Good questions. No, there is no such things that can block access to it. Taking a brand name / copyrighted name/ whatever as a domain name is fully legal. Domain names fall under the rule of "First come, first served" This is not true there are many cases where domain owner had to sell it to business with brand name etc. It very often depends on jurisdiction. Cheers You're right in only one case : if the domain name has been registered after that the copyright / trademark has been officially deposited. At the current time, primalbase trademark isn't deposited and neither is any copyright. If they decide such a thing, the fact that my domain has been registered before the trademark and as long as I renew the domain, i'm not legally attackable (or i will simply win) |

Bancor n'a pas fini sa chute. Habituellement, le bottom est touché 3-4 jours après la distribution des bounty (qui n'a pas encore eu lieu pour le moment) Donc sauf cas exceptionnel, Bancor devrait encore baisser dans les prochains jours (ou prochaines semaine, je n'est pas investit dans Bancor donc je ne me tiens pas au courant - ne sait pas quand la distribution des bounty a lieu). Si t'as un investissement de 2-3 chiffres, à ta place je revendrais, quitte à racheter moins chère plus tard. Si c'est plutôt 4,5 voir 6 chiffres j'attendrais et je me préparerais à holder pendant au moins 6 mois. Mais ultimement, il y a de bonne chance que ça revienne au moins à son prix d'origine. Mgox, cryptsy,... y'a du passif. et apres tu peux toujours courir pour recuperer ta thunes. Poloniex est probablement plus "stable" mais c'est pas toi qui est en possession de tes token c'est lui :/ ça doit être un mec de chez poloniex qui essai d'attirer plus d'argent avant de disparaître |
