Indeed Coinbase account is no longer offering paying the network fees unless you are making a transaction with another coinbase user. This changed a month ago along with other modifications which in my opinion make their service the worst. I would like to remind you about the problems they had with the IRS and their new verification process which require live webcam and on top of that, you don't even control your private keys. Go with GreenAddress If you need a web wallet, Electrum for desktop and Mycelium for Android/iOS. I second the GreenAddress suggestion. But blockchain.info is good enough for small amounts. Youre supposed to use small amounts for webwallets anyway and use an offline wallet to safely store your real BTC savings. he is not asking for a wallet to send small amounts but he is asking for a place to send any amount no matter smaller or larger but without any fees. For that coinbase was a good choice but that is now not available you can now create a xapo account from your sibling name and can get the permission from him to use that. |

I do not think that why you registered on that site using VPN as you can create from any IP even from your own without any restriction and I do not think that they have to do anything with the location. So you can use it they will not freeze your account because of your VPN IP. And it is a place for sending bitcoin and receiving bitcoin and you will not need to connect it to any bank. If you want to buy bitcoin then create an account on any exchange and buy from that. |

Basically SatoshiDice/SatoshiSlot/Megadice or whatever other site they run have become very fishy ever since that 300BTC win incident from a user who placed a small bet and won.
They claim that in the long run long term investors were still in profit and came out happy, which might be true. But anyone who invested earler in the year might be at a loss.

Yes, the 303.73btc win made by the user “Underdog01253” was a legitimate win made on the SatoshiSlot game. Underdog01253 made a max bet and triggered the bonus game. He then went on to lose ~2 thirds of his winnings, back to the Bankroll. The reason why alot of people are suspicious is because for one 0.25 BTC is alot to bet on a very unlikely win chance. So most people here think that it was mostly rigged. And secondly why did he win 300 BTC and then he kept betting more and more to end up losing half of it? Doesn't really make sense, since its a very slim win chance so why keep betting to lose it all again? If you were more transparent about that user and the bets he has made and posted logs then maybe people wouldn't be suspicious. Well, I might agree with you. Winning such a high amount would be a life changer. But perhaps you are not a gambler and might not understand the problematic associated to being one. Exactly my toughts. Any gambler who is addicted will be playing that amount back to the casino and quickly I might add. I have seen people who kept gambling waaay over their head and lost everything they ever had.
