85  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Artem Finance Scammed Bounty Program on: January 10, 2021, 01:02:22 PM
The update on this issue is that the team has decided to stop the ARTD project and they are also looking to not return our investments in liquidity pool and in pre-sale.  Sad
This has now turn into complete confirm scam.  Also the bounty chat group is closed for any comments.
LOL. it was very clear that their intention is to scam users when first they implemented none sense new rules in the bounty program and stopping paying bounty rewards. but you did not agree with me and now you realized after losing your money in them.
BTW. did you got your eth back that you provided as liquidity in uniswap? I think you should get your ethereums back at least. they are in uniswap.

Hi, which wallet is suggested for holding KMD.

Many Wallets

Ledger Wallet / AtomicDex / Guarda Wallet / AtomicWallet / Coinomi Wallet / Zencore Wallet
I HODL my KMD coins in Binance. because no one knows when the price start dropping and I need an urgent sale to secure my portfolio value. it is not only safe but also gives profit sometimes for trading.

KMD Rewards UI Bounty Campaign

Komodo is starting 2021 with its first bounty campaign! 1500 KMD will be rewarded for an insight-ui patch which brings beautiful visuals for KMD rewards transactions on https://kmdexplorer.io.

Read Bounty Rules Here
Hey. do they have any plane for any social media and normal bounty program? I'd love to join and make some Free Komodo. I've missed their last bitcointalk bounties.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DECENT Announcement - Decentralizing Content Distribution on: January 10, 2021, 12:40:53 PM
Decent is one big disapointing. It was my first ICO I have participated. I invested 1 btc to this project. Now, when I realize that btc cost is about 40k usd, I just want to scream.
investing in ICO of Decent was not a mistake. the mistake is that you didn't sold them at right time. at one point Decent's price was $3+. that was your opportunity to sell your Decent tokens and go back to bitcoin with your huge profit.
I am sure if you've sold them that time your 1 BTC investment would become 10x more. but now you have nothing else except regretting and screaming.

Decent is one big disapointing. It was my first ICO I have participated. I invested 1 btc to this project. Now, when I realize that btc cost is about 40k usd, I just want to scream.

I understand you perfectly. Something similar has happened to all of us. Perhaps now is the best opportunity to buy that we can have. At some point the price will skyrocket.

I drink FOMO Grin
what I see from them after that I don't think they price of Decent will skyrocket again. do you think the price will reach to $3 dollar again?
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ARK - DPoS 🔹 ARK Protokol 🔹 MarketSquare 🔹 IPFS 🔹 Staking on Binance 🔹 on: January 10, 2021, 11:44:58 AM
Now hittin 173 on cmc  Cheesy

Biggest rally in history of crypto and they have not even said a word lolol. They have that huge warchest of money and can’t even make a working product. Ark must be one of the worst devs in the history of crypto now. Travis has to live with the fact he’s sunken the ark lol. I wonder if they will hire security for the teams safety since they have big funds and angry arkies
I remember when ark launched at beginning. they were one of the best crypto project at that time. their devs were active and working hard to build the product. you said they are not ready with a product. but I think they already have a working product. the price and market moment is not in their control. all they can do is constantly build the product and improve their services. which I think they are doing.
don't you see all their recent partnerships with companies and startups? I think they'll help Ark become strong again for sure.
89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I sold out my satoshi on: January 09, 2021, 11:08:06 AM
That was very bad time for me, when i sold out my Bitcoin. When bitcoin price was 9k+ usd, then i sold out my all Holding Satoshi for my personal problem. But now current price of per Bitcoin is 41k+ usd.
It does feel bad. but it's normal. everyone wants to HODL their bitcoin and hope to get more and more profit in future. but then something happen in our personal life and we will left with no other choice but to sell our hard earned bitcoins for the market price to solve our problems.
it happened to me a lot.
one thing is good in that is Bitcoin is here to support us whenever there is nothing else for us. bitcoin is like our final support card when all other options and sources are gone.
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is FOMO why people interested in FOMO on: January 09, 2021, 08:51:00 AM
Yeah fomo can get one rekt easily and unfortunately many people always like to jump in to such project to quickly make some profit but sometimes they will end up getting rekt in the process, it is always better to stick to the old ones which already have good track record, this way it feels a bit safer not to get rekt in fomo.
FOMO is so attractive. people mostly see a FOMO they think if they jump into that they'll get an opportunity like that Bitcoin Pizza guy who got 10k Bitcoins for 2 Pizza's. the hope of getting huge profit make people greedy and they fall in fomo of shit coins.
that is why it is always advised to properly study the project first and look the technology behind before diving into that. don't just go with the FOMO.
some time FOMO end up being good for some people. that is why it always happen again and people get into that again.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why You Should Not Buy Bitcoin with PayPal on: January 09, 2021, 08:35:17 AM
PayPal’s cryptocurrency integration is an embarrassing attempt to deceive non-crypto people

Don't know why not many talk about this, but PayPal will not allow.

