I am glad that the project is developing. I have been in this project for a long time.
I think early before the global economic crisis of 2023, many will want to anonymously accumulate and store their savings, so I expect an increase in liquidity and popularity. Let's hope so, unfortunately many such coins have lost 90+% in price in last 4 years, this is the most extreme case I know of. It seems most users prefer anonymization of BTC. Anyway how do you know we'll have economic crisis in 2023? What will it be like? My guess is inflation in the 20s or 30s, at least the unofficial rate. To be fair we had one large price spike which was mainly due to heavy speculation during the general crypto boom in 2017; if you take that spike out it will look much less dramatic. We're slowly working towards grassroots adoption in the background (even outside of Discord, using more private communication channels). These processes take time. Private Alias payments have no known weaknesses at this point and it is much more eco-friendly than Monero, so we can recommend everyone to start using it for their daily transactions (e.g. with friends, family, customers etc.) whenever possible!

The magician was right. It will take longer. But hopefully only a few days. Still looking forward. It will happen. But it needs more time than expected. Stay tuned. And make use of the low prices. Latoken has decided to withdraw their previous listing offer and ask for $15k on top of the $5k which we already paid now. They offered a refund though, which we decided to accept. Waiting for the refund now... Edit: We have received the full refund now! Looking for suggestions for alternative exchanges to get listed on. Also, there are two matrix channels that you can join now: This is our initial attempt to make the project more attractive for individuals who are serious about privacy and decentralization and therefore haven't joined us on Discord, yet. If you want to access Matrix without providing personal details I can personally recommend https://nitro.chat as a home server, which only requires a password and user name to register (no email address etc.). All home servers on the Matrix network are interoperable so it doesn't matter where you join!

Good news: We have an ultimate listing date! 1st DECEMBER 2021 LATOKEN LISTINGWe will soon see an official announcement from them. I will share it here. Btw. I think this was well-inteded but a bit premature by @cryptolooker. Latoken never committed to a listing release date and haven't been very responsive during the last week, so we can assume that integrating Alias is still in their pipeline. We're looking for a sales representative for the Alias project right now, if someone here has sales experience or knows someone who has please get in contact.

THE NEWS IS OUT NOW! https://alias.cash/latoken/So once the donation goal of 6500$ (=5000$ Listing fee+Collateral+co-marketing efforts) is reached ALIAS will be listed on LATOKEN! This is a really big deal for Alias as it lacked a top tier exchange in the past. LATOKEN is in the TOP 100 exchanges listed on CMC and has more than 600M USD daily volume! What's more important is it has more than 1 500 000 registered traders and over 750k downloads on Google Play and over 1 500 000 followers on socials. So be confident that this so very underrated coin moves finally a big step into the right direction. BTCBTCBTC################################## ALIAS be the Monero we all want! ALIAS be the GREEN MONERO! Environment friendly, private and powerful! TO THE MOON GUYS! Yep this is legit. Most of the action is currently happening in Discord, although we have recently also set up a matrix bridge for our main channel: https://matrix.to/#/#alias:nitro.chat

Awesome. I'm in. Tits for the win.
Thanks for your support Rebasing to newest Bitcoin core, enabling Bech32 addresses, Segwit and atomic swaps (ETA: as soon as we have >90% miner support, + 2-3 months) Update on this: Segwit and CSV softforks have been locked in, which means that we WILL have these features at the end of this year! ETA for new wallet with Bech32 addresses, Segwit and atomic swaps is now: End of November 2021.

