1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What matters most to online casinos? on: Today at 06:08:56 PM
-Fair

Is this a joke? even online casinos are not fair, if they are, we should have been always winning and not losing.

-No KYC

There are some gambling sites who'll surprise you about this KYC when you're withdrawing your funds on them.

Let me add also,
- Anonymity

This is also one of the reasons why other gamblers like to play online than going to an actual casino.

Casinos mostly ask about KYC itís not big deal but new or some conscious gambler use to feel insecure about sharing their KYC with gambling site. When you are gambling you must have right to ask about project rules casino rules and mentality of gamblers and organization I everything should be clear to you and should be grandparent.
Most of them would really require out that KYC and im sure that its mainly included into most gambling sites ToS that they do have the rights
to ask for some verification if something goes wrong with your account like hack, exploit, money laundering and other stuffs.
So its no surprise depending on cases even though they say its no KYC but if you have done something wrong then expect for these verification's.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How many ICO and IEO are you already following? on: Today at 05:22:08 PM
Today I've decided to sell my car to invest in IEO or ICO.
Is my decision right?
Is it with a lot of investing in IEO can refund my money?
I recommend you stop and use that money to buy a new car. Do not try to make money at the bear market, this is the absolute rule of many investors. Do you think ICO or IEO projects can live in a period where bitcoin is constantly falling? The cash flow is narrowing towards Bitcoin and the alts seem to be dying from lack of liquidity. Recently, Binance's IEO, TROY and HBAR, are no longer profitable for investors. Everything is broken and there is no more profit for us. Now we should wait for the prosperity of 2020.
Please, read the topic carefully, he has an intention to sell his car and he is not even mentioning to buy a new car. This is about an invesment advice but for a newbies like OP and it's better to invest in something can give more guarantee. To buy a new cure will make put more money from your pocket and that's not the problem that we are talking about. TROY is a crap coin and HBAR too. CAVA is still sitting 1x above the ico price.
A nice example of a person that dont have the time on reading up on whats being exactly written.Setting aside and going on topic, its really a risky thing on selling up your assets or belonging just because you do see
an unsure opportunity?

For BTC then i might consider but for other crap projects? Definitely not.

To add it up, investing into coins which wont give out any refund nor give back once you invested.Theres no turning back on this one.
3  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Global Carding Forum (GCF) Giant Scam on: Today at 04:37:05 PM
So a (would-be) scammer got scammed, no sympathy from me here. Next time look for an honest way to make money.
+1 to this.

I didnt expect that there would be still those fools who do still believe into these things and ending up on being scammed because they do tend to scam.Ridiculous.!
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider gambling to be a "fun activity"? on: Today at 03:57:53 PM
It will be fun when there's a lucky winnings, but behind that I don't think you'll be happy upon losing such amount. Risk is a part of any investments whether it's gambling or business. Everything we have in life is risk, better learn many ways to handle optimally. Spending your money wisely can gain surprising results as fun makes it more rewarding.

If we are lost, then it will not fun because many gamblers still thinking about how they're going to recover their money. That can risk the other money that they have, especially if they want to chase their money back. As long as we know the risk and we can accept the risk, we don't have to worry, but we still need to have control for ourselves so we can avoid the loss.
Easy to say but would really be hard to follow specially when you are already in the middle of the game. When you loss then you cant really avoid not to think
on how to recover or break even your losses and this is the time you would really have those thoughts on chasing loss and the fun you do seek is already diminishing
gradually.Common thing to happen and next decision will depend if you would just let that mindset continue or you would completely stop it mid way and doesnt mind up things too much.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So traders, how much You lose? on: Today at 03:08:42 PM
Though I can't disclose the loss amount but later I did stop trading! That doesn't mean I will not come back, sometimes you need to get off from trading and do other things! I will come back to trading when I will have free money that I can lose without fear!
Not all things would suit out on us yet there would be one that wont be effective nor profitable no matter how hard we do try.Loses cant really be avoided but in trading we do try our best to limit those
as minimal as possible.

