The valorbit coin and website has been pitched to angel investors based in London , UK.

There has been interest and Valorbit will be pitched to other London investors.

This is the most important option forward for Valorbit.

Regardless of the result of the UK pitching action, after that Valorbit will be pitched to USA.

The investor investement will be used, in this order, to increase the coin market value above 1 sat, get market recognition, get listed on higher tier exchanges, form payment agreements with crypto-coin friendly merchants.


There is no guarantee that investors will be found, however the initial discussions are all positive.

Unless holding your valorbits for a while longer hurts too much, it may be worthwhile to wait for now.

We shall post investor related news as soon as possible.


P.S. Distribution of already earned referral Valorbits has been paused when C-Cex delisted VAL.
The reason is because some members have configured the external receiving address right into C-Cex.

We would not want to send them to C-cex.
So next we shall send out a few reminder emails to all that have an external address to give them the possibility to switch away from C-cex , if that's the case.

Already earned referrals will be fulfilled after that up to 100% of the earned referral amount.

The delisting on C-Cex will be good for the coin, when coupled with huge reduction of the free social distribution.

We never intended to be listed so early in the coin life, because the only method that people saw to extract "value" from the distribution was in dumping VAL on the exchange.

Once the coin is delisted on C-Cex ( which traded against USD, LTC, DOGE ) it shall only be available on Yobit , at 1 SAT.
We believe that can be turned into an advantage.

The strength of the coin is in a large community.
While other coins barely get 1000 users/addresses this coin has a lot more , the 3400 on Twitter are literally just the tip of the iceberg.

We hope that you are still interested in the coin and give it a bit more time to transition from free distribution to the appreciation phase.

There are several methods that can result in increased coin value, like burning the pre-mine or proportional distribution of not yet distributed pre-mined coins,
increasing the number of decimals , investing in Facebook and Google adds.

For all intent and purposes, soon during May, the free Valorbit distribution for new registration will be brought to nearly zero, aside from a minuscule amount.

We are preparing an airdrop-as-a-service for crypto-currency developers.
Valorbit.com will be used as a marketing and ICO platform and web wallet for crypto-coins.

Livestreaming platform
The development team has multi-year IPTV,VOD and livestreaming experience in developing a video content platform with monetization capabilities in the online direct-sales market.

We also have experience from running a successful CDN covering North America, Europe and EMEA with public and private channels for live HTML5 and RTMP video.

In parallel with the introduction of BIP70-payment protocol support a solution similar somewhat with livestream.com can be deployed if you think it helps.

It would have two relationships with the cryptocoin world.

First and foremost it is meant to help crypto-currency developers and enthusiasts to create and broadcast content to their audience on public and private channels in any categories they wish to create.
Just like in our existing direct sales platform, the content creators could create private, monetizable channels in addition to public broadcasts.
That is by far the largest differentiator from something like youtube.com
They could auto-record the live shows and offer access to members for a certain number of days or views.


The second aspect related to cryptos is in the payments : from viewers to content creators and from creators to the online platform.

The experience with the CDN allows as to significantly reduce costs over the "regular" video streaming offers and providers like livestream.com.
However it is difficult to predict how usefull is this service for the crypto world and/or valorbit holders.

An initial step has been taken to decrease the rewards for social signups and distribution of Valorbit.

The Ruby reward for adding a verified Facebook account has been halved.
The decrease is from 500 000 VAL down to 250 000 VAL only.

The network referral fee for a Ruby collected by an invited friend has also been halved.
The decrease is  from 1 000 000 VAL down to 500 000 VAL only.

This decrease applies only to new signups and newly collected referrals.

You don't need the desktop wallet to start receiving with an external address.
Generate any paper wallet with a public / private key.
Keep the private key safe and use the public receiving key in the steps above.
Any Bitcoin address generator works and any address/private key of type bitcoin (starting with 1 ) will work on the Valorbit network.

After that one can check the balance and transactions by searching the address on the Valorbit blockchain at

The c-cex support has been contacted with troubleshooting steps.

The linux wallet is working and is in sync on multiple other servers.
Based on the error shown in the ccex environment, the initial goal in troubleshooting is to rule out any transitory resource limits or disk corruption in that particular environment.
Given it is the weekend it may be Monday that the ccex staff is able to reconnect and troubleshoot the issue.

Unfortunatelly Bittrex and other exchanges list only pairs with BTC as counterparty

Unlike C-cex which pairs USD-VAL and DOGE-VAL and LTC-VAL.

The problem is that because the scale of 2 decimal digits trades with BTC ( satoshis ) cannot be entered.
As we see on C-CEX there is a wall at 1 satoshi because the liquid trading range is only against DOGE and USD.
Same on Yobit where VAL is listed , but has no liquidity against BTC.

So until that changes, the following exchanges seem to be the only ones that trade cryptos against
USD,EUR or DOGE,LTC and there may be a chance that they accept to list VAL:
Poloniex , Livecoin.net, Exmo

As we all know internally the cryptos use integer raw units.
The decimal place is a formatting convention for humans and correlates with a denomination like milli-bit or micro-bit.

Using the same units from Bitcoin units
we need to scale the units to compare similar things.

For 8 decimal places let's compare:
DOGE with the Mega-Val :  1 MVAL = 1 000 000 VAL

For 2 decimal places let's compare:
VAL with the  micro-Doge : 1  μDOGE = 0.000 001 DOGE

Note: Currently about 75% bitcoins have been issued , i.e. about 1.5 quadrillions satoshis.

The feature to setup the external address was available for some time and many have requested the transfer out.

However a decision was taken not to send out the initial SYSTEM received amounts until getting ready the first mobile wallet and the roadmap.
It prevented people without the full information from loosing their coins at the initial low c-cex bids.

We accepted that we may be met with harsh words for a short while rather than have people regret dumping the received money.


The SYSTEM initial received amounts that show as Pending will be transferred out ASAP after the Android wallet was enabled.

After that the Valorbit members can decide for themselves if they still want to dump right away
or await a bit longer until the next roadmap achievement and coin price appreciation.

The sweeping of your account's system address into an external address has been deployed.

Basically one needs to :
- setup an external address
- start receiving new distributions with it
- wait for one day until sweeping of the system address is enabled
- submit a sweep request

The sweep request will be queued and processed within 1-2 days.
At that time the full balance of the system address on the blockchain will be sent to the external receiving address.
