1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is it with that? on: February 25, 2021, 11:15:09 PM
How come that with every trade i do, the outcome is always the opposite?
When i buy, market goes down...when i sell, market goes up...strange

Thats what usually happens when you are newbie and try to FOMO into coins based on influencer activity alone. Do your resrach and pick coins based on FA for long term to invest and then get into trading with a small amount.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunter to presale investor! on: February 25, 2021, 11:10:06 PM
I am still not that regular in bounty hunting but by reading some old topics about researching potential bounty projects, I learned some good staffs!

Then I got some money and was thinking why not invest in this Defi, bull, and polka season! So I researched my best, tried several presale wars and After filling 5-6 presale forms, I got lucky in a polkadot based presale! I knew I won a jackpot but did not even realize my 500$ can become 4800$!!!

Now, I am feeling money is flying in the crypto industry, you just have to smart hard worker to grab them!

After such earning, I am looking for good presales and bounties, I won't stop my running until I become whales, because one guy made 1000 ETH from 800$, he is my inspiration now!

God bless you all.

I have taken  a similar route like you but I wonder if I will ever be able to make 1000 eth from 800 $. maybe but its too less of a chance and you have to be extremely lucky. Never the less just try to play well and make some goo dmoney by investing in projects with good pre sale
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All of a sudden they want to join crypto. on: February 25, 2021, 11:07:25 PM
Hahahaha I have been getting quite alot of engagement lately... and pretty sure I'm not the only one  it's crazy seeing dm's  from doctors, lawyers, engineers, astronauts & Olympians.  Parents wanted me to be any of the above and now they're in my dm's trying to learn about crypto and how I make 6 figures from holding/staking altcoins like $BET $LINK $ ADA. Hmmmmmmmmm life.

Congratulations to you on this and it goes on to show that if you dig into something when its unknown and realise the true potential of it you can go on and make a good return for yourself. You just have to be patient and believe in yourself.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's up with Binance Coin? on: February 25, 2021, 11:05:35 PM
BNB rose all the way to the moon becoming the third-largest cryptocurrency by market cap. It's now valued at over $230 per coin, becoming one of the most valuable smart contract platforms in the world after Ethereum. While BNB doesn't come nowhere near close as Ethereum in terms of decentralization, and censorship-resistance, it works great for "De-Fi" with its ultra-low fees and blazing-fast transaction confirmation times.

I'm wondering what could've lead Binance Coin towards new heights within such a short amount of time? Does the "De-Fi" hype have to do anything about this? Do you think BNB's current prices are sustainable or not? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley

The rise of Defi ecosystem is probably one of the reason but the main reason I believe to be is the sustained growth of Binance  ecosystem and Binance smart chain. You can see many prjects actually moving to BSC and the BNB burn is also helping.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First time scammed , very frustrated on: February 24, 2021, 12:39:38 PM
There is a start for everything , so i just get first time scammed and hope last time.
Since few times i follow polkadot env and liked their projects especially polkastarter . it's like the ico's for projects to raise money . I wanted to participate to one of them and got whitelisted to superfarm ($super) to buy in the presale at a good price but sended 0.25 eth to wrong adress . yes i'm little bit dumb they made a clone of their official telegram channel and i get caught . usually i don't do that but we all do mistakes .

the adress of the scammer : 0xC88b5F4aaE1C8f2778DEF2257b6bAf1BA62E4B09

i hope he will die  with a cancer . i lost $447.83USD that's 50% of my humble portfolio and i worked hard to put this money in . i know that there is nothing i can do and i feel little bit down but that's life assholes are everywhere . Whitout this scammers cryptocurrency and the world would be better .

