201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETC] Ethereum Classic: Immutable Smart Contracts on: August 09, 2018, 04:15:35 PM
The people that are saying hodl are trying to take your money. Don’t trust anyone in crypto. You should short it because bitcoin will drag everything down heavily. Bitcoin and ETC is in a major supply zone and will break the $6k mark eventually. It will sideway trend then break below.

History shows that holding is always more profitable then trying to actively trade the market, unless someone is an expert trader or has an amazing bot algorithm which is probably going to be 98% of all people who start investing in crypto than just buying and holding is ALWAYS the smarter move

You say "Don't trust anyone in crypto" than turn around and say people should short ETC when its near all time lows at 235k sats, you are either a bot posting nonsense or have no clue what you are talking about.

204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the market red on: August 08, 2018, 04:59:21 PM
SIMPLE AS THIS.

NOONE IS FUCKING BUYING THIS SHIT COINS.

And watch out, BECAUSE EVEN AT THIS PRICES THE DEMAND OF THIS COINS IS SO LOW I CAN PREDICT ANOTHER DROP TO 300$ FOR ETH OR LESS, and market not recovering NEVER EVER.

been warning people for a long time. And people keep investing. Well, they deserve this nightmare they are suffering. they will get rekt.

But your signature says the different thing. It says "600$ for ETH and 9K for BTC by end of 2018. And i'm being optimistic. 21:22 PM 11.07.2018. Spain."  Grin

Truth is that, even if bitcoin goes back to $800 just as how it started since 2016, people will still buy it. There will always be someone like me who will be into it which is why it will survive. Whatever will happen I don't think I'd ever regret. I'm still happen I got some BTC that I bought at $12k.

for me a recover is getting to December values. It seems we share different opinions on what is a recovery. If you lose 500$, for you a recovery is to get 250$?Huh?

December was a parabolic move in Bitcoin, the alts had parabolic moves back in the spring of 2017, in terms of bitcoin we are around the same levels as back in november.

Alot of newbs must be just giving up selling at a loss unfortunately, especially in altcoins, so many alts are near/making new lows.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICON icx on: August 08, 2018, 04:56:03 PM
what do you think about ICON and the team ?

I think that by looking at their investors that says something about the direction of the project, honestly don't know a ton about the team.

I think that at .77c it's at a a bargain, the price could go lower but I bet that a year from now you will wish you could have bought some at <$1.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀[ANN] POLIS | Airdrop Governance | Decentralized | on: August 08, 2018, 01:07:08 PM
this coin is a scam i will report this to the police

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy confirmed bagholder

peoples tactics of dealing with a loss are comical...make account on bitcointalk to threaten calling the police..priceless

you will have as much luck as reporting a stolen pack of gum.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: August 08, 2018, 01:04:23 PM
Thought I was buying at key support level.....dumps even lower....fucking crypto gotta love it
208  Economy / Gambling / Re: Official Americas Cardroom Thread on: August 07, 2018, 09:01:05 PM
LOL even events getting cancelled for MOSS tournaments because of DDOS....no wonder you guys wont run another Freebuy series...

People won't even play the cash tables anymore because of how bad the multi-accounting/colluding and botting is. Yall should just go ALL tournaments and that's it.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ZEC] ZCASH - All coins are created equal. Discussion Thread (Unofficial) on: August 07, 2018, 08:53:46 PM
Now I see all the same hype around the  ZCASH project faded a bit, the community gradually cools to the  ZCASH project. And I remember what used to be the excitement around the  ZCASH project, all about it and talked at the start. Maybe with another pump, it'll all come back.

I think there's currently too much selling pressuere due to the inflation. There's still a lot of ZEC being mined, if you compare it to the ZEC in existence. In the current market climate, It's hard to find buyers for this. But around 0.025 BTC looks like strong support for now.

Are you certain that is gonna hold

Its been bouncing off of that range for a while, I would bet it holds.

But who knows in 4 months from now if it will hold, with all these asics hitting the network that could make for even more selling pressure. Or maybe even the contrary? More holders?

I feel like the first halving of ZEC in 2020 will really spark a frenzy of price action.

If I had a good place to run them I would be buying the shit out of these z9's, even if the difficulty spikes all the ZEC you would mine would be extremely profitable in the long run.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETC] Ethereum Classic: Immutable Smart Contracts on: August 07, 2018, 08:49:06 PM
why price collapsing?

Did you just go all in?

The listing isn't going to make it go parabolic....we are still in an altcoin bear market...people are going to look to dump with any kind of profit in these conditions.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [$XVG] VERGE [POW][MultiAlgo][BLACKHOLE][Entire Line of TOR/i2P Resources] on: August 07, 2018, 08:46:24 PM
A lot of consistent development and a broad spectrum of wallets and tools for adoption but still just a speculative alternative to bitcoin, very similar to Digibyt minus the so called "privacy" features of verge.