Titcoin Update Titcoin version 0.16.3.5 has been released! Almost one year after the previous release, this version 0.16.3.5 comes with updated high-speed seed nodes brought to you by @Cminor and other unknown heroes. Apart from that, the previous timeout (2021-12-31) for the crucial Segwit and CSV softforks, which unlock additional features for future development, has been removed, which means that these features will be enabled at any point in time in the future as soon as enough Titcoin miners support it. This should have been the way right from the beginning, sorry for that. You can find the full change notes at https://github.com/titcoin/titcoin/releases/tag/v0.16.3-titcoin5All miners and pool operators should update to this new version .5 as soon as possible, to continue supporting the softfork even after 2021-12-31. If you previously had connection/syncing problems, this update should fix that. You can download the wallet via the above link or on the download page https://titcoin.github.io/download/Download: https://titcoin.github.io/downloadThe following milestones on the roadmap are: - Rebasing to newest Bitcoin core, enabling Bech32 addresses, Segwit and atomic swaps (ETA: as soon as we have >90% miner support, + 2-3 months)
- Development of a native "lightweight" mode that is used by all graphical wallets by default, and can be switched on or off in the settings. (ETA: Q1 2022). This should reduce the initial syncing time for non-verifying nodes to a few seconds.
- Development of a prototype Android wallet based on titcoind using lightweight mode. (ETA: Q3 2022)

Hehe I have no idea Titcoin is technically just a Bitcoin clone so it should have the same Mcap as Bitcoin!!!11!! No? Seriously, sorry I have been a bit inactive for the past months. I still have some interesting ideas for Titcoin that I hope to implement in the following year, like making a light wallet and mobile wallet with explicit support for tipping other users. That will put us in a great position to collaborate with webcam sites. But first there are seed nodes that want to get updated and a DNS seed server to be set up. Still hoping that TIT miners will start supporting Segwit at some point.

14 Million premine is much. But for just a fun coin? Why not?
Watching it!
at least, he is being honest about it. so for those that will buy this coin in the future, they should know what they are going into. seems that meme coin is getting popular these days. SHIB, AKITA, BKITA, SHIBAPUP, and many others. users should be very cautious in touching this kind of token as they can disappear in the market anytime. ask yourself, what would be the reason that they can survive in this market? if only this token is relying from the traders, it will not survive long. because the traders will hop from one project to another, whenever there's new token or coin that is introduced in the market. better secure your assets with solid projects. I'm happy to be in early with this one. CrypytoCoderz is an experienced cryptocurrency dev, I'm pretty sure the coin will not "disappear" anytime soon. Quite contrary, we can use the momentum here to get some decent adoption. Being used by many people can make a coin more useful for real life transactions than some of the more "serious" projects. PPCN also seems to share some technology with Espers ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1434700.0) that has many interesting ideas on the more technical/fundamental side of things. Excited to see where this will go and what the synergy between the two projects will be!

When trying to login, I am now seeing this message: Your account is locked, Lock expires: 3426 days, 21 hours, 23 minutes, 2 seconds
I still have Bitcoin in there. @Tillkoeln, if you are around, please solve this problem ... it's not looking good ... Alright guys I want to update you on this matter, one month later. Around the same time as I noticed my account being locked I got a message from TillKoeln where he accused me of hacking his site, because apparently I am using the same browser and IP as some attacker (I'm using a VPN). Of course I had nothing to do with it and after a solid 2 weeks of discussing they unlocked my account again. @Mr00HasH was very helpful and responsive on this matter, I think he's a good guy who is legit trying to help. Then I tried to withdraw some BTC (a small amount) but it got stuck ("error") because apparently the hot wallet was empty. Mr00HasH said he can do nothing about it because TillKoeln is the only person who has access to wallets. One thing I noticed is the high withdrawal fee of 0.00075000 BTC, which was apparently because Bitcoin fees are so high. Fair enough. I asked them to cancel the withdrawal so I can withdraw my full funds all at once to save fees. Another two weeks later (a few days ago), TillKoeln became active and authorized the withdrawal instead of canceling it. The transaction was pushed to the network, but the actual transaction only used a fraction of the fee they charged me for it, 0.00018000 BTC. Result: TX is stuck in mempool for days, still not included. Meanwhile, on the site the withdrawal is shown as "completed". Summary: - There were apparently attacks on the exchange, owner seems a bit paranoid at this point
- Support response times of multiple weeks, but things were eventually settled, yet
- Charged withdrawal fee is 4x of what is actually used as the transaction fee
- Actual transaction fee is way too small
- Withdrawal is marked as complete even though the transaction wasn't included on the blockchain
At this point I have come to the conclusion that Unnamed Exchange and TillKoeln are not scammers. They simply don't know what they are doing and unable to deal with the challenges faced. I think it's quite possible that in some cases they did not intentionally steal money but just accounted it incorrectly. Still hoping to get my money out eventually. I'll report back in a month. Edit: Transaction was included after 4 days!

