41  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: January 10, 2024, 01:55:20 PM
But I do not think Roobet will fake their social media giveaways, what is it for them to gain if they fake it?  They have been hosting several contest already and they always deliver with integrity. Why not make a try on this Social Media promotion of Roobet, who knows maybe you will be the next lucky person to win.
I don't really think he meant that Roobet hosts fake giveaways. He probably meant to say that they are infested with fake bots which makes more sense though I could be completely wrong.

Also, I don't recommend wasting time on any social media giveaway and put that time to better use on more productive stuff instead.

Whats in there for Roobet to host a giveaway or any other casino that does. If a casino like Roobet hosts 5000 bucks worth art contest every month, or they giveaway millions of dollars on festive promos, then why would they fake social media giveaways which are just few bucks worth. Its funny to hear.

You are not wrong, they are legit but its peeps that are going the illegal ways all the time. What could be the good word here, “scam-masters”.

I have been part of Roobet community since very long and never had second thought that they would go in fake shits. Its unfortunate to see how peeps on the social media are poorly handling these giveaways. Its more or less greed over joyness. Sad to here this communications still on going.
42  Economy / Gambling / Re: IsItProvablyFair.org - Instantly verify if the game you just played was fair! on: January 10, 2024, 01:01:10 PM
A very good explainer on the Explanation page. I am not a technical person but somehow if I read the explanation again and again I think I am going to have an idea soon. Haha.
Well, I have only used the tool once back in the time when I used to play on Bustabit (not anymore), and the tool asked a bunch of parameters to be entered to check if they were provably fair or not. Definitely, this is a better version as compared to that, and for a new person like me, it would be easy to use with just two parameters to be entered.

However, you should extend your services to multiple casinos. I think that is when more crowd will be interested in visiting your site repetitively.

For example, btcgosu [dot] com is also well known for the same service and they provide more than 20-25 casinos to be verified for their fairness. Your UI is also very simple and makes it easier to surf, hope so you keep adding more casinos soon. Good luck.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: “X” users are struggling as Crypto Scams in Ads,officials have no clear respons on: January 10, 2024, 12:48:05 PM
It seems they have made various changes after ownership was transferred to Elon. I still remember, before that, an ICO period on the forum (a more aggressive one) when we used to post hundreds of tweets daily. Imagine thousands of members doing that from a single forum. It was as scammy as it looked back in the time. Even today, the same practice is followed however, soon after the trend went down as accounts were blocked for spreading spam.

There are also giant accounts with millions of followers who keep trolling other projects, spreading FUD like X person will receive 100 ETH and shit like that. This is where X also started banning accounts.

Now when it comes to the ads part, I think X shall have a team of mods with human verification to approve the ads. They should eradicate any ads that are tailored for crypto scams. Only a human can recognize that. Advertisements have a big share of any social platform and it must be taken seriously to prevent further consequences if such spam keeps coming.
44  Economy / Economics / Re: How influential is crypto worldwide? on: January 10, 2024, 11:34:17 AM
Frankly it seems we have very less number of users in the crypto sphere. There is simply no way to tell the exact number of peeps using the crypto because you cant predict them by number of addresses. I mean its unpredictable how many addresses one person is creating on everyday basis if not then monthly basis! It doesnt even give the slightest idea to the survey input. So I highly doubt we have 400 million users of crypto or bitcoin alone. There are multiple services, online shops, exchanges, gaming institutes, sports and gambling sites, faucets and not limited to just them who are using BTC as mode of payment. They also have auto address generator thus creating virtually N-number of addresses world wide. I would like to consider that users with crypto holding Vs share market is definitely not worth it. As mentioned in couple of posts, its also about the timeline. We are throwing a brand new asset and trying to compare it with legends who wander the earth since ages. Smiley
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the kind of world you want to live in? [read] on: January 09, 2024, 11:34:44 AM
Oh yeah, just by reading the entire post I started feeling anxious. Lolz. Nah, I do not want anyone else to control my Bitcoins. Honestly not at this point when I have created such an extensive portfolio by working hard for it. Whether it is simple signature campaigns selling my Pencil artwork or getting paid in BTC from my mod job on other forums, I have managed to create multiple streams of BTC income. I like it, I like it when I see a pop-up from my wallet, there is an incoming transaction or broadcast.

