621  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin is back to 7k$ , bitcoin is rising again! on: April 02, 2018, 11:50:29 AM
If we look at the chart bitcoin have started to rise up again. It fell into the dip at 6200$ and now it has climb up again to 7k$. Despite the news of closing of exchanges on Japan and India the community are having smiles on their face when they see bitcoin climbing up again. Possibly this is due to the good news being circulated around about the new development in bitcoin. All spirits are alive maybe this is the sign we are looking for.

Is this the sign we are looking for or this is just temporary?
622  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin up season ?? on: April 02, 2018, 11:44:25 AM
It is still unclear if bitcoin can recover at this moment. If you have read three exchanges in Japan have closed due to failure to comply with the strict regulations set by the Japanese Government. Also in India exchanges are shutting down. The price increase may be temporary and soon it will go down the moment those bitcoin holders in Japan and Indonesia will sell their bitcoin in panic.
623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC now accepts Bitcoin! on: April 02, 2018, 11:40:28 AM
This is a nice story. Hope other food franchise will also accepts bitcoin such as McDonalds, Jollibee and others. Well at lease KFC has the guts to have a new innovation but hopefully they will continue to accept bitcoin amidst the downfall of bitcoins value. Too many bad news have occurred to bitcoin and it will really have a major dip before it will go up again.
624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the advantages of having Bitcoin? on: April 01, 2018, 08:38:05 AM
The only thing I know about Bitcoin is that it is a virtual 'money' but what are the other use of it? What are your advantages for having a bitcoin?  Roll Eyes
The advantages of you have bitcoin you have a tool or weapon in case of emergency cases you have the money to withdraw anytime

Yes, it is true sir as long as the value of bitcoin does not go down. But anyway in line your statement bitcoin wallets became my bank, I no longer deposit my money in the banks rather it was all in my bitcoin wallet. The beauty of this one is that you can access it anywhere and everywhere without going to banks and travel far. With bitcoin I can convert it to cash anywhere to buy the things and pay my bills.
625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is Big in Japan on: April 01, 2018, 08:31:23 AM
Bitcoin is big in Japan but there is a possibility that it will also crumble if you heard the news that bitcoins regulation in Japan became more stricter. This new regulations can no longer be complied by bitcoin exchanges and thus they have no choice but to shutdown. It was more than 1 exchange but if even 1 exchange can comply with the requirements bitcoin will still blossom in Japan.
626  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost Opportunity on: April 01, 2018, 08:19:51 AM
Many people are thinking that they lost an opportunity to buy bitcoin when it was just have a low value. Then they bought bitcoin at a higher value then when the bitcoin dropped they sell their bitcoins at a lower value and said they will not buy bitcoins again. Bitcoin is at dip again at this moment and they are afraid to buy because they think it will collapse but when it will increase again in value they will say again they lost an opportunity.
627  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as national currency? on: April 01, 2018, 08:14:35 AM
I don't see that any country would use it as their national currency but bitcoin could be a global currency. Every country has their pride on their own fiat because it represents them so it's impossible to see btc replacing theirs.

It is am inescapable truth that countries will not make bitcoin as their own national currency. Government will not accept a national currency wherein they do not have control of except for America. Due to this reason the only possibility but until now was not realized was that a government will create their own crypticurrency on which they have control and centralized.
628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan plans to become the Bitcoin capital of the world. on: April 01, 2018, 08:11:29 AM
I dont know if Japan can be the Cryptocurrency capital of the world as of this time. If you have read the news Japan has placed a stricter regulations on all cryptocurrency exchanges and it cause for some exchanges unable to comply and was forced to shut down. If this continues then Japan can no longer be the worlds Cryptocurrency capital.
629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news and bad news on: April 01, 2018, 08:04:04 AM
The crypto currency recorded a decline during the first quarter of 2018. This condition contrasts with the year 2017 when the digital currency recorded a fantastic rally.

The movement of the crypto currency is very volatile, driven by the flow of news and rapid changes related to investor sentiment. In 2017, the Bitcoin trend for example, has pushed the price up 1.375%. This year on the contrary, the price is swooping.

