401  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: investing in hyip sites? on: March 24, 2018, 03:11:57 PM
High Yield Investment Project/Portfolio. These are worst ponzi schemes that you can encounter in your lifetime. I mean come on there name itself suggest that they are something which can produce high yield for you but that is just in our dreams. I mean these people never earn for us but they earn for themselves. There are many sites which are mostly cloud mining based who allow us to use free hash rates and assure us high returns but that never happens as they are scammers. We go on investing later on when the free period is over and we invest more than what we have invested in the free trail period. That has happened with me earlier so better to stay away from such claims.
402  Economy / Economics / Re: Money laundering tools on: March 24, 2018, 02:24:43 PM
That's not true. Try to change bitcoin to Fiat. Maybe you know a secret way to change cryptocurrencies bypassing exchanges? All exchanges require documents and money will be very difficult to wash. The cost of exchanging via black exchangers is higher than you will pay a legal income tax. You can launder money through investments in legitimate business.

Very correctly said. In my country, if you have to invest even $10 in bitcoins, you will have to give KYC documents and get it verified in the exchange. Most of the common investors are using it as an investment medium. Some of the influential people however are using loopholes here also but it is no fault of bitcoins. We should try to catch these criminals instead of blaming the medium they are using.

Much more money laundering happens in a single day with FIAT money than it was ever "washed" using Bitcoin. Monero might be more susceptible to it with "anonymity" being its killer feature, but I don't see it even topping the usage statistics on Darknet.

I sincerely think that Blockchain can actually help in stopping the money laundering.

It can stop money laundering? I believe most of the people are using it to do the money laundering. The fact that whole currency works over the blockchain tech is what gives rise to the laundering stuff. I mean at least fiat can be tracked down by some means and then things can be assessed for suspicious activity. In case of bitcoin to whom you will blame and what proofs will you give? We dont generate invoices here with the legal status to them we just create the transaction ID's for them. Nothing makes sense here and using this nonsense most of the people are able to use it over darkweb and for things which are illegal in status.
403  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Questionable wealth because of Crypto on: March 24, 2018, 01:31:25 PM
Our Government here will always question people who become rich instantly, sometimes they will relate all the wealth to drugs and smuggling so they can send us to jail for a questionable wealth and not paying taxes. they will do background checking, even if they dont find any illegal activities we did they still think that we do illegal. What if I become rich because of BTC do you think they will believe if I say that its bitcoin that making me rich? How will I explained to them?

Just explain them that you have got the money from bitcoin. Who knows they will be happy to know that and might just ask you how you do it and may get involved themselves. After all they are also people who needs money. Lolz. At least in my country this will surely happen if I go and file a tax worth millions. They might just ask for some bribe I guess and will sort out the matter immediately. Who knows that might just happen out of greed of the money!  Cheesy

Well, if you are from well developed country then I dont think there will be any kind of problem once you file the taxes and go with the procedure. You are not stealing money at all! No need to explain!
404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BRIGHT SIDED BITCOINERS! on: March 24, 2018, 12:14:59 PM
You know, all of us are doubting for bitcoins work to still retain on its peak of the most perishable coin in the hall of cryptos. And we shouldn't think that because of the lowering of its prices, bitcoin would fall down! We should be bright sided cuz I think its the key for us to be successful right? What you think people? Let me know..
do not overpower bitcoin as the king of crypto currency, because it could fall in price and be replaced by other crypto currency like ethereum.

I have to disagree on the second post, I don't think that bitcoin will be replaced by any other coin. The reasons for this have been discussed for this many times and I think the most easiest reason fro this one is its popularity and 24 hours volume that keep increasing day by day. No matter what it mostly grows as the time is passing.

ETH will surpass the market capitalism? Yes I think that market cap will be replaced by ETH but the prices? I dont think that they will be overcome. Market cap is not always responsible for the value but many other factors.
405  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price of Bitcoin will soon reach $15k on April, 2018 on: March 23, 2018, 09:57:30 AM
Damn this thread it's like a god speculation. Are you really sure your prediction will right ?. it's just a technical analysis. Event a pro analysis still can do wrong. Let's see the reality. My prediction still on 7K-10K Usd for bitcoin.

Lolz. There is no God speculation. If it would have been God speculation then prices would have been 1$ dollar per coin beastie God is not as greedy as we are. This I human speculation who keeps asking for more and more and when we reach that highest point we still need more. Thats non ending I believe. Well, this technical analysis could be true but what about the different factors that may reverse it at any time in the future. Its good to think about the bitcoin and its rising tide but thats not the case always, isn't it! I think thats not the reliable speculation always.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cloud mining on: March 23, 2018, 06:33:24 AM
Cloud mining is worst concept that has existed in the crypto world. This mining works completely virtually where you buy different contracts and these different contracts have different terms. Most of them are valid only for 12 months of tenure which means that your hash rate must be able to generate the revenue which is more than your ROI and that too before the contract ends. In addition to this one you have to also pay the maintenance fees which are taken automatically from the earning that you have. This slows down your earning process and 99% you never earn much before your contract ends. Then you buy the contract again to extend the mining period and this keeps going on forever and tell you what you pour more money into this than you can get back in return. Better stay away from it. The calculators of cloud mining are just lie. Dont trust them.
407  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what advice? on: March 22, 2018, 05:18:38 PM
i am new in trading . i want to start trading . what advice you should give me before i start in live trading?

There is no theory that can explain you how to trade effectively. If there is anything that is very successful in this regard then that is practical approach towards the crypto trading and nothing else. You may get many more advice like do this and do that but to be honest none of them works until you try it yourself. Many times it happens that few tricks work for few people and it may not work for others. In such cases it is better to try our few by yourself and learn how you behave while making the trades. If you failing at something then for sure you are missing out the whole thing. Then stand up and try something different and repeat the whole shit until you dont find yourself profiting on regular basis. Thats all the advice from my side.
408  Other / Meta / Re: Merit is so unfair on: March 22, 2018, 04:07:20 PM
Isn't it so unfair for the people who is new here? That will be struggling making such as good quality post so they could be given a merit by someone. I know all of you is having a hard time thinking what are you going to post such as good quality.

It is really hard to have a merit it is because as far as I know:
People are selfish. Even though you post a really good quality post still there is a people who won't give you a merit.
Some are alone. Like me, I don't really have much friend who would give me a free merit. I know that it is easy to have a merit with a friend that have an account of bitcointalk.

My question is. Why still need merit? We are still struggling to rank because of the merit.

Merit system is not made for your ease of use but it is made for making the forum quality better. The thing is at least you are making the quality posts now out of the fear of not getting any merits which should have been done before the implementation of the merit system. If people were qualitative rather quantitative on the forum then we could have seen better world than this. But you know very well people are so much greedy and due to the black business like account farming, shit posting this harsh decision was made to have merit system in place.

I see nothing wrong in that. If you are finding hard time getting merits then you can always source your merits from the various threads that are created by the legendary members here. That can push your morals ahead if you want.
409  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining - Where Are The Reputable Operators? on: March 21, 2018, 11:51:02 AM
There are none and thats business of ponzi schemes so you will never hit any of the legit cloud miners these days. With the decrease in the prices of the bitcoin and increased in the difficulty level it has become even more worst than we could think to mine it over the cloud servers. I mean they have to take out their commissions, electricity bills, maintain bills and off course withdraw fees too. These things get so much that our contract can never cover these all and we never hit the ROI point in lifetime. Thats the calculator which talks about it before you can predict that and thus depending on that math I dont think that there will be any legit service in the future also.
410  Economy / Economics / Re: [DIFFERENCE] INVESTING vs TRADING on: March 21, 2018, 11:34:20 AM
I am definitely on the boat of investing. Most of the time I am thinking that I am making different trades but the thing is I am holding for longer terms thus making it theoretically an investment that we can grow into something better. Yes some good points to explain the whole thing as I spotted the difference in my way of investing and trading. I think both of them just differs from the fact that one keeps going on for the longer period of time while on the other hand trading is just more quicker and also carries some sort of risk I would say.
411  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Starting trade with small amount on: March 21, 2018, 11:09:03 AM
You can start at small capital. Actually i only started in trading with a capital of only 100 dollars. Remember that invest only what you affort to lose.  Goodluck.

Yes you are right!   Trading may be started from the slight amount to avoid risk in the begin of the trading. If you start with the little amount, you can know and learn the different circumstance of the trading. Experience is not the only thing required in trading. It is essential to study first before you enter on it. There are a lot of sources that you can learn on the trading. Monitor and analyzing can help you to do it well.  Small amount results in it low risk and a little income.

I think thats not the case at all, I dont think you guys have ever did the trading. I mean come on who starts with 100 dollars and end up earning huge. No one, only lucky one can do that and I am sure in the crypto the luck for everyone is not sufficient. Crypto currency is far greater tricky than you guys think. It is uncertain and no one knows really what future can bring into ti. These coins can pump and dump at anytime and they might make you loose money most of the time. This always happens in the crypto trading and to be honest 100 dollars is not sufficient to get started, you will loose it with blink of an eye if you are not in luck.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do crypto ads go if FB, Google and Twitter ban them? on: March 21, 2018, 10:42:02 AM
In other words - where do you look for new crypto opportunities aside from those places and this place or reddit?

Thats really simple. Websites which are completely crypto based will have the advertisement displayed manually to everyone so that they earn directly without intermediate commission and it will be more effective as they will divert the crypto based people only. Apart from this most of the faucets are using the technique to earn huge money because they are all about the crypto and they can get targeted ads done. Apart from this there are big platform like Mellow Ads, CoinAds, Propeller ads and much who are completely based on the crypto advertising platform thus they can be problem solver for all of them.
413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to know before the Dump? on: March 19, 2018, 02:56:45 PM
I have been investing in cryptocurrency for 5 months . I am buying some icos and holding coins. I started with 5000 usd. And sometimes my balance went up to 30k and down to 12k . I feel very uncomfortable when my balance is dropped.
So i want to know is there any strategy to protect your balance before the dump?
Anyone can help please.
Thank you so much.

You could easily sell when your investment has become 30K or something which you are depicting here. Then you can re-invest the money which is your profit and money that you earned out of the pump. This way you will keep re-grwoing your money and the point will come when you will be in the position of no loss at all. Imagine, your 5000 USD getting into some 500K one day can drive your investment out of the box. With that kind of money your investment will never be in loss even if the currencies take falls due to dumps. Because they wont be enough to get you in trouble at all.
414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trade with alt ? on: March 19, 2018, 02:27:53 PM
Why alt coins are good for trade ? why not bitcoin ?

Doctor who ?

Come on man who says that. I dont think it is the case we looking at. Actually bitcoin is better in all sense because it is ever growing though it falls down unlike the altcoins. The altcoins are actually worst in the recovery as they lack the investment speed and accuracy. The speed and accuracy? It gets divided because there are many more options to choose from when we talk about the different altcoins. But bitcoin is just one and they have no choice but to invest into it. So the trade becomes even faster in case of the bitcoin and we can just grab the opportunity when it is in downfall always and win the market in short period of time. Thats why bitcoin is far special than altcoins. But dont now what has got you thinking that altcoins are better.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: March 19, 2018, 12:14:31 PM
I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

If you hold the worst coins in the market then off course you will end up loosing money and your hopes too. Lolz. I mean if you would have held BTC instead then you could have been millionaire by now. Why you did not think about it in first place I dont understand at all? What was the reason you kept holding the coins for almost 5 years and in those 5 years you did not even recognise that bitcoin is going up? I cant imagine how you were sticking on those coin holding. I mean if I were you then surely I would have sold those shit coins and immediately could have bought the BTC and earned many more times than what these three could have given me. Just think about it.
416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 Reasons to hold Bitcoin on: March 19, 2018, 11:42:31 AM

Quote
1. Adoption of Bitcoin continues to grow. There are more and more companies that want to accept Bitcoin and work with it.

May be, but the number is not visible yet so we cant say anything about this so surely. Companies are trying to adopt it but government is strong wall between them.

Quote
2. You don't lose money unless you sell.

Thats kind of true because at any point whatever value bitcoin carries is nothing but more valuable as long as it is earned and not invested one. If there is investment which is above my entry point then as long as im not selling it, it is my grown money.

Quote
3. Institutional investors start to invest heavily in cryptocurrencies. (Goldman Sachs-backed mobile Bank Circle acquired Poloniex. Mastercard, New York Life Insurance Company, and CIBC have invested in the Digital Currency Group.
4. It’s still only a small percentage of wise investors pouring money into it (perhaps 10 to 30% of the U.S. population).

The same thing as option of the bitcoin on large scale whether it is industry wise or amongst the republicans. However, the figures are again unsure for the population that usage the bitcoin but im pretty confident that is far low than what we expect. Once the number grows the bitcoin will grow in the market and thus adoption as well.

Quote
5. US legislators are drifting toward a positive stance on the regulation of cryptocurrencies.

