual scientists, but they're running proper tests on it and making sure it's legit and even they're saying it's a genuine piece of technology now. I'm getting fed up of these news journalists who think they're experts on everything, they do the exact same crap with Bitcoin, write blatantly false information as if it's correct and then pretend nothing happened afterwards.

Just checked that I have 22 posts in total and I have 18 rejected, that's pretty ridiculous, will be removing this off my signature as either they have some unrealistic expectations or the automated software is bugged.
Haven't had problems before with other signature campaigns so I can see why some people are getting annoyed with the OP.