Stopping for a while is a good decision and going back for more better analysis basing on your past mistakes is a good thing to do if you are really passionate on doing trade.

7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc Price is Not showing, Missleading news and hype on: December 08, 2019, 06:29:00 PM
What we could think next year is not really the same as it happens. We may be expecting bullish next year cause of halving effects but it doesn't mean that it shows us instantly. News will always be talking negatively about crypto, this it makes you loosen up your trust and faith to crypto cause in the first and as a part of the crypto community, we better know what is really happening inside and all of these are just misleading news/ FUDs.
If you listen to them, it surely will bother you and can't decide the right thing to do.
it's normal, if our mentality is not strong enough to face the FUD, I'm sure you will be weak, and you will no longer trade in cryptocurrency,
but if you are resistant to FUD you don't need to worry, I'm sure Bitcoin and altcoin will always live

We can't stop other people to think negatively against fud, because it was still erradicating while bitcoin still tries to recover from the latest dipped price. Most new holders have fears, that's why more affected with the fake news and other related concerns on cryptocurrency's irregularities.
We just need the right knowledge to be firm on our belief no matter what they throw to us as long as you have the right information there's no fake news will break you. What do we have seen about the price of Bitcoin is just a normal routine and a little bump to increase the price before the year ends. But be cautious enough because it might drown your investment if you go short when the market is too volatile.
This is why I'd never give any conclusion without digging up more information. May others will consider it true cause they believe that media reports are believing but we can't deny also that they are sometimes paid just to give fake news. It surely won't affect us if we know what exactly it happens but for those who didn't understand the situation, they will simply slip into it.

Take for example on that Binance headquarters being seized or closed down as far as i remember which is a false one. Its clearly intended to make up some fud try to down the price because these sentiments
can possibly drive the price according to the news neither a positive or negative one.

Most of the time these sentiments doesnt affect btc price yet even on a simple day without any news, the price can swing up on big percentages.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many of us are there? on: December 08, 2019, 05:40:27 PM
How many of us can safely say that we have little gambling addiction, and that we cannot resist when we have money in the account to gamble.
I think I am (for a very small part) a gambling addict, but I do have some control.
I don't appreciate the small amount of money I make at gambling and I can't stop there, but I have to move on.
That's my only downside when I gamble.
I have a very weak character, I usually do not hold back when I say that I spend only one part of my money.

I am totally guilty with this. I cannot hold back myself spending too much money specially when I am with my friends. I just don't want to cut-off the fun because I always enjoying the moment. Though not thinking about how much I spend, which is not healthy in gambling. Well, it is not difficult to avoid but I just feel sad whenever I need to stop because I don't have money to spend anymore.
Then thats already considered as an addiction and you should at least slowly trying to overcome such thing if you dont like for those situations where you dont have money to spend to continue then you should think twice.

Sooner or later if you do let that thing happen continously you would really come to a point into the verge of financial hardship and for sure you dont like for it to happen.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to get rich, donít pay taxes, donít get married, donít use bank, and... on: December 07, 2019, 06:24:43 PM
To become successful does not mean your life will be miserable, if you have money everything follows.

This is the hard truth in today's world. Nowadays everything revolves around money and humans are behaving like machines. Emotions and loyalty has no place in the society now and everything revolves around money. And the importance of money increases with every passing generation. Now the upcoming generation will be even more money-minded when compared to the current one.
Agree! If you want to be rich, work hard for it, life is not about full of suprises that when you do nothing , still you can  get everything that you wanted. It is not like that. Force is needed in order for you to get that money and become rich, without doing anything that is illegal. Dont sacrifice your dignity for jist only temporary things that can be get by hard work.