The positive news for crypto currency, especially bitcoin comes from a company called Lightning Labs, which released Lightning Network, a program that allows users to establish dedicated payment channels that operate in parallel with the main bitcoin network. This product is seen as one possible way to help increase the capacity of bitcoin transactions, which remains a major constraint to its growth.

In addition, in March, Jack Dorsey, CEO of Inc. and Square Inc. Inc., told the Times of London he expects bitcoin to be the global single currency in 10 years.

Despite the sharp decline this year, investors who have had bitcoin since early 2016 have enjoyed a nearly 650% increase.

Everything is a good news to the  bitcoin enthusiasts. Even a dip is a good news since it is a new opportunity to purchase low value bitcoin. Anyway The lightning networks if it could help the transaction much faster without paying for a high transaction fee then it is a good news. And if it does , possibly many bitcoin users will go back to use bitcoin again.
630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Seeing lots of new features in the forum. on: April 01, 2018, 07:49:09 AM

631  Other / Off-topic / Re: BITCOIN RANKS on: April 01, 2018, 07:33:05 AM
Many of us here are currently on bitcoin for about years ago, Also, there are newbies who are still learning from higher ranks. The merit system now instead of ranking on timely manner, you should post good quality posts to get meritted by others and after acquiring enough merits, you can now rank up. Higher ranks is not just a lucky status where you can earn higher payouts than others in a signature campaigns, Its most probably a prove that you are old here on bitcoin world and you learned and experienced enough almost everything including numerous ups and downs of the bitcoins price. It does not mean that a lower ranks does not have enough skills and knowledge on trading or even choosing the right ICOs. Everyone here is special, and even you are a newbie, dont be afraid to try because even the most successful people lost a hundred times so keep on investing and promoting cryptocurrency.

We all started as newbies ourselves and just like them we have strive to increase our rank by making good post and at the same time earning money online. To the newbies it is not too late to join rather today is the good day to start. If you do not make a move then you are wasting time since here in this forum time is precious and time is profit.
632  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transfer to merchant on: April 01, 2018, 07:18:50 AM
Hi,
I am quite new in this and have one question. If my father send me bitcoins to my wallet and i use it for deposit on neteller site, can my father see that i use it for deposit there?

Your father will not see it since only you can see your transactions except he knew your bitcoin address then he can track it in blockchain that you sent it to to other address, but he cannot determine on what site did you sent it . Another thing is that if you placed a purpose when you send your bitcoin and when you father opened your account then their is a possibility of him knowing. So in the end you are guilty of using your fathers bitcoin without his knowledge so next time you should ask for his advise before doing anything.
633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What’s Going In Japan Cryptocurrency & Why Is It Not Good? on: April 01, 2018, 07:13:19 AM
The increased regulations by the once crypto favourable Japan will affect the crypto investors and market negatively.

Read more: https://coingape.com/two-japan-cryptocurrency-exchange-shutdown/

This is a false understanding about regulations. Regulations in Japan are not made to destroy bitcoin but rather to protect people and their economy. These rules will marry bitcoin and Japans financial and economic industry. This means that Japan is  keen on protecting their people while engaging on cryptocurrency. If only those exchanges will follow the regulations set up by the government then there will be no problem.
634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's official Amazon now accepts Bitcoin directly on: April 01, 2018, 07:02:19 AM
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/4/01/amazon-now-bitcoin-friendly-no-third-party-needed.html

CNBC's April Fockerty has just broke the news that the e-commerce giant, Amazon will be accepting bitcoin as a direct payment option on their platform, as of today. Just browse to the site and find the Bitcoin logo.

Amazons Executive Sales Representative, Andrew Foolery was quoted, "We have seen a increase of our smaller competitors accepting Bitcoin as a payment method and we do not want to be left behind. As a market leader in e-commerce, we are obligated to adapt to the needs of our customers and they have send us a strong indication that they need Bitcoin as a payment option on our platform."

*This is a big step towards mainstream adoption and companies like Amazon will take us to the Moon.

