It depends on a bounty. Sometimes you need to register on the token sale platform and your tokens would be distributed to your personal account and only after these steps, you would be able to withdrawal your tokens to your MEW.

I mean if you are here for small cash, you do not need to hold, but if you believe in crypto currencies it does not matter for how long you are holding you coins. I am holding till the mass adoption and then comes the next decision to buy more or to sell a part.

It depends on which campaign would you choose to reach your goals. you can handle up to 50 twitter campaigns per month but it does not make any sense. Search a good Signature campaign and participate in sections with the less participants. (P.S. Content, Reddit, Linkeidin  )

Absolutely not  XRP is not even a crypto currency and Ethereum is oversold for a lot of reasons. I think Ethereum will be the most pumped coin during the next several months, because there are too much updates to be ignored