Working hard is not enough, there are lots of people out there who were working hard, just like the vendor in the street, but are they successful, no, maybe some of them but in general no, why? Because they are contented with their life, they don't believe in their selves that although they were just vendor they can still be successful, sad reality, but if we will not change our mindset no matter how working hard you are still you can't be successful.
Working hard wont really be enough thats why it would be needed to have that smart part or shall we say work smart if you do like to improve in terms of financial situation.
You cant somehow point out or conclude that they dont think off on how to improve yet there were circumstances or situation where you dont have any choice but to deal into your
current condition because you dont have a degree or history of education. Its the sad part of reality.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 07, 2019, 05:33:31 PM

Right now I have read articles regarding the games of GSW not going to be aired on American television because of their bad performance this season. I don't know if it's true but if it is, then they should consider to be serious on what they are going through right now and stock up some wins.
i don't think this is for real right?
we must not forget that GSW is still a former Champion and made a History  as the they awarded the Golden state a First Championship trophy.
and this is an insult for the former MVP Steve Curry as they are still doing their best to make a  come back.

but if it is the decision of the television companies then we have no choice but to accept.

11  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Kraken better than Coinbase Now? on: December 07, 2019, 05:02:59 PM
I cant say which one is better yet i havent any experience on using up Coinbase ever since so i cant point if its better or not compared to Kraken which ive been using.

Its a matter of preference though just like on what others been saying here.Important thing here is that these 2 services are reputable and been known.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling for increasing and decreasing money on: December 07, 2019, 04:42:16 PM
Comments on particular situations.
1. If you have a lot of money, go gambling to reduce them.
Theres no such thing about infinite money when it comes to gambling.A long losing streak will vanished those money in an instant.
2. And if you have too little money, go gambling to increase them.
Dont consider this as an option because that little money of yours would result into a deep debt since you would force up yourself to play more
hoping to make some money which is really a bad mindset to have.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: burning token on: December 05, 2019, 09:42:21 PM
During ICO where total supply is so huge and its always been good to look at if unsold tokens would be burned rather than keeping the big portion of it in side of the team.

This would removed out the possible manipulation into their side yet anyone can dump out if they do have the sufficient supply more than into its investors.
If burning would happen after the ICO or for how many months or years after the launch  of said coin then its also good yet it will cut off the supply and if the demand is constant then
expect for the price to rise.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jerwin Ancajas vs. Miguel Gonzalez on: December 05, 2019, 09:08:36 PM

Seeing the betting odds, I decided not to bet and just watch the game and enjoy.

I might change my mind if there are other alternative odds that will be offered.

It wont really be worth for the risk but well for sure win then you can opt in and there are people whose like that.  Wink

Really? I think that not! Before he'd be like after Pacman, he should undergo more struggles first before hitting the legacy of his career. Ancajas showed more amazing fights but it doesn't guarantee him to somehow be like what Manny has been through on his milestones of success. Probably he'll be into fame with his boxing career, but with different aspects in terms of wealth that's closely related to Pacman's stepping stones; from rags to riches.

We cant still conclude yet since we arent still able to see on what would the future would be.
15  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Unofficial] CryptoTalk.Org & Yobit Panel BTCtalk Signature Campaign Discussion on: December 05, 2019, 08:35:55 PM
a few of my friends actually join that signature campaign on cryptotalk and they said that the transfer balance is working for the cryptotalk.
but for bitcointalk still not working until now
I am seeing many question being asked in the yobit chat panel too and i do not see any response from anyone over that and even the campaign manager informed them about the lack of funds and they are yet to respond to them, i have no prior experience with yobit but some are telling that they used to do like that in the past and usually refill them, i am not too confident yet i am expecting they will inform well before if they are planning to stop the campaign.
Logically, the chat support has no control over the financial department and they will refuse to answer. The trolbox is a funny place to ask the payment related questions, I prefer to create a support ticket and ask the same question there. Otherwise, the Yobit management will not care about the camping here and they have focused on the their own forum payments. Maybe this was the purpose when they send mass emails to their customers regarding the Bitcointalk campaigns. Upon reaching enough traffic in Cryptotalk, they cut the post limit an now the other problems started to be a headache.