That is a crazy feeling I do not want to lose for some shitty centralization. If we wanted to live like that then, we already have the fiat system to give a feel for it. So no thank you. Bitcoin should prosper in terms of its technology and I hope most of the population understand how holding it on an individual level can help maintain its integrity and decentralization.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's Your Exchange to Wallet Ratio? on: January 08, 2024, 06:10:56 PM
Nah not at all. Im storing all of them on my ledger. Now considering the security bugs and continuous upgrade releases I am thinking to switch to another hardware wallet or maybe newer version from the ledger series. I do not like exchanges for another reason than custodial one. For example, in our country anything that is traded on crypto exchanges will get 1% TDS and 30% flat tax post selling. The TDS is applicable to all type of volumes whether its crypto to crypto exchange Or it is a crypto to fiat. Just imagine the taxes that we need to pay. Anyways, as far as second reason is considered then that would losing control our coins and tokens. For me, I am selling the bitcoins to friends overseas who then transfer me WISE payments or other type of payments that get here easily. We can always mark this as advertising funds or others to reduce the taxes on them. So long story short I am good with hardware wallets rather than exchanges.

You can find out more about how it works right here https://duel.bz/duelbitsduels

Thank you all for your continued trust and support, we wish you the best of luck!

Yup this is interesting competition/promo that you guys have started. For sure something new and not seen before on any casino I think. This is like making a streak of something. On this one we are supposed to win 6 predictions correctly. I am not sure if we are supposed to do the streak from given leagues or whether it is just any of the 6 games from the 10 leagues mentioned right now? The 9th June ones? It seems we stand good change of winning considering there are 10 games and out which we only need to predict around 6 games. With proper analysis this can be won perfectly.

I am just curious if anyone is going to put their predictions here? If not then let us discuss guys and see who puts how much pts to which league?  Grin
48  Economy / Gambling / Re: PvP Games in Casinos | What's your thoughts? on: January 08, 2024, 04:54:48 PM
I know Duel Dice and its so far best game categorised under what you are explaining. However, its worth noting that you can also play these games against bots. Its fun and somehow I have seen better odds of winning when we play against other players. Just recently I have also explored another type of games that can come under this category and thats slot battles. You actually bet against other player in slots. That gets as sophisticated as it could. I am not sure if there are any other unique games by other casinos. But just now I went to see gamdom and they have the slot battles. I am not sure if there are game categories that can be made to play against other players?
49  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: January 08, 2024, 03:52:44 PM
The chances are low... with occasional breaks, I have been active since 2015 and until now I haven't been lucky enough to hit a bigger prize on the daily rolls, when it comes to the weekly lottery, I have never been in the top 10 and I have had many tickets in some weeks. And to win something big from WoF spins it's even harder, the chances are extremely low.
I consider myself an exception to the lot of users on this forum having won the 200$ free roll. But I have not yet been able to reproduce it ever again and hence you can see that it is a rarely rolled number indeed.

Same with the lottery tickets, I havent won anything from them and hence I have converted to turning them into Reward points instead, I feel having accumulated enough I can at least encash that and not let that all to waste like the lottery tickets.

Quote
I don't know how many active users Freebitcoin has, but I believe that most users are not on the forum. So big prizes are probably going into the hands of people outside the forum.
Most of them are not here indeed. We have so many people running affiliate links of freebitco.in, they dont bother about this forum.

Thats good thing for you. The thing is, over the course of time freebitco has grown a lot in terms of its userbase. Since there is no fixed amount of 200 bucks getting distributed the chance of hitting that roll is tiny for every individual. Everyday hundreds of new users are signing up and in the future odds of winning it will obviously go down on individual basis.

