Upon checking your platform, I was wondering if what are the expected return page will give me and upon checking it there is a percentage that are displayed there. Does it mean that those percentage will be our winnings upon wagering any amount of money in your platform? There are like four types of percentage and I am a little bit puzzled how they are connected to each other. Base payout, progressive jackpot contribution, total contribution and referral payout.
Hey kamadazje, Thanks for the question. Base payout refers to RTP, progressive jackpot contribution refers to the percentage of a bet amount contributed to the progressive jackpot for the game, total contribution is the sum of base payout and progressive jackpot contribution - in total which is paid out to the players in one or other way. Referral payout is 25% of the house edge for any specific game. You can earn by referring players to our casino. Simply join our referral program at https://bitcoinvideocasino.com/referral and start earning! Regards, Bitcoin Video Casino

Hey everyone, We'd like to shed some light on facts that are being misrepresented by one of our players above. All players must take note of the fact that we always pay out all the winnings. We have a 100% payment rate. That itself stands as an emblem of credibility and trustworthiness. In this case, the player had won nearly 40 BTC within less than a month which was paid out in full. Albeit it took longer than normal as special payouts require a greater degree of scrutiny in terms of security and fair-play. This is far from being a 'rouge' casino. We value our reputation as well as our players above all else. In many cases, we have even gone out of our way and provided bonuses to our players for any inconvenience that may not even be caused by us. We believe that such gestures only strengthen the trust that our longstanding community of players puts in us. Despite the effort that the disgruntled player above has put into painting us in a negative light, our paytables are transparent and are displayed on the website for everyone to see. As is the norm, casinos have the right to change paytables according to the market conditions as long as they are done transparently as we have. As opposed to the player's precarious assumptions, our funding is sufficient - hence the 100% payout. Best regards, Bitcoin Video Casino

I have a bunch of people I've signed up through a website. A couple of them are fed up and are not pleased with a current site I sent them to (because of delays)
Feel free to tack on your affiliate code if you want and I'll check out the reviews and send the link to the players
Player #1 - Blackjack. Doesn't want any bonus (or any site with a prohibitive bonus rollover). Just wants fast deposits/withdrawals with minimal KYC (minimal as in register an email like Nitrogen sports). Likes fast game play (like bitcoinvideocasino, but that's the site they are leaving because of delays). A few I've checked claim to offer fast dep/wd but the blackjack interface is ugly and slow (once again...see Nitrogen)
Player #2 - Video Poker / Slots. Looking for a good deposit bonus and a strong history of always paying, even when someone wins big.
Hey jonasBTC, We've sent you a DM, please check. Thank you

Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I allege that https://bitcoinvideocasino.com/blackjack stole 0.03 BTC from me

Hello everyone, First of all, it would have been better if the OP had used our openly available social threads before accusing us of a scam in such an ill-fashioned manner, as reasonable minds in this thread have already mentioned. Secondly, we have hundreds of users visiting us daily and having fun while entertaining themselves with the games we have on offer. Over the course of years, we have maintained an excellent record with our users and have been gladly hosting them, some even since inception. You can follow our thread here which has been active since 2012. Thirdly, and coming to the user-mentioned allegation, on BitcoinVideoCasino.com we have a process in place that lets you know when your funds are credited to your account- which you have already mentioned in your thread here. Our client service executives have also given you answers and clarifications on matters that you purport to be a 'scam' we're attempting, or have attempted, on you. In which they've answered your questions with facts & fact-based reasoning, to the extent that would satisfy a new user who is genuinely trying to understand the procedure of deposits on our website. It's unfortunate that you lost your BTC while gaming on our platform, but I don't think it's fair to accuse us of wrong-doing when many of the proofs you presented are in-fact refuting the very claim you're trying to make. Besides, we have successfully organized many leaderboard campaigns with prizes worth $1000s in BTC in order to reward our community for sticking with us - and we have many more upcoming loyalty campaigns that intend to do the same. One such ongoing promotion can be found here, where we're giving away $2000 every two weeks. You can also see the amount of BTC our users have in winnings there. This simply goes to show our adherence to good practices and sincerity in attending to our user's concerns. I would also urge you not to indulge in throwing false accusations and name-calling for the sake of the sanctity of this forum. One wouldn't be blamed if they believed that by now someone or the other would have tried to tarnish our reputation by such rash allegations. Especially when some user are proud to have 'chewed us out beyond repair' - . I want to thank everyone who reached out to us and made us aware of this thread via messages and PROPER channels we have made available in our thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=130242.0 We also have a Telegram group where we attend to user concerns in case you're not happy with anything related to our website or services: https://t.me/bitcoinvideocasino(And to that one user who has given us a negative reputation, please be so kind to undo, thank you) Regards, Bitcoin Video Casino

I don't think it is good for you to reveal your username publicly like this, so better to remove it to avoid something bad for your account. Although you have a great security on your account but since it is related to big amount of money then it is better if you send the username privately via pm. By the way, you do not need to worry. It is common thing here at bitcoinvideocasino, it takes a bit longer than expected for withdrawal but I believe you'll get it eventually.
Correct, thank you for making the user aware of this. I've personally had to wait on at least 30% of my payouts over the years if not more. Eventually I always got paid though.
Hey snooprock, as you've already mentioned that only a minor percentage of your payouts required a manual payout - which is understandable since it is our imperative that our users' funds are safe and secure 100% of the time. I apologize for the delays that you've had to face but believe it is in our users' best interest that we maintain the extra layers of security that are in place right now to ensure the maximum safety of all the funds going in & out. Bitcoinvideocasino is one of the oldest casino sites which is still into business and have paid many jackpot amounts which are in double BTC figures.
Secondly, BVC is not the only one to advertise themselves having instant payouts but there are others also. There are certain situations where a site lockdowns their automatic withdrawal system i.e like in case of hacks, or say checking a multiple account user if a site doesn't allows it. I am sure there are reasons for setting a manual withdrawal against the user since they also have to protect themselves but if there isn't anything against you then you have nothing to worry about.
This is common with sites. Best thing is to understand and be patient not to start out throwing mud at a site.
Thank you for the support Avirunes, we hope that more and more of our players know about why we insist on such a high security standards. Manual withdrawals aren't a problem. Lack of timely support is. Got a generic I will pass it on to admin email and that's it. That's not how you keep people who are betting significant sums.
Hey kaawinner, I understand your concern and I can assure you that our support team is working tirelessly to bring quick resolution to all the tickets. You can also reach out to us through our newly opened Telegram group for timely resolution of your concerns. Telegram GroupBest regards, Bitcoin Video Casino

I wonder what kind of tournament was that? Was it like tournament to win big in single bet or total winning of users? If it was a single bet winning tournament, why I cant see those winners under the big win list? But it is reasonable if those winners are not on the big win list if it was an overall winning tournament. Sorry for asking as there is no information about what kind of tournament is that on your site as well as on your announcement in this thread unless I missed it.
Hey Bitinity, Thanks for the question. The Hallo-Win Leaderboard promotion was held at Bitcoin Video Casino to celebrate Halloween 2019. The amount that you see are total winnings of the users within the span of the promotion. Regards, Bitcoin Video Casino
