I will register domain puntscam.com and put all this information there to protect at least a few people from these scammers

Let's make sure we have exhausted other, more friendly, option before taking such a drastic measure. I'll PM Punt.com and invite them here, see if they are willing to meet you in the middle by, perhaps, returning your deposits.
922  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: please help me? on: September 27, 2023, 04:25:55 PM
Snipped

OP sorry to say this, since you know the direct person involved with the scam you experienced then you could have send a PM to the user or better contacted him through the same means or platform you both met and make the deal, but we will keep repeating this that if you did not give a scammer room enough to attack you they can't steal away your coins from you, how have you been so dependent in the past, how do you handle your wallet security, who are those that you communicate things about your asset to and they advise you, something is wrong with how you handle your money or how you trust people.

If we give OP a benefit of doubts and assume his story is all correct and truthful, don't you think that's what OP did on the first place? Contacted the person scamming him in private and ask for the fund to be returned?
923  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMED ON XFUN.BET BY FUNTOKEN!!! on: September 27, 2023, 11:16:01 AM
Yes indeed.
I think everybody knows by now who created and posted these things with just 1 activity on the account.
Indeed it's very frustrating.

So what happend was, I won and I tried to swapp (trough their wallet) my xfun to fun. That's when my xfun was in their wallet and I did'nt receive anything back.
I could see that they where holding my money.. because they would EMPTY their swap wallet, so nobody could swap anything. Xfun can only be used on their platform and only be swapped trough their wallet. So I did use their wallet, because that's the only option. But the moment I swapped, I lost all my funds.

And also.. It is really the support of funtoken. Even the CTO.  (Andrew) who emailed me with andrew@funtoken.io.
The tg chat was the real one. They gave me some kind of a host.. named Shyla Khan (as you can see on the funtoken.io website)

She did send me a email yesterday if I could delete the post here.. and then I saw a bunch of spam/fake messages here. It's not another platform. Stop spamming nonsense here.

In other words, simplified, to answer and clear some confusion here, the fund were lost when you bridge the two tokens through FUN wallet, not the website?

I will share all evidence here on a very short notice. Because it's a lot.. I will need to find a way to share all the images/screenshots.  But I think we all can confirm that they are definitely hiding something, and refusing to pay...and even try to spam several messages as their token isn't a scam.

And for this, please do us a favor and upload them through talkimg, a image hosting made and dedicated for this forum?
924  Other / Meta / Re: cryptofrka's Merit Source application - let's improve the gambling boards on: September 27, 2023, 11:07:56 AM
..
This fact alone shows we need much more Merit (sources) to reward good Gambling topics.

Has anyone ever analyzed how many Merit sources come regularly to the gambling section? Because of writing posts or personal interest in gambling, regardless, as long as they are present.

I don't know if this has already been discussed here, but I didn't really read the whole thread, I was a little discouraged when I saw some off-topic and useless discussion.

Not sure how updated his list is, but we can pull the "data" from Huppercase's list, and I think there's none, with cryptofrka being the applicant asking for it, with the same reason; that there's no gambling board merit source. Though... I rarely take a stroll in gambling board, so I might miss some name, that one or two merit source on that list were actively meriting gambling posters.

I am moving half of your topic from the other thread here to keep both stay on focus. That thread is about CG and this thread is about CloudBet, so I moved the topic about cloudbet here.

For reference, the post triggering the lengthy reading was this one, and these are my findings for those 30 cases

As promised, I'll be looking into your allegation of 70+ case against Cloudbet on this forum when I have more space in my plate. Out of those 70, you gave me the 30 being referred by another user. I gave each of them a look and the conclusion of those cases are as below:

926  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Casino Guru Exposed - Ties with Cloudbet and Curacao Operators on: September 26, 2023, 04:43:16 PM
[...]

Now, let me share my experience. I had a dispute with Cloudbet due to their misleading advertising, where they pretended to be licensed and regulated in my jurisdiction. They took advantage of my problem gambling, despite my self-exclusion.
Going back to your OP, you stated have concerns you did not receive professional customer services support considering you self-excluded, yet you were taken advantage of (because of misleading advertising). Can you tell us what you will (or intend to) do next regarding all the issues you have expressed in this thread?

