........

https://www.tezos.com/pwcheck.html
https://check.tezos.com/
Which one is legal?
I used the first one and it said that "You are good to go".
Is it ok?

both are "legal",
first one checks if your seed + passphrase is correct
second one checks if your contribution was recorded

any way to check my seed and passphrase that i got from the crowdsale?

Someone posted a step by step method to validate it offline.  It worked just fine for me but it was way back in this thread a few days after the ICO closed.

yeah i found that link but that was to the contribution site which is now offline

I just found this link on reddit and it works with my passphrase and key:

Looking for whales to join a private whale club where we chip in together and fund projects.

So you got lucky? Let's make it more than just luck!
We gather together in this private club and when a nice project arises that requires funding. We brainstorm together and chip in together. It won't work with one whale throwing all his profits out the window but it also will not work if all whales cashes out, we'd all loose.

We need to come together and make this more than a speculation!
All the richest persons in the world got their wealth by providing something useful back to the society, then money comes naturally as a side effect! Let's make it happen with IOTA!

Make our investments grow by making smart and coordinated fundings.
You were glad that you invested in the ICO, you will be even more glad that you invested in funding real world applications/projects!

Don't get greedy, we all know the IOTA Foundation has been funded, and we have funded other deals as well.
But for long term and a bigger picture we must keep the foundation as strong and as long as possible. So right now some projects will require help from us lucky ICO Whales!

What do we get in return in this club?
-We get returns on our investment by investing further.
-We get the first hand to know what is behind the scenes as we are funding them.
Maybe we get awesome recognition and rewards for funding a successful project.
-We get that good feeling of being useful, we did something that added value to ourselves and to a brighter future, not just being lucky at ico and dump out.
-We might get other things, but that is left for private discussions with our clients.

Let's get iota above the billion dollar market cap by getting together and fund for real-world uses!

Minimum pledge 1Ti, message me in slack for invites (@luey), you do not need to send anything to anywhere just keep your words. (later we might set up a fund with the foundation where we can voice out how much, part of own pledge we want to chip in. Kind of like stocks where investors have a say on what/where to spend the funds, your voice is only as loud as your pledges. All IOTA Foundation members get free invite.

seems legit. xD

if you have to look for members by public forum post you are not the right person for this.

go to google and type in

Quote
1 MB = ? byte
or
Quote
1 byte = ? MB
google can pretty much convert everything into anything ( that makes sense )

Thank you for the fast reply, sorry but just to double check for every 1 invested BTC I will receive 6.25 BYTE? Did I understand correctly?

For every one BTC you link you get 62.5 MB
For every 10 byte you already have you get 1 byte.

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: December 02, 2016, 11:05:47 AM
uhh man what happened there? I want in slack for some days, an now seccour is banned Sad Lets hope everyone will calm down. nobody died so lets be nice and keep this iota thing going Smiley

+1

Unbelievable that this people will handle a million dollar company,....perhabs brilliant devs with communications @ machine-to-machine, but it looks that they have little problems with communications human-to-human.

Not at all. He was given a warning, after several months of the same shit, he decided to not take the warning and couldn't handle the consequences like an adult. Sorry, but IOTA project is about the real world, not forum ideology, we have repeatedly stated we will simply and bluntly ban anyone we see fit from the IOTA Slack after warnings. You are entirely free to make your own IOTAnarchist Slack

On Slack right ? Why did you bring my bitcointalk post on Slack then ? What a non-sense. And i didn't speak in the slack for month so how could you warn me about anything ? Please stop lying and get your fact right. All the screenshot prove that just because you misunderstand my message that wasn't address to you, IOTA or the Foundation you start a drama.

You just a butt-hurt guy that can't handle criticism, advise or even simple sentence without insulting the person of being a troll or going by ad-hominem attack, or ban the person then give your own false version after it. Even when it's not related to you, you still find a way to link it to you so you can spill your bullshit and insult the person of being a troll.

And you're not even able to be mature and accept that you misunderstand the sentence and make peace.

In the real world you don't ban people because you don't agree with them. And at least in the real world you would have not enter the conversation that wasn't related to or about you.

just walk away from this conversation and carry on with your life, both of you.