So just a little thought for me . good luck and get your money safe

It's ok it happens to the best . Just try not to FOMO into any Ico or don't follow any links. Go through twitter or the official website links . If in doubt pull out of the ico.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why only tron missed the bull this time. on: February 24, 2021, 12:36:55 PM
ethereum up to moon
Polkadot up to moon
Cardano up to moon
binance up to moon

all Dapp platforms have increased, but not for Tron. is tron not good enough?
does Justin haven't the funds to pump tron?
why until recently Tron there weren't any major movements in the market

Because the entire market has assumed that  Tron is a shitcoin Because of the initial feels about pligraism . Whatever bit maybe they have really improves a lot and got a nice set of Dapps
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Elon Musk invest in Cardano? on: February 24, 2021, 12:34:24 PM
Is Elon Musk will invest in Cardano? I saw some Twitter posts that Elon will invest in Cardano(ADA). But I could not find any tweet from Elon.
Is it a rumor or true?
Don't worry he will let us know when he wants the price to increase after he investors and wants the gets of us to invest . Haha. Jokes aside it will be good if he invest in some upcoming project rather than cardano.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What old coins are you still holding? on: February 23, 2021, 11:52:55 AM
The Major part of my portfolio is vechain from the start and I will continue to hold it for a long time . It may look far fetched now but I hope that it can reach 50 cents or 1 $ in 5-7 years.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum gas problem to be resolved in July on: February 23, 2021, 11:51:10 AM
Many of us are deservedly outraged by the high gas price that has recently been paid for moving ERC-20 and ethereum tokens. However, the solution to this problem is already approaching. In July, in about four months, as part of the improvements to Ethereum 2.0, it is expected that high gas prices will go away, if not forever, then for a long time.
Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) 1559 is the most anticipated improvement along with increased scalability for the network since the launch of ETH 2.0.
We hope that the staggering popularity of Ethereum will not only recover, but also soar to an unprecedented level.

https://beincrypto.com/ethereum-developers-eye-july-gas-saving-eip-1559-launch/

Honestly I have stopped looking for any promises made in eth 2.0 . It's gonna get here when it's gonna get here ..there have been so many delays already and I am fed up like the rest of the people.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: And yet another problem for promoters on: February 21, 2021, 01:01:03 PM
There is going to be another problem for bounty hunters soon, now that ethereum is over 1900$ finally the gas fee keeps increasing and majority of bounties are smart contract, team can easily say the gas fee is too high so they can't send tokens to bounty hunters, I think it's the right time for bounties to start paying bounty hunters in USDT Tron or BTC, what do you say?

Let's be realistic nobody is gonna pay bounty hunter with stable coins . The best they can explore is how they can pay using scaling protocols and likes of Matic to reduce the fees or use something like bulksender to reduce transaction costs .
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What happened to https://etherdelta.com/ on: February 21, 2021, 12:58:29 PM
Well i guess people have moved on to a better and more advanced alternatives in the likes of uniswap, 1inch, etherdelta was a pain to begin with, it was the reason i never liked dex, because back then the interface was to shabby for me, nobody uses them again so what do you expect! and it doesn't seem as if the devs wants to keep the place running, it looks deserted.

Yeah that seems more to be the case now .Better dx's like uniswap and 1inch have better interefaces and easy to trade . But etherdelta was far ahead of  other Dex's and you can only wish they had developed it furthermore.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think ethereum is the best crypto next to bitcoin. on: February 21, 2021, 12:56:11 PM
My answer is yes because I know that ethereum really has potential so investors continue to hold and buy ethereum because they see that it has a future and it can be used one day even though the price of ethereum dropped a lot back then but it recovered this year, ethereum has a lot to offer, so it can be said that it will follow bitcoin and I also know that many altcoins have potential and have a future in the coinmarket but we can not say if it will be next to bitcoin because many altcoins on coinmarket are a huge benefit and help our world today.

While I agree that ethereum bus so advanced compared to others you have to feel that they must act soon to catch up with gas fee problem or wait for competitors like BSC and DOT  to take over
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: February 19, 2021, 11:36:35 AM
Two coins are my favorite. In comparison, Ethereum will be a little ahead of BNB. However, my bet will be on BNB. Because BNB has already started to compete with Ethereum. And Ethereum is building its own network and making a lot of improvements. Maybe 3-5 years from today, BNB will take the place of Etherium.

I think now ETH developers need to think hard and quick with so many competitors moving fast with the gas challenge being a major hurdle for projects developing in eth . Not just projects but even normal transactions .
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: KCS the GEM at only 1/10 of 2018 ath on: February 19, 2021, 11:34:42 AM
KuCoin has its own native token called KuCoin Token (KCS). If you hold at least 6 Kucoin Tokens you get a KuCoin Bonus daily. The bonus is bascially 50% of kucoins trading fees collected. Without a cap.

