1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the sign that Bitcoin is recovering and it will Bounce?? on: February 03, 2018, 07:32:10 AM
Professional traders use technical analysis. These are based from combination of charts, indicators and candlestick patterns. Based on daily candle stick pattern and RSI, BTC is already at oversold zone when it hit 8K yesterday, with this I expect it to dip to around 7k and should have a bullish run in the next week or so.

disclaimer: I strongly deny that I am a professional trader
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you buy Bitcoin in the present market conditions? on: February 02, 2018, 05:14:15 AM
Always buy at the dip. In this case, I advise you to divide your capital into 4 parts. Let say you have 1000$ to lose, first buy 250$ worth of bitcoin at current price (8773$). Then when price dips further, buy another 250$ worth at 8000$ then 7500$ and last @ 7000$. In this way, you don't lose that much if price goes rock bottom. The 'Wolf of Wallstreet" even predicted it can go as high as 50,000$ so I guess he is seeing the present dip as a result of the correction. Many if not all wants a piece of the bitcoin cake.

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Potential altcoins in top 100 for 2018 on: January 27, 2018, 12:19:53 PM
I think UKG - Unikoingold is worthy of your investment. I've read that even shark Cuban invested millions dollars on this. We all know that where Cuban puts his money, everyone else follows. Seen a good growth since it was added on bittrex. It already has its platform for esports betting and it plans to release a mining rig with bonus rates on dedicated pools when you mine UKG coins. In fact, I already invested on this coin.

I already have my doubts on XRP since bloomberg released that news although someone had stored 3 billion XRP (part of the 125M$ from japan exchange).
NEO, as what they call Chinese ethereum has a good potential for profit I think.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to figure out the top? on: January 10, 2018, 02:38:53 AM
I'm not an expert but if you're on short trading, you set your candle time into 1 or 5 minutes. I usually rely on MACD, RSI and Volume, I am using a custom one that tells you if it is already at buy/sell zone. Also, I am looking at the history of the prices of the coin I wanted to buy. Look at the previous highs (not the pumped ones with sudden spikes) and that should give you a good hint. I practice taking profit as low as 2% per trade as it is easier to hit small profits from 2%-5% that waiting for the top.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Low value coins are creating Millionaires on: January 08, 2018, 11:08:52 AM
It is because a .03$ coin is easier to have 10x increase in value than a 200$ altcoin. Although it is very risky investing on these type of coins but many are still attracted to the potential profit, you just hodl and wait. Although there are some undervalued coins out there, a little research and some luck and you can hit jackpot.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRON Announcement Today! on: January 06, 2018, 01:29:21 PM
Lots of hype on TRX seen around the web. Twitter war between founders of TRX and LTC happened but the kid should have let it pass, got burnt when satoshilite replied. TRX will be included in one of Korean exchange may hype it a little more. I see TRX as good long term investment.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins grow, Bitcoin staginent on: January 04, 2018, 04:42:53 PM
ya people stop invest into bitcoin because they see bitcoin weakness. now they know altcoin is better

Not really, bitcoin is still the top choice for traders. It is such that, you cannot always choose to hold bitcoin if the alts were doing better. Traders always aim to have more bitcoins as they can (from trading with the pair alts)and then cashout, still using bitcoin. In my country, only bitcoin can be converted into local fiat.
9  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you know any good sites for cryptocurrency trading signals or tips? on: December 27, 2017, 02:27:09 PM
Hi, I m looking for some groups, membership sites which offers high quality trading signals... Do you know some? Smiley

You should stay away from groups that sends signals on trading. More often than not, they are the only ones who make profit while their followers lose money. You can read around google to educate yourself.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: john mcafee stop daily pump to weekly pump on: December 26, 2017, 06:50:51 PM
He said that he is doing this to beat bots and help normal people do trading. His method, as I see it, cause aspiring traders to lose more money. Although it is the trader's discretion if he will follow his calls. My friend told me he just lost 50% of his capital today on reddcoin, he invested because he saw mcafee's tweet and bought at a high price then it suddenly dropped.
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is your best game for playing on casinos??? on: December 17, 2017, 08:09:48 AM
I only play 2 games at casino. First is the baccarat, house edge at 1.06% on banker and 1.24% on player bet. I think that's  fair for fellow gamblers. Second is the craps, this is my favorite dice game. I usually play odd bets which some new players on the table don't understand and they get mad.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: What would you want to see on a Crypto Only exchange ? on: December 15, 2017, 12:00:42 AM
For me, I don't mind sending IDs for verification as this is a way for investors to secure their accounts. I just want a very low transaction fee for everything like withdrawals and buy/sell transactions. The price of bitcoin is surging, so does the transaction fees of some trading platform I know. It also helps a lot if there are live chat supports for immediate concerns of investors.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Science of Withdrawal from Bittrex on: December 12, 2017, 12:44:44 PM
I am a newbie, 2.5 months old in crypto world.

