*IMPORTANT* - For payments via Paypal I do require buyers to go through a security verification procedure:
(SECURITY VERIFICATION) Everyone new and old will need to upload a clear photo of yourself holding your government issued Canadian ID. Additionally when taking the picture you will need to hold up a piece of paper along with the government issued Canadian ID indicating your order size in bitcoin and Canadian dollars along with the current date and time the picture was taken.
*YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT MUST BE VERIFIED AND MATCH THE GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID FOR THE SECURITY PROCEDURE ABOVE.*
This is really very risky for the person that is buying bitcoin from you because of the potential for identity theft. Also it really will not do very much (if anything) to prevent others from being able to attempt a charge back. The best way to avoid PayPal related chargebacks is to avoid accepting PayPal in the first place.
It's just an option and I pay via verified PP w/verification.