Perhaps its best to keep trying no matter what. I personally enjoy rolling free for its 8-9 times in an entire day. Its more or less has become an habit. Honestly, still I am not able hit the target. But thats all right since I can still play various other products available to compensate my time spent on the freebitco. Such as WOF from premium membership. Smiley
50  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: January 08, 2024, 03:01:46 PM
Looks like another casino on the bucket list. I think gamdom officials should look after their ANN status. The images are either removed or not visible somehow so its taking out all the fun for new comers. Coming back to the Casino structure, its just perfect and equipped with all the favourite games that a gambler needs to have. Starting with Crash and Dice, the game design is very nice. I am not sure why but Crash can be upgraded to multiple bets allowance. What I mean is, there should be provision to make dual or triple bets so that one can withdraw or cashout at multiple times. Its popular UI and gaming design on most of the casino. But rest is just nice. Another feature that is slot battles which seems another in gaming category and might be unique from Gamdom. Nice one. Hope to more offerings soon.
51  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Master the Art of Crypto Trading with These 5 Simple Tips on: January 06, 2024, 03:35:44 PM
I am more or less interested in making “own” choices while trading. What I mean is, all these tips are fine on paper and when you read you get motivated but when we actually trading we are stuck with reality. Its not easy to manage a trade that is off boundary. A stop loss can end your trading position and save further losses but it doesnt guarantee a perfect trade with profits. For example, instead of shorting a position one could apply their own logics and try to regain the positions, make more profits. Maybe turn an impossible position into perfect save. This can only come by when we are highly alert, studious and updated with the asset that is being traded. I am sure these tips will guide new comers. But always remember after a specific period and multiple trading assets things can get ugly and trader needs alert mind and logics to drive a trade.
52  Economy / Gambling / Re: Does anyone find the spate of online casinos a bit uninspired? on: January 06, 2024, 01:43:57 PM
Snip

Yes bro, as a comparison, more people play online gambling compared to offline gambling because online gambling can be played individually and access is easy to reach so people are interested in doing it. Moreover, the bets can be adjusted to low or high bets according to one's abilities.

And in my opinion the risk is also very high because online gambling is only played privately without anyone knowing, so it is easy for gamblers to become seriously addicted due to lack of attention and advice from those closest to them, and it can also cause big problems because there are many losses and financial ruin and many people also experience severe depression and suffer from life problems.

The trend of online gambling has boosted all because of the crypto gambling sites. Honestly before this no casino was allowed in my country but as soon as crypto became available all those sites became borderless. Its simply because there is no fixed regulatory structure that can control the use of crypto currencies and transactions made with them. Now I might be slightly wrong in terms of how licenses work around the globe but they surely got available almost everywhere.

This opened up unlimited possibilities for the gamblers. Those who had no idea about such sites or even concepts got onboarded in no time. In fact there are players who are just getting into it because they saw some digital ads on their social medias.

Thats crazy how casino got injected almost everywhere. Thats the biggest money market now. Its either having self control or just lose it all sort of game now.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone just sent 26 BTC to genesis block address on: January 06, 2024, 11:09:48 AM
Oh G man, and here we are working around the clock to make some decent money with hard work and feed the family. Look at this guy, making fun of us and saying us poor in 999 different languages. Isn't it? If they want to donate or burn Bitcoin then why peeps dont send it to others? Maybe bless friends or family or just donate the money to charity or maybe give it to random peeps. But why the hell go and burn the Bitcoins out of hate. If this was a mistake then I am pretty sure they were drunk asf. Lolz. But who just randomly go to their wallets and send away millions to genesis address, isn't thats little spammy?
54  Other / Off-topic / Re: Just a reminder. Don't lose yourself in the process. on: January 06, 2024, 09:56:17 AM
I am sorry to break this but it is hard we can not just stop working and change the way things are working for us. I know we should live a life that's our dreamy land, and go out anytime we want with our families and friends but we are so stuck in the circle of work and life that it is impossible to go that way. Get this, if we try to live a life with just joys and get out of the process then we will ultimately have to live life on low wagers. This means we need to work less but also less wager and fewer expectations from the life expenses. This could be anything from good cuisine, to great gateways with family/friends OR having medical emergencies etc. This means we must compromise the life we can live with better earnings. The only way to get out of this is to manage the work-life balance. This is the only way to make this happen. I am not trying to deny the good life fact here but the reality is we need money as importantly as we wanna live life.

Serie A Showdown Alert! 🚨⚽

Great to see all matches up and running in the betting section. Considering most of the matches contain Inter, Juventus, Milan, Fio I think its just easy to place the bets on home side. They are the strongest teams in the SERIES A.

Just check the first showdown that is INTER MILAN VS VERONA, its simply win vs loss match. Verona is not doing very well from the past matches and already has -9 pts, three losses in a row. Its better to go all in on the Inter. The current multiplier is 1.10x and it is still good one even though odds are high. Maybe similar matches can be found out with other teams.

