Where can I go to learn the ins and outs of trading and speculation, specifically with regards to Bitcoin?  For stock trading, I'd like to learn how to find out what stuff is, where I can find that information, when to buy and when to sell.  For currency trading, I'd like to learn pretty much the same stuff, but with more information on buying and selling.

Any websites that could teach this stuff to a 5-year-old, or any offers to mentor me would be much appreciated.

So I put in the API and the secret, set up the numbers.  If I just wait, it'll automatically set up a trade when the market reaches the specified conditions?  Noob question I know, but I just want to make sure I understand how this thing works.

I'm looking for a mentor.  Someone to teach me the ropes of currency trading.  Thanks to the brief Ripple boom, I've acquired nearly one whole Bitcoin, but I want (need) more.

I can't pay anybody... at least, not yet.  Yeah, I've got more than 0.8 BTC, but I still want to save it for as long as possible.  So a mentor to show me the ropes would be fantastic.

Any links to guides that can be understood by someone who has never done this before would also be helpful- especially if they can be understood by someone who barely knows what the word "algebra" means.

It'll all depend, really.  After I get about $200 worth, I plan on paying the internet bill.  I live with my mom, and she's always saying that if I don't want to hear her complain about me being on the internet all day that I should just pay the bill.

I think I've found what I'm going to do for a living, but I don't know if it's worth it or not.

On the one side, there's a blog I'm maintaining.  I want to put ads on it through coinurl.com, but I need to know what I should set the revenue sharing as.  On the one hand, I'm severely strapped for cash, but I don't want to come across as a greedy so-and-so.  What would you guys recommend I let the advertisers keep?

On the other side, selling Yu-Gi-Oh! cards.  Even cards at the bottom of the tournament pool go for pretty decent prices, and I think I can get hold of them easily enough.  But is it possible to build a market for these in Bitcoin Land?

So, hi.

I want to get into the bitcoin scene, business, whatever.  Thing is, my computer's pretty craptastic.  It's a Dell Inspiron 6400.  I don't have any fancy GUI cards in it either; according to the DirectX Diagnostics window, I have a Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family.  Which apparently doesn't have anything remotely "openCL" about it.

I've seen it posted around here that laptop-users should stick to CPU mining.  Problem is, I have no idea how to do that either.  In fact, I've got no clue how to set up a single mining program since all the help documentation is seemingly written for people who don't really need it except as a reference guide.

So, can anyone give me a hand with this?  I'm not very tech-minded; in fact, when it comes to stuff like this, I'm about on the level of a woman asking if "that Additech stuff" will "make your car go better".

Is there any way to configure Kiv's GUI miner to work in the CPU?  It's the only miner I've found with a graphical interface and that I don't have to launch three different times in Command Prompt.