Disclaimer : AF media

This is a good move by Amazon and with these strategies they will have the monopoly of bitcoin mercantile industry online. Also the price dip is at their advantage so if bitcoin will go up Amazon will earn big time profits and will overwhelm other online stores worldwide. Soon, other companies will follow to increase their sales. Also this will bring a positive impact on the value of bitcoin.
635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Convince me to buy BTC and not ETH. on: April 01, 2018, 06:11:37 AM
I'm pretty new to this, and after researching a bit, I feel like ETH is going places and has far fewer barriers to expansion that BTC. I want to buy and hold some coins, and as of now i'm leaning towards ETH. but I can't ignore the fact that bitcoin seems like top dog still... so convince me to buy BTC instead of eth. Give a reason besides "first movers advantage" Tongue

I will not convince you to buy bitcoin or ethereum because of too much volatility and at the end you might be blaming us for convincing you. If there is one thing I will suggest is that you must do some thorough research on bitcoin and  gain some experience. Do not use huge amount but try doing it with little amounts then after that you can assess yourself if it is good to buy bitcoin or ethereum.
636  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you stomach the dips? on: April 01, 2018, 06:05:48 AM
Well a dip is a dip and we cannot stop that. But we can do something to lessen our losses and to increase the possibility of getting profit. For me, a dip is one way of collecting more bitcoins and hold it until bitcoins value will come back again to 20k$ then I will sell some of it. A dip is an opportunity for me to buy more coins in a very cheap value.
637  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cebu Philippines has many bitcoin investors already. on: April 01, 2018, 04:25:09 AM
I have read a facebook page regarding to bitcoin community in cebu. This is in relation to where bitcoin has already establish here in cebu Philippines and maybe some of the bitcoin lovers may launch a bitcoin accessories, clothing and other related bitcoin merchandizing. Thus in the facebook page has stated that bitcoin has already benefited them and that they are planning also to have a tangible investment. In line with their plans about bitcoin accessories investment then it comes to my mind that is bitcoin really that widespread or known here in cebu? I never thought about it but as i have seen the facebook page it is already a proof that cebu has already eatablished bitcoin. How about in your place? had bitcoin established also like here in cebu?

I have heard of that group and actually they are not the only group online that accepts bitcoin in exchange for goods and products. Almost anywhere in the Philippines there are merchants who accepts bitcoins as mode of payment. Actually there are in Luzon, Visayas as Well in Mindanao, the Philippines is a cool place for bitcoin but only a few merchants since bitcoin is always used in networking and other investment schemes.
638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever read read the "Bitcoin Academy" from Bitcoin.com ? A real trash on: April 01, 2018, 04:02:04 AM
Have you ever read the paper Bitcoin academy? If not, you are very very lucky. It's a big joke.

I couldn't read it all, I feel like they have spent more time to try to brainwash people, to say that Btrash is the real BTC. I felt an epileptic seizure coming I even started convulsing, so I had to stop and close the Tab.

I don't even remember reading something that wasn't bashing Bitcoin. In five minutes I did a better job than Bitcoin.com https://i.imgur.com/XfOGLoB.png

Going to find the contact page now to send it to them because I believe it is more trustworthy than what they posted

You cannot blame them since it is a marketing strategy made by them so that they can gain more holders and supporters. Their effort of replacing bitcoin did not bear fruit and that is why they will make plans and programs so that they can market their coin. If they will not do it then there will be no movement on their coin and it will mean no profit.
639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT WILL BE THE PRICE OF BITCOIN AND ETHEREUM BEFORE THE END OF APRIL on: April 01, 2018, 03:52:54 AM
Bitcoins value will increase to 8k$ or to 10k$ depending on the move of the market. But one thing is for sure bitcoin will increase in value. If you have read the updates and development on bitcoin then you will be surprised. Today is the right time to buy more bitcoins, soon it will climb back again and you will end up buying it in a more higher value.
640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk.org user loses $2,000,000 in Bitcoin on: April 01, 2018, 03:48:03 AM
One reason why they lose that much probably because they bought bitcoin at a much higher value compared to now. Another this is that many holders said they loss profit even though they bought bitcoin at 1k$ because their portfolios value have drop. Anyway we cannot really believe what we read since there are people ho said who lost profit even if they havent.