Would be great to see top 3 teams comings against each other, with tight odds. Good luck all.
56  Economy / Gambling / Re: UNREAL!! Sportsbet.io pays out a $42,000,000 USDT Casino WIN!! on: January 05, 2024, 03:04:43 PM
Oh my God, that player is set for his years to come. Thats crazy win I have ever seen until now and couldn't imagine the happiness of that player. This is just crazy man, how they reached to that level, what they might have been thinking while playing it, did they expect to hit that jackpot? So many things on my mind imagining the scenario while they were playing.

I watched the video that was published on the X platform, and watching it also made me go crazy. I am really not sure how this jackpot works but reaching to 42 million USD seems dream in the dream. I bet he must have checked 100 times before going nuts about it. If he is family then all of them are gonna celebrate with huge party on a foreign destination. Luckkkyyy man!!
57  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin stability important? on: January 05, 2024, 01:09:45 PM
This will change the equation of Bitcoin for holders, miners, financial institutions and much more. What we are seeing today, what we experiencing today in terms of Bitcoin adoption is all because of the same volatility that we are discussing here. If Bitcoin stabilises then things will start to fall apart because at that point miners or hodlers would not be able to grab the quick profits during Bitcoins peak pricing. They will have to wait for very long period of time to grab the profits. If they get exhausted then mining efficiency might just drop drastically. Going further, peeps may not invest money in the financial institutes in the hope of raising their holdings and profits because they can achieve the same with share market anyways.

Thats why aggression in Bitcoins stability suits it more than stable growth. Thats the whole reason why peeps are going nuts with their Bitcoin holdings.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 3 interesting tips about Bitcoin halving on: January 05, 2024, 12:39:56 PM
I think Satoshi must have had perfect idea as to why they are implementing the halving process. They did not do it intentionally they did it with perfect vision. If all the bitcoins were supposed to get mined easily within few years of timeline then the demand and supply would have been gone wild. I mean we would have got lot of Bitcoin (supply) but less demand because it is easily available. The rational? Well to value the Bitcoin more and more with the time. In exactly similar fashion as Gold is doing today. They applied perfect analogy to increase the mining difficulty as it would make Bitcoin more scarce and more demanding. Even if it is not clearly written within white paper I still believe they must have got clear idea about this theory back of their mind. In addition, miners doesnt lose anything, they could actually make nice profits as the Bitcoin becomes more valuable due to high demand and scarce supply. (If they hodl)
59  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Ithiopia bankrupted? on: January 05, 2024, 12:01:44 PM
Ethiopia became Africa’s latest defaulter after it failed to make an interest payment following the end of a grace period on Monday - Bloomberg reports.  This says that tall building that kissing the sky and eye popping infrastructure don't make you rich.  Anyways,
Cryptocurrency has become very popular in African continent. It is the third fastest-adopting continent in terms of cryptocurrency. Can cryptocurrency help Ithioia and Africa  to get rid of poverty?

Once the investment cycle reaches a point where interests and principle amounts are higher than those countries' GDP they gonna screw themselves very hard. There are multiple examples of this and they never learn. I like some Asian countries who stood for themselves with the Make in Own nation schemes. Meaning, that their governments started motivating more start-ups and manufacturing projects so that the country doesn't need to import raw materials or finished goods from other countries which in turn lowers the value of products and services, more domestic production giving more income locally. Thus, money is circulated within the country and they do not need to go out and seek financial help.

If Ithipia or any country suffering like this want to come out of this, then they have to focus more on their in-house productions rather than depending on the other nations. The only way to increase the GDP and income per capita, thus reducing the external financial burden.

& no, Bitcoin wont help them get out of it. It doesn't make sense, its just currency or asset. That changes nothing for the country.
60  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which Casino and Sportsbook have the best UI? Which others can improve? on: January 04, 2024, 05:47:03 PM
I think sportsbet, roobet and duelbits are some classic examples of having decent UI. However, its noticeable that most of the casinos are using similar scripts while coding those pages. This overall doesn't affect the UI or functioning of dynamic protocols such as live values, instant betting algorithm, balance updates, slip formation etc. I think that is important stuff when it comes to placing bets while we are doing inplay bets. As far as UI of site like freebitco is considered which is merely static one, with number of outputs predefined and you just have to bet on the desired outcome, that also works best for everyone. So I dont think UI of sportsbook can affect the user in anyway. But just for the sake of understanding whose putting more investment on redefining the UI then the above ones. As such all of them are good as long as I am able to generate my bet slip with different possible outcomes.