Right now the APY is about 20% and KCS price is well below the old ATH of about $21. For 10k KCS ($20k) you get about $14(6KCS)/Day. That is about $400/Month.  Here is also a KCS Calculator for anyone, adjust the values as you want as see what you get.

What I think is that KCS gonna break its ATH and head towards $50-70/coin price.

Ofc, this is not investment advice, dyor.

With Binance hitting an ATH and moving at lightspeed maybe KCS will be next. But for that to happen I think they need to establish an ecosystem with KCS at the base of that.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB is No. 4 on: February 19, 2021, 11:30:18 AM
Yep, you are correct, since Ethereum mainnet has been clogged and many investors are complaining, projects might switch to Binance Smart Chain and this could spell doom for Ethereum although it has surpassed and reach their new all time high this year. But if sustainability will be their main stumbling block, then it will be Binance advantage as we have seen it has grown tremendously in the last couple of weeks.

Wow I was looking at BNB ever since the early days but I never thought it would hit such a incredible journey. I wish I had held the coins I bought then instead of a quick flip. But I was a noob then. Congrats and party to those who held.
16  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: POOLZ Bounty is denying paying Bounty Hunters for using new Ethereum address on: February 19, 2021, 09:53:19 AM
She didnít pay boringdao USDT. It was escrow payment but she didnít pay. Some people got payment after crying for the payment. Most of the didnít got paid. She try to manage by lame excuse. when people ask for the payment she threat for ban in her upcoming bounty.

You know the wrong. I already paid most of the users. Payment cleared till Tg ambassadors. Only medium and tg left. But Iím out of my city for last 12days, will reach home on Sunday. Than will clear that payment also. I think only 5-600$ left.

Hi Fatema I hope you also speak with poolz and clear up and open the complaint form again . We missed filling the complaint form because it wasn't pinned to the group and it got closed within a day .

Hope you understand and resolve the issue after speaking with the team.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do I need private key or passphrase - ZIL/Binance on: February 18, 2021, 10:25:01 AM
Hi,

I had been out of touch from cryptos for some time.

I exchanged ZIL from ETH on Binance.

I also don't remember that if I made any wallet, private key or passphrase for ZIL. My ZIL are still on Binance.

Please let me know will I be able to trade ZIL on Binance without knowing the private key or passphrase.

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,

Rizwan

You dont own any coins when they are in centralized exchanges . They are all from a ledger. So you just need the exchange login details to withdraw them.

If you are using a DEX then you definitely need to know the passphrase
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panda Yield (BBOO) +98963 % in 24h WTF? on: February 18, 2021, 10:22:43 AM
https://ibb.co/KqSDcgc

What did happen here? Anybody has some more infos?

From under 0.01 $ to 7.00 $ in 24h?

Apparently a yield farm on Binance Smart Chain...

The basic rule of thumb is follow is to stay away from coins with low marketcap which has pumped a lot and has attractive yields.

The yields will be very high at the beginning but they usually fade away unless they have realloy good fundamentals.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tokens transaction fee. on: February 18, 2021, 10:20:41 AM
I have some basic undestanding of how ethereum works but I'm not sure about transaction fees on stablecoins like Tether and other tokens running on ethereum.

So on ethereum when your sending tether your sending tether including the ethereum gas fee.

So my question might be a bit newbish but do you need besides tether in your wallet also ether for paying gas, or in other words you need two?

Im not aware of how token representation with ether etc works, and I also don't intent to learn more about ethereum but it was an question which got my attention.

Basically you are right. All erc 20 tokens are present in Ethereum and you need eth to pay as gas whenever you want to transfer erc 20 tokens between wallets.

Hint: Use Trc 20 for USDT
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Potential of an altcoin on: February 17, 2021, 01:13:05 PM
Hi all, I would like to understand how to calculate the potential of an altcoin in order to understand when it is a good time to sell it.
In my specific case for example I bought INJ in December and now the profit is about 600% .
Should I compare INJ to an existing well established similar altcoin (if they exists) to understand its potential?
I know I should set in advance a price when starting to sell, but this could be 100%, 200% etc of profit but which to choose?

Thank you.

Honestly it's almost impossible to guess the up[side potential of a promising project let alone some worthless meme coins. The best scope of action would be to sell some take out your investment and sell them later at periodic intervals.