For cloudbet? I think he's going to slap them with lawsuit. Shortened, got in touch with a lawyer in Curacao who suggested him to file a lawsuit in his own country and if the judge ruled in his favor, that lawyer in Curacao can enforce this ruling to cloudbet. That, in fact, is doable, enforcing a foreign court ruling is a known practice, although different countries has different approach. A quick google check to confirms that Curacao's foreign court ruling often involve re-litigation, though. It basically means that foreign ruling will be reviewed again by the Curacao judicial body.

For CG? I don't think there's any so far.
927  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC GAME - Rugged for 40$ bonus buy + ultra predatory approach to void winnings on: September 26, 2023, 03:14:51 PM
Nah. Nothing from reps or support.
Guess it's good bye 40$ lol.
For those who do not understand the video - it's was a bonus buy of 40$ which never played out, straight to error and balance deducted.
The stalling tactics and coded wager update is just done on purpose, since their wager on the contest updates almost every second and the 1x wager for your deposit needs 2 hours to have any impact it's clearly done on purpose.

Let me try to ping BC's representative. Might took a while for them to notice and respond to my PM, but they attended several accusation threads in the past, so... let's give it some more time

As for Binance stepping in, is it even possible for them to give a listening ear especially since this will be one-sided without the other party giving their side of the story on what transpired to defend themselves..?

Far as I know, if someone give enough evidence and proof of filing a police report, exchanges will help to freeze an account [together with the fund] that's "owned" by their platform. But that's that. Once the funds moved to other platform, all they can do is freezing the account, they can't do anything with the lost fund.

But with the current info you gave us here, there's not enough basis to build a case.

I suffered a lot sir I am a student bounty campaign work I carry my education

Sir, holydarkness please tell Nutildah manager to remove red trust from my I'd Rima90 I will be grateful to you sir please help me 🙏🙏 today I am very helpless 😢😢

The red tag or negative trust rating was given by Nutildah and tells that your alleged cheating or abuse of a bounty campaign, the explanation of how you cheated the bounty campaign here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5335270.msg62893679#msg62893679 (link also used to be the reference of negative trust rating). You can go to that thread (link) to explain your side since Nutildah didn't reply in this thread it won't notify to Nutildah, also ensure that everyone can understand what you are saying as I've noticed that some of your replies are hard to understand.

He had explained there with pretty much the same nonsense as what he gave here. And as Nutildah explained, the accounts are part of a proven campaign multi-acc abuser. I personally think there's not much else they can say.
931  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Casino Guru Exposed - Ties with Cloudbet and Curacao Operators on: September 25, 2023, 03:57:28 PM
I clearly stated that perhaps Cloudbet is a significant revenue source for CasinoGuru, while not for Askgamblers hence they why can afford to be more honest about the casino.

So, just so we're clear here, you're ok with AG "being on the payroll" [if I may borrow your words] of casinos? What is your stance of an ADR/review site taking referral... oops, I mean being affiliated with casinos, again?

Your responses seem to be deteriorating in quality as you persist, sounding increasingly desperate for a 'checkmate' response, yet none have materialized thus far.

Hmm... nope, my responses has been consistent from the start: referral is the way casinos fund their services and keep it running. I am not swaying left or right from my initial argument. If you feel it detoriating and sounding desperate, it's probably because your strawman house started to crumble so you've begin grasping at the falling straws just to... keep the house intact.
932  Economy / Reputation / Re: Suspicion of ALT accounts: Ibrahim1000 / SKBKT / Jack051 on: September 25, 2023, 03:33:06 PM
Sir, holydarkness

first of all I said that SKBKT id is mine but I have stopped working on that id long ago and currently Rima90 id  is running with the accounts of that id that's why I have been given Red Trust i request to you Sir please remove Red Trust from my Rima90 ID

And I'll say this again, I can't remove the tag. It was placed by Nutildah, and only him can remove it. You can ask him again on his thread, I saw that you've made your plea and explanation there, but I don't think he will, because there are evidences that you indeed abusing campaigns with multi acc.
933  Economy / Reputation / Re: Suspicion of ALT accounts: Ibrahim1000 / SKBKT / Jack051 on: September 25, 2023, 02:51:16 PM
Hello sir,, holydarkness

Sir my request to you please help me SKBKT ID 01/03/2023 I have closed and after that I am not working on that account and with social accounts currently I am working with Rima90 ID and that is why Red Trust has given me to remove my ID Red Trust  Please help