Hello everyone, as you know we are trying to softfork into Segwit using Versionbits for almost a year now, but there are still miners/pools who are mining old blocks / have no versionbits enabled. Please check that you are running the most recent version of the Titcoin daemon, 0.16.3.4. Learn how you can find out the version of your Titcoin daemon here: https://github.com/titcoin/doc/wiki/Mining#client-versionOld clients with version 0.16.3.3 have stopped supporting Segwit on 31 December because I underestimated the time it would take to have everyone update their wallet. Segwit and CSV are important for moving forward because they'll unlock a new address format (Bech32) and allows us to get listed on decentralized exchanges. If we will not reach those 90% support until 31 December 2021 I will probably force-enable it, but I'd like to avoid that and get everyone on board instead.

Titcoin News Hello everyone, it has been some time since the last Titcoin News so I would like to give you a summary of what has happened and what we are working on now! - Our community member Sneil has started his own porn site which will continue to be developed in the coming weeks and months: https://cryptoporn.xxx/ The absolutely amazing thing about this site is that Titcoin will be the default payment method! Other adult cryptocurrencies and mainstream coins will be added as available payment methods as well. This site will most likely be non-custodial, which means that payments will be transferred to the Titcoin wallet of the uploader as soon as content is being purchased.
This is a major milestone for Titcoin and a big step towards adoption, and we are all very excited about what has yet to come! - Reddit user and adult performer Eliza Gray has joined us and is accepting Titcoin payments!
- Both CryptoPorn and Eliza's social links are listed on our new partners page, which will continue to be updated: https://github.com/titcoin/doc/wiki/Partners
- The current plan for mobile wallets is to get added in multi-coin wallets, rather than making our own. This will provide much better usability and stability for most users, since most people use more than one cryptocurrency. Feel free to suggest multi-wallets that you would like Titcoin to be added to!
- The Segwit softfork is ongoing and has not been locked in yet. If you are mining Titcoin or run a pool, please make sure that you are running the latest Titcoin 0.16.3.4 wallet! This is super important for migrating to a newer Bitcoin codebase.
Stay healthy and horny and stay tuned for more news!

Hello Is there still an explorer active? I've found my wallet and I would like to check the balance. Maybe I'll even start mining again Thanks! Hi, unfortunately no. There is one community member on Discord who is planning to set up a new block explorer, and I have paid for enough explorer listings during the past years (adding up to several hundreds of dollars) so I'll rather wait for that. FYI, what happened to the last 2 block explorers: Blockexperts.com admin seems to be dead, there were no replies to tickets and he didn't update the wallet so it ended up on a fork. KriptoKyng's explorer went offline a couple of weeks ago, he has not been seen since then. If you want to check the balance, your best bet is to download the latest Titcoin wallet and sync it, and import your private keys. I can post a checkpoint if you want to make sure that you're on the right chain. Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope we will have a block explorer again soon. If anyone wants to sponsor an explorer listing, feel free to do so.

because the number of projects is very high competition, it takes hard work to attract the interest of many people. at least they have to do significant development
There is definitely significant development happening here. They just released the new mobile App in public beta, which is a full-node mobile app with full convergence (so desktop version and mobile version are actually the same program!). That's a big deal IMO, it allows users to stake coins on their phones and opens up an entirely new target group of people who only have a smartphone but no PC.
