I think this is not possible unless you deposit more funds into your account. Because, AFAIK the minimum amount for transfer (Skrill to Skrill) is 20$ + 2.5% fees.
correct me if i am wrong , i even sent 5.XX a month ago to another skrill account so i guess 20 is not the minimum limit |

I told it as you have offered something which is not valid and your rank is not enough for a loan without collateral. You are here for a long time though low activity but got negative trust as you could not fill the collateral requirement. after learning really , how can I remove this thread? is it possible from my side or mods do it? if mods do it pls remove the thread .

You just got negative on your old profile though it is a newbie. If you contribute to this forum regularly by posting a helpful post then you could be a hero member and if so you could easily get this amount without getting a negative tag. The non-collateral loan is only for the good contributors to the forum. @OP. You must understand. The community just cannot encourage newbie accounts to apply for no collateral loans. There is nothing stopping people from creating new accounts on this forum when another account they have was used to obtain a loan and not pay back. Also, there is no real way for people here to verify your identity and pursue you in court if you should happen to fail to repay the loan. If you must apply for a loan with a newbie account, you will need to surrender some collateral in the form of another altcoin. I know the usual 120% collateral required seems high. However, the person making the loan still has much risk, since the cryptocurrency market is very volatile. I know that your .001 request seems like peanuts. But if someone starts to give newbie accounts .001 no collateral loans, word spreads fast and I suspect that person will get inundated with .001 BTC requests.

Unless you didn't say where is this account of yours, you increasing the chances to get neg. Here you are a newbie who ask a non collateral loan. its NAMEPROS.com profile but again only for senior lenders cant risk this old profile for 3+ $ with some newbie |