Its legal thing and these rules and regulations keep changing as the government changes each time. However we can see some changes on the state level as that change would be acceptable.

Quote
6. Selling Bitcoin in it's low is what whales want from you to earn money for them.
7. Currently, there are too many dumpers like Mt Gox and too many FUD news but crypto market always recovers after some dump.

What to say about the Mt Gox, they are smartest one in playing the market. But now everyone has already understood the formula to grow our bitcoin and it means only one thing, people will buy more at this dump and this will push the bitcoin economy harder and upward.

Quote
8. US or China aren't interested in banning cryptocurrencies because if they do this, other countries will adopt it and win. Most likely, those governments also want to buy Bitcoin but for lower price.

Or may be there could be case where rest of the world will follow these powerful countries in terms of economic statement that they make. This could become disastrous for rest of the crypto career.

Quote
9. Crypto market gains upright scale graph starting from the third quarter few last years.
10. Bitcoin millionaires became millionaires because they holded it for years, not months.

The same formula that we keep talking about and if people dont accept that then they will keep loosing the money and also they will give chances to whales to buy more and become even richer than previous stages. That would mistake of those who fear of the drop.
417  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the price of bitcoin rapidly going down??? on: March 19, 2018, 10:59:11 AM
Is it because of the large number of altcoins?

Nope, it's not. It is because of the news about what happened to Mt. Gox, the news that google and some major social media site will be banning cryptocurrency and ICO advertisement due to a lot of scam ICO had been advertising their project using either google or social media sites. I really think that it affected the market demand greatly.

I think Mt. Gox is also not the real reason for this one because recently in the news statement they have already mentioned that gox. sell is not responsible for the current drop in the market. But who knows what they are trying to cover up with such news. May be billions of dollars that they are holding?

One thing is sure that altcoins are not the reason as they have their own investment portfolio and most of the investors keep both the investment as separate one. If you really think its altcoins then just ask yourself one more question, if bitcoin is down then why altcoins are down at the same time? Isn't that is a thing which we must analyse before our conclusions.
418  Economy / Economics / Re: Google banning cryptocurrency will it be deppress of econmy to holders on: March 19, 2018, 10:16:15 AM
Please answe it?

Why would it depress it crypto community? There is no relation between the crypto people and google where we can consider that googles ban on the crypto ads is official tender that bitcoin is not good thing. I think google is just doing their own work where they dont want to accept the customers from crypto world. Cheesy

I mean its a company and they have their own agenda which they have taken under their rules. We dont have to fear about it anything as crypto will still run normally as there are more than enough platforms to work on where we can advertise, get crowdfunding done and much more. So just stay back and relax yourself.
419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is a hard investment for the working class on: March 19, 2018, 09:52:32 AM
if you had invest in bitcoin, would you follow the price every couple hours? if you had a job you would be more focus on your job than whats on the screen of your phone. you would be fired from your job? maybe. investing in bitcoin is hard on you everyday at every time. it can fall down to 1000$ in 2 hours if you dont pay attention to it. if you wanted to sell before that big dip but you cant because you are at work. invest what you can afford to lose. investing in bitcoin for a person working an 8 hour job is something else. i think thats why the price havent risen lately because people are more worried about their job than investing in a volatile market.

I understand what you are trying to express here. I am also middle class worker and the organisation where I work is pharmaceutical company where phones are not allowed. Previously I used to checkout the prices over desktop internet of organisation but slowly everyone around me started noting that and it was like bothering thing for me. Thats was bad impression really so I decided to quite my habits that I had.

Now I hav full control of myself and I only checkout the crypto whenever I am at home and I do it full time when its weekend. Its better you keep control of both the worlds and it will be hard initially but would be very easy afterwards. Both the worlds are manageable and it is advisable to work on crypto in limited manner and only on those things for which you can afford your time.
420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is bitcoin over? on: March 19, 2018, 09:23:59 AM
Bitcoin price is getting down just like ski slop!
Is bitcoin over? do you think bitcoin will recover their price?
I'm afraid, I lost my everything almost 2million....

Wow that is great amount to loose in a single shot, you must be very rich.  Tongue

I think you should really keep it calm for now because it is your fear which is talking behalf of you. No bitcoin is not over yet and it is not even close to getting over. Im pretty sure that it is temporary drop and we have seen these kind of falls many times.

Bitcoin will recover their prices, yes they will and they will surely go beyond our expectations. So its better to hold back your investments. You will get your money as well as your profits.
