Anche il mio account su Bittrex è attualmente disabilitato per non so quale ragione.
Si tratta di un account creato tempo fa sul quale avevo spostato un po' di DCR. Una parte li ho venduti subito ed ho subito spostato i btc su un mio wallet, mentre i restanti DCR sono rimasti su bittrex da più di un anno credo. Non ho fatto nessun altro tipo di transazione. Qualche giorno fa volevo trasferire un po' di BTC dal mio wallet all'account Bittrex ma nel momento in cui clicco su "New Address" mi compare il messaggio "Account Disabled. Your account is disabled and is not able to generate addresses".
A questo punto ho mandato un ticket all'assistenza e mi hanno risposto così:

Attualmente il mio account è di tipo "Basic", con numero di telefono verificato e 2FA attiva.
L'unica cosa che posso fare è provare a fare la enhanced verification. Ma addirittura vogliono 2 documenti d'identità, il selfie e il fogliettino con scritto la data... Mi sembra un po' eccessivo.
Ogni consiglio è ben accetto...