- No deposits or withdraws of cryptocurrency.
- No paying with cryptocurrency or sending cryptocurrency to other users.
- You will not have access to your private keys.

https://temporaryerror.com/why-you-should-not-buy-bitcoin-with-paypal/
whatever said in that article is 100% true. Paypal is just fooling it's users pretending that they are letting their users to HODL and use bitcoin in the system. but in actual they are playing this dirty game at backend and everything still being done with fiat.

No thanks, I am ok with Bitcoin through direct sources. I don't need a third party like Paypal to control my BTC and fake my money with it's buggy system. I am glad I never used paypal for anything.

@MarcoReus11.  You are most welcome brother..

Bhai, Aaj toh BTC ne naya ATH (All time high) bna lia ha. Binance pe aaj BTC ka rate $42,000 tak oper gaya tha.

1st question :
ik normal sa question pohchna chata hoo main jab btc or eth ke price up chaley jatey hain to zyada tar hum ney dehka hain balkey zyda nahi har bar asa hota hain ke btc or eth ke transtion fees zayada hojtey hain to kya is main minner ko kuch profit hota hain ya nooqsan

yes bro. transaction fee miners ko milte hain. so agar fee ziada hogi to miner ko ziada faida hoga. aaj kal ethereum k miners khoob paisa chaap rahe hain high fee ki badolat.

93  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: need some help getting into bitcoin on: January 08, 2021, 11:20:41 AM
Hi everyone I need some advice about how i should start off with this? I started with this app called blockchain does anyone have any suggestions or ect just send me a personal message, Also how much should i invest? I know it is very high right now.
blockchain app you mean blockchain.com app? well its main feature is to provide a multi-coin wallet. they also have an inbuilt exchange. but I never used that. but overall blockchain.com is a trusted and reputable company. I used their web wallet for many times and never had any issues. I don't know about their mobile app. please be careful from phishing and fake apps.

about the investment. no one can tell you how much should you invest. it should be 100$ your own decision that how much to invest and where to invest.
94  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Govts would want to regulate exchanges much more! on: January 08, 2021, 08:24:02 AM
Govts would want to regulate exchanges much more!

Bitcoin is now hitting to $40K. Governments will take Bitcoin seriously and will regulate the exchanges much more as many US pensioners having money in the form of Bitcoin among them many are US soldiers, lawyers or government officials. Many of them keep their money on exchanges. Therefore governments may take it seriously just to save the funds of their employees and their peoples.
Govt doesn't care about the people and their money. they want to regulate exchanges just for their own benefits and just to charge high tax from those exchanges. and any sensible person who really want to keep bitcoin as his retirement fund for long term he would never use exchange for that purpose.
exchanges are not good to store bitcoins at all. and govt cannot protect them just by regulating the exchanges.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: These projects will go big in 2020, I assume. on: January 08, 2021, 08:17:32 AM
This is my personal view not any financial advice.

1. BAANX: Baanx is secure, custodial wallet platform and bridging gap between fiat and crypto. Already have ios, android app and launched their debit card in 30 countries.

2. AIMEDIS: Decentralized blockchain backed ehealth ecosystem, offers more than health, in anyplace, anytime. They are getting ready to launch their own platform

3. Tachyon: Decentralized blockchain based internet protocol that wants to create secure and privacy internet. They promise faster, secure and also pay for staking ipx into the wallet

I will monitor these projects closely

1. BAANX - this one isnt listed on CMC so i did make some digging and this one isnt being traded on any exchanges so thats already considered to be failed.

2. Aimedis - It havent been traded https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/aimedis#markets - So another fail.