I will say Verge is an excellent example of why altcoins have value though, any blockchain if maintained and developed can blossom into something big. Dogecoindark--->Verge is the best representation of that.

Just feel like this coin will always have a scammy stigma attached to it unfortunately, anytime an alt gets the type of volume Verge had months back any kind of dirt that could be brought up does get brought up....and thats what sticks in everyones mind.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETC] Ethereum Classic: Immutable Smart Contracts on: August 06, 2018, 05:28:57 PM
Price is going up in this bear trend, Good sign for etc,  with coinbase addition price can easily go up to 2x to 3x.Etc is promising project.

Yup, its going higher for sure. Easy $25, possibly more.

Will end up in top 10 in market cap.

ETC is diversified among nearly every crypto currency funds indexes.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] 💻💻💻Callisto Network💻💻💻 Stage II on: August 01, 2018, 08:11:13 PM
Waiting for signatures campaign!

Not looking like it's going to happen unfortunately, proposal was made on github but never updated, I guess team is too busy with other stuff and don't care that they are literally giving coins away to bots and multi-accounters.

pretty bad if you ask me
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOBYTE [GBX] - Masternodes, PoW, Secure, ASIC Resistance, & Decentralized on: August 01, 2018, 05:09:38 PM
Regarding the Charge of 70 dollars? needs looking at imo, I can compare to a few others and Gbx is higher end by U.K. to 3 times on some, I can see this is aimed at bigger transactional clients, perhaps once the exchange is more established a percentage scheme with a cap could be a better approach? Leave it to you guys, you know better than me your client base targets. Just seems high if your aiming at attracting a more modest catchment as well as the institutional guys.

So GBX does manual withdrawals every working day?  That is a little disappointing as there is no way GBX will become a decent exchange unless it changes this.
i can wait for 8am no worries, and i apologise for raising this small issue so publicly.

READ THE TITLE OF THE ANN!!! THIS IS GOBYTE THE COIN NOT THE EXCHANGE  Roll Eyes
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Dragonchain Token Sale on: August 01, 2018, 04:42:54 PM
Quote from the medium post about commercial platform v1

"BaaS is a set of cloud-based services that enable developers to build applications at a speed that private blockchain solutions, like Hyperledger, cannot match."

BITA = Blockchain in Transportation Alliance

BITA encompasses 100s of top transportation and logistics companies like FedEx, UPS, Google, BNSF Railway ect ect. I know that they are interested in integrating blockchain and mostly private blockchain solutions.

Seeing Dragonchain as a competitor to hyperledger is a big deal, companies will want the security with added privacy, but then the ease of use that hyperledger may not be able to offer to developers.

Let's only hope that what Dragonchain has behind the curtains is useful.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Dragonchain Token Sale on: August 01, 2018, 04:35:43 PM
Right, we are going to create an ERC-20 token and we will promote the idea of some involvement with Disney, we will enrich ourselves, and when the last person on our team gets the same, we will let things flow!
Normally, tokens are mostly useless simply because they depend on another blockchain and etc... The result is the one we are seeing now! The solution is to wait and someone prove that I am wrong and wrong.

Augur, Powh3d and CryptoKitties...there ya go, you are proven wrong.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][UBQ] Ubiq - Smart Contracts For An Automated World on: August 01, 2018, 03:53:31 PM
According to James Clayton the "jumbucks crew" is responsible for countless pump and dumps and scams...what the Ubiq community think about these accusations? I would have to do some digging to find the post from him but I believe they are archived in the expanse thread somewhere.

I have my own personal opinions on Clayton going back to 2014 and HZ (horizon) but I am curious as to why he has it out for jumbucks/ubiq?

I have no bias, I just am curious why Clayton would go off on ubiqu/jumbucks crew before he left expanse and bailed to costa rica? Maybe he was biting his tongue for years or maybe he is just butthurt none of his clones ever matured into something worthwhile??? idk..

Jumbucks crew = coinmarkets irc  Wink  ~*~h00t!~*~

thats what he kept saying jumbucks/ubiq = coinmarkets...and that they pump, dump and exploit all the time...his words not mine yall don't come at me, k? just want to know why?

An ETC'r trying to stir shit between ubiq and exp. Let it die. The only reason ETC exists is because charles needed a place to grind his axe before starting centralized shitcoin Cardano. James isnt even with Expanse anymore because they kicked him out.

So you are implying that I am an Ethereum Classic shill trying to "stir" shit up between two coins that aren't even in the top 100 on CMC?  Cheesy Cheesy  Roll Eyes You are an idiot..

Where do you even come up with that? Nowhere in my initial post did I even mention ETC, I just asked what the Ubiq/Jumbucks community thought of Clayton?