I am surprised that no one has officially asked Yobit about the reason for this delay ...
I'm not very active on the forum, so I won't feel any big loss, but maybe someone has already created ticket to support?
For sure there were lots of tickets already been sent out to yobit support about that payment delay but as we all know on how yobit sucks when it comes to customer service.
They never answer and dont expect for any response.

I agree on the view that they are already focusing into their own forum payments than on the current signature here on bitcointalk.Sounds realistic though.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 05, 2019, 07:51:53 PM
Dallas is great and all but we are talking about regular season versus the playoffs. What many young people forget is that NBA plays a whole different game on playoffs, even the refs do not call most of the fouls. Have you ever considered why Rockets have been so amazing in the regular seasons for all seasons yet failed to deliver in the playoffs? Because, Harden is the type of player who gets 14.9 fouls per game, when refs stop calling for those fouls and people start defending him harder dude becomes a worse player.

So, Dallas is good and all that but as soon as playoffs comes they will have a huge trouble keeping up with all those no calls and harder defenses and more experienced players. In any case they have already proved people that if Dallas could build a better team around these two, they can contend for a ring one day.
Rockets are good but they will have to face the Warriors which is clearly the better team as they Warriors was a clear favorite to even win the NBA title last season and in the past season where they have been dominating the NBA.  Their line up is so good, they have curry, Thompson and Durant, but now that the team is struggling, maybe it's their time now to win in the West, but they have to beat Lebron and co, and Leonard and co, and I think the Rockets ave improve now since they have Westbrook on board to help Harden.
On current rankings on West of warriors they have 4W-19 loss which is on the last spot. Climbing on top 5 or even the top rank wont really be that easy if we do try to look up on dominating teams at the moment.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Any recommendation for bitcoin prediction service? on: December 05, 2019, 07:16:21 PM
You either make your own decisions through research and thinking, or don't trade at all. These "bitcoin signal" services are 99.9% pure bullcrap anyway. If I could predict bitcoin prices accurately, do you think it would make sense for me to announce my "predictions" in a group? Of course not. I'd take advantage of it for my own.

To think up sensibly then we would really think of this way.If its possible to predict bitcoin prices then getting rich would be easy aspie.

Lots of so called pros in trading giving out lots of speculation and even selling out their signals which is total Bullsh%t actually. Better to study on our own which is more worthy to do than relying to these kind of services.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many of us are there? on: December 05, 2019, 06:26:20 PM
there are many of us here actually that are telling the truth that we arent addicted  . i know because having a gamble addiction or hobby is not for a poor person or for a cheap person but the reality is most of here are only conservative or have a budget mentality . most users do only come here to earn so why would they gamble alot and burn thier earnings on gambling  ?  i think only few are dedicated to gamble huge and those are the ones that cannot control them selves .
You cant tell because there were poor ones who do got still addicted with gambling. Why? because they do like to become rich on an instant or in a fast way by means of gambling.

Whenever they do have the funds, no matter how small it is as long it would able for them to play they will surely spend that one.Truth or not we do all know if we are addicted or not with gambling.
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading on: December 05, 2019, 05:54:13 PM
I am new here. So I need some help from veteran traders could you please tell me how could I trade here safely Huh
Safely? Even those pro/veteran traders cant even have that word "safe" in terms of trading. Its always been risky but due to experience and skills they do able to suppress that risk on losing money.

Same goes for newbies too, we do need to learn up the basics and test out trades on small amounts until we do gradually learn along the way.Following tips from pros arent really that ideal
and i do much prefer on trading on my own and do get out some references but not totally relying on it.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 5 candidates predicted by bookies to win Miss Universe 2019 on: December 05, 2019, 05:24:04 PM
I gave my vote even though I didn't really follow the news about this Miss Universe event..  I think the contestants from the Philippines have the chance to become champions, her faces, and her skin that are typical of Indochina (Southeast Asia) very exotic and have a distinctive appeal.
Give the same vote and we can actually saw on poll results initially on where people do think on who would take the crown on next Miss U.

Can philipines would have that back to back event? Basing into those candidates i do love Brazil when it comes to beauty compared to PH.