3. Tachyon - It did have some rise in March of this year but now its is going to the floor in regards to its price. $0.034826 USD

There are lot of things going to happen behind the screen. Baanx and Aimedis, are still developing their products. They are slow, no doubt but developing new product is time consuming and not easy at all.
I am still positive regarding Aimedis and Baanx.

so this is your one year update about the 3 projects you stated to be the best projects of 2020. now it is 2021. I want to ask you what benefits did they gave you in 2020? did you gain any profit or benefits from them? did they grow so big in 2020 and are they in their new ATH now?
I think Tachyon is dead.
you say BAANX and Aimedis are still developing but slow. measn they got slow in their development.
so what are your 2021 picks?
96  Economy / Economics / Re: which will u choose to buy on: January 07, 2021, 08:35:46 AM
I will invest in btc when it was of $4000
Bro. that time has passed. I don't think $4000 BTC price will happen again. i wish it would happen but it doesn't seem possible anymore.

People are differs in terms of business ideology because it's obvious that some people does not utilize money while some people utilize money when them see money, issuing me half a million dollars, automatically the money is going to be invest instead of buying personal use, first I will ensure the money yield another money monthly or annually, by adventuring into cryptocurrency such as buying and selling of bitcoin making a little profit every month, i think it's more preferable than using the money all for Ferrari that will require maintenance and also a liability to me, I really know it's nice to leave a comfortable live but exhausting half million into a property that will not generate income is absolutely wrong plan from my perspective.
so you would invest whole amount in Bitcoin or in cryptocurrency and generate more cryptos every day or every month? you got a nice plan but how would you execute it? how you make sure that you'll not loose anything by investing in crypto? what if price drop? which is normal I think.

99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Tesla Fight! on: January 05, 2021, 06:55:41 AM
As of now 1 BTC = 43 Tesla Shares and vice versa.

Would you exchange your 1 Btc for 43 Tesla's? I mean Tesla Shares not Tesla cars  Cheesy
I would never do that. and I am sure most people here would give same answer.

Yes both are young, but the comparison stops there. How can you compare a 'company' with a central head in Elon Musk to bitcoin? So it's the investor choice that will make the difference, can an average joe invest or buy stocks on Tesla? or they would rather go with bitcoin?

I think anyone can go with bitcoin. no matter how small capital he have. he can buy a tiny bit of bitcoin and become a bitcoin investor. don't know how investment on tesla stocks works . I never invested in stocks.

I wonder why the Tesla stocks are so valuable and their price keeps growing.
Is Tesla finally making profits after years of negative financial results?
Are the people buying more and more Tesla cars during the recession?
I'm not a big fan of electric cars. The production of Li-ion batteries can damage the environment,so advertising those electric cars as "eco friendly" and "green" is very misleading.
Anyway,I don't want to compare Bitcoin to Tesla.

don't know about the cars. but the people are buying their stocks in stocks market. that's why its increasing. I don't think a lot of people like electric car either.
100  Other / Meta / Re: What Are these spammers trying to do? on: January 03, 2021, 04:20:32 AM

This is likely just an attempt to get the website indexed by web crawlers. It's not pretty, but it could be somewhat effective (not too sure about this though). They could be approaching on different fronts; This is just a back link service, the content is not really that important at this stage as it's expected to not be from the original site, so you can hardly fault the owner for the quality. The reputation and relevance of the website the backlinks are being posted is more important.
no it is not. you did not understand what I said. I was talking about contents of their website. not the content of the posts they are making here. if their website has no content then making backlinks in other dofollow websites like bitcointalk make no sense.
these backlinks do not index at all. they give zero link juice to the website they are linked to.

these spammers are up to something else.

Edit: this is the website these links redirected me to https://mundofiestapiura.com/Mbasketball/
It's also possible they are attempting something more malicious. Haven't looked closely at the links as yet.

that is what I am thinking too. this all thing is not for SEO but for something else.

If these guys really do it for seo then they do it wrongly, google easily detect spam links like what they usually do in every post they mad especially links from a forum.

Just don't get tired to report them, mods are faster to work with them though.

I had always thought that the point was to get the forum blacklisted/striked when doing this, not that they were trying to improve their own sites' SEO... AFAIK google does come really hard on people posting a lot of links that don't make sense, which is exactly what is happening here....

that is exactly what I thought. because what they are doing. they get nothing from that. that doesn't improve their website's SEO ranking. or increase their Dofollow backlinks. but instead these links can led google to blacklist Bitcointalk from it's indexes.

I got backlinks for my website from this forum. I know how SEO is done. to generate a backlink they would not post a long malicious code in their posts. it is not necessary at all.
