Yes config is correct. Are you trying solo mining btw or why do you need config file? If yes whats your hash power?

do u need conf file for mint/stake or not?

If you ever need to know the name of a wallet conf file, create a shortcut to the wallet-qt.exe and in the properties add the -server tag. e.g.

Start the wallet and you will get an error dialog box with the name of the APPDATA folder and qt conf file required:
