Since the presales offer better discounts or bonus, I do want to take part in presales if I am eligible for it. Before investing, I will surely do a full research which include reading the whitepaper, analysing the business model, joining the community chat and etc. IMO, the business model make the project interesting.

My strategy is the same as yours which is to buy coins when the prices are low. I think it is a good and safe strategy since we are not skilful traders. IMO, it is important to be able to differentiate real news vs fuds in order to survive in the crypto world.

Does Facebook need more funding? I find this strange but I will be happy to read Facebook’s white paper. Hopefully, Facebook’s move will attract and educate more people about crypto.

Among the altcoins I am holding, I think ETH, Neo, BNB, XMR and Omg are promising projects. I don’t think I can be a millionaire with these coins but good enough to make some handsome profits.

70% profit is good but ETH’s ATH is $1700. So it has to depend whether you are happy with 70% or take the risks for more profit. In any case, make your own decision in investing because there are many opinions around.

As of now, I am still seeing ETH to be the market leader for smart contracts. But we never know, maybe there will be a great project coming up to replace ETH in becoming the smart contract market leader.

BTC and Dash are two good coins to hold, I feel that it is better to hold both coins. But I understand that you are thinking to host Dash masternode, do you think you are able to hold BTC after getting 1000 dash for the masternode?

IMO, I don’t think it is possible for the governments to ban all privacy coins. It is really difficult to ban all of them. Privacy coins have good potential and I have invested in a couple of privacy coins.

IMO, as long as the project is disruptive and feasible, both ICO and IEO are effective in raising funds. No, blockchain technology is no the only way to raise fund, there are other methods out there. So the project developers usually choose the one that is suitable for their business. As far as I remember, ETH raise fund through a mainstream crowd funding platform.

I agreed with OP. Courage is actually important in crypto and daily life. Panic selling happen when investors are feeling fear from all the bad news and it usually lead to investment losses. Hence, I think courage, confidence and the ability to analyse are important factors for an investor.

I have a different view from OP. IMO, 2018 is the correction after the massive bull run in late 2017 to Jan 2018. It is perfectly normal for a market correction.

As for ETH price, I think $50 is kind of low. IMO, $100 should be the bottom for ETH.

I don’t see any bullish trend as of now, the market is kind of flat IMO. Perhaps OP is right since the crypto market is full of surprises. However, I think we should watch the market for now.

You do not need a huge capital to start trading crypto. Any amount above $100 that you are comfortable with will be a good amount of capital to start.

Just do lots of research to find the potential coin which will bring you good profit and refrain from asking random people which coin to buy. Make your own decision, you will learn if you failed