I recently got my coins exchanged for BTC for the first time and used Bittrex for that.

Everything was smooth and fine till I eventually wanted to withdraw my coins. It said, I need to get verified.

I provided my documents and it said verification is under process. This was like 10 days ago.

Its been over a week now that I have placed request to support team (Request #605243) with 4 followups. No Response.

At that point I looked around and found that many people are having same problem.

So, I am reaching out for help.

To all the experienced people, kindly guide on how to withdraw my coins from Bittrex?Huh

Also, this is my first post, just in case there is something wrong with it, please let me know.

Was wondering why you did not immediately applied for verification. Anyway, in my case, I was approved only in matter of minutes after applying for enhanced verification. Took photo of my IDs and submitted my self portrait. I think this is a case to case basis. A reminder that you should not apply for another ticket if your first application is not yet resolved. Best of luck.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: has trading become difficult? on: December 10, 2017, 10:22:22 AM
The beauty of bitcoin is due to its volatility. If you can remember last 2nd week of November, it plummeted to 5,600$ after reaching 7,600$ and then had a bullish run up to 17,000$. Yes, btc trading is hard for short trades but my tip is to take profit around 3% to 5% to lessen the risk of losing. If you are in long term trading, just hold your position, btc price will rise eventually.
15  Economy / Gambling / Re: Booming Slots on: December 09, 2017, 03:40:33 PM
30 btc is a hell lot of money to give up. I just wonder how long did it take him to lose that much. That is why I don't like to gamble on electronic games such as those slots, I feel that it always favors the house edge.. I will only place my bets on card games with physical online dealers or wage bets on live sports games. Too bad OP had to lose that much.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for your Graphics Card advice. on: December 04, 2017, 06:16:43 PM
You might want to consider zotac 1070 or palit super jetstream. They maybe cheap but still gets the work done. You should buy atleast 6 gb cards for future proofing amd yes 1070 is the best option. If you are into modding bios which may void the warranty go for 570s but if you want a plug and play, go for 1070. 1070s after market sales are better than amds I think.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What i hapening with siacoin? on: December 04, 2017, 05:07:15 PM
I just missed another pump and dump. Price starts to fall for now and is re-calibrating. Got stuck on POWR so siacoin is a miss to me. Miners will all benefit from this if they hodled coins because the price almost doubled in 1 and a half day. I should have hodled sia as what my friend told me a week ago but I didn't listen, too bad had to miss the money train.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bittrex has been locked for over 5 days...due to suspicious activity on: December 04, 2017, 03:44:22 PM
I'm currently using bittrex and this is alarming. Though I haven't experience this and I do not want this ever to happen to me. Maybe OP shouldn't have tried to do enhanced verification again since he has already done it the first time, maybe it is the reason why your account was frozen. I wish you recover your very account soon.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal VS Bitcoin on: December 04, 2017, 09:31:18 AM
Choosing between paypal and bitcoin is a no brainer. Bitcoin is the fastest way to earn profit thru hodling or trading. Buying/selling in paypal takes time as you will have to wait for your orders to be sent while in bitcoin trading, it is as fast as one click of a mouse button. It is less risky to deal with the trading site(i think) than to trade with live customers. Also in paypal, you will encounter bad products, the only bad products in bitcoin/crypto are the sh!t coins you have bought but later found out that it doesn't have any value.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Advice NEEDED - First mining RIG on: December 04, 2017, 08:17:54 AM
Hi there, I don't think that rx460 is currently profitable as it is wayback 2016 if you are planning to mine top 20 coins. There are now more appropriate gpu for mining, why not try 570s or 580s if your motherboard permits. Also, you should invest on the power supply, but a 750w gold or above for efficiency. You don't want to end up just paying your bills on your mining profit. You should also consider the electricity rates on your area as this will affect you profit.