First of all, I can't help you with the tag, only the user giving tag can remove what they put there, in this case, Nutildah. Second... how is that you closing your old and exposed account helps this case and convince people to remove the tag? We can't know for sure that you don't have another alt abusing bounties, given your cluster is quite big.
934  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How I Lost $120,000 ? on: September 25, 2023, 09:45:39 AM
Based on Gladiator's summary above [very much thanks for that, I don't think I am going to watch a video-evidence too] the scammer or whoever that is who contacted you, doesn't have an account here? And you basically has zero pieces of information to track them?
935  Economy / Reputation / Re: Suspicion of ALT accounts: Ibrahim1000 / SKBKT / Jack051 on: September 25, 2023, 09:38:33 AM
Dear sir SKBKT id i stop working 01/03/2023 and currently working with all those media Rima90 I'd then why i got red trust my request sir please remove red trust from my account

Umm... I understand that the basis of your plea to remove the tag is because you've disposed the exposed account on March, no longer using it, thus this newest one should be exempted? Despite it's been proven by nutildah on the other thread that your acc-cluster is abusing bounty?
936  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Casino Guru Exposed - Ties with Cloudbet and Curacao Operators on: September 24, 2023, 07:32:14 PM
It seems like you're going to great lengths to discredit my perspective to the point where your arguments are becoming unclear and I can no longer make sense of what your saying.

Askgamblers and two other platforms accepted my reviews. That tells me there was nothing wrong or “unfair” about what I wrote.  On Askgamblers, Cloudbet has a 1/10 score, and they even recommend other casinos to use instead when you visit Cloudbet's profile. This is in stark contrast to CasinoGuru's remarkable  8/10 rating of Cloudbet and refusal to  publish  reviews.

Perhaps as I’ve stated before,  Cloudbet is a significant revenue source for CasinoGuru, while Askgamblers can afford to be more honest about the casino. Regardless, you seem to be ignoring the facts and becoming increasingly biased. Please step away, because whether it's true or not, you're starting to sound like a CasinoGuru member or affiliate of some kind.

I wrote that great length to tell you that your proposed collusion between CG and casinos was baseless. Referral link were placed there to serve a purpose that's been repetitively explained to you. ADRs are independent agencies. If that's not enough, here's more,

You propose that CG wouldn't accept your review and taking sides with casinos because they're on the casinos payroll, namely by generating revenue through referral link. Thus, it's not too far fetched to apply the same idea, that other ADR who take referral link to generate revenue are also on casinos payroll, correct? And thus, should be and would be protecting their "employer", much like CG.

I'm glad that AG accepted your review, because... they can't possibly be on casinos payroll if they accepted bad reviews, correct?

Yet...

938  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMED BY FUNTOKEN AND FREEBITCO.IN !!!! on: September 24, 2023, 09:22:18 AM
I'm not sure about that because OP told several times he deposited and withdrew funds from Xfun.bet. So I guess he is actually a lay bettor using https://lay.xfun.bet where you need to create an account and to deposit funds in order to place lay bets. If I'm wrong OP should clarify his case because people use Xfun.bet precisely in order to avoid to make deposits and withdrawals at a custodial platform and only use their own wallet instead. So it would be surprising to see one user talking about them like a common sportsbook.
And if it's "only" a FUN/XFUNtokens bridge issue as you assume instead, he should explain what happened precisely : his funds are missing? Or he's just currently unable to use the bridge in order to convert his XFUN into FUN tokens?

The case here is the later one, the "only" bridging issue. OP owned and wanted to swap XFUN for FUN, a transaction that claimed to be instant yet always experience some delay for him. This time, his transactions got delayed... for unforeseeable time. His XFUN swap initiation went through, as evidenced here amongst three others but he never get FUN credited to his wallet.
939  Economy / Reputation / Re: Censorship - JollyGood & BetKing.io Scam on: September 23, 2023, 06:51:19 PM
I wouldn't call that censorship, per se, as censorship is defined as, "the suppression or prohibition of any parts of books, films, news, etc. that are considered obscene, politically unacceptable, or a threat to security" [I stole this from google by typing "censorship", no source given by the search engine. So... sorry, no citation], or simplified, "blocks something from being read, heard, or seen", and though the content of the threads being referrenced here are deleted and "prevented" from being read or seen, it is not blocked or suppressed, there are ways to "recover" those posts.

It's self-moderation, not a censor, which, ironically for your case [not a sarcasm here, just stating a fact], is a way the forum offered for people to express their freedom of speech instead of limiting it, and the forum even offers a way to let the content that's being removed to still be available for public. There's a warning as well as a way to "counter" the removal literally above every of the pages of such thread,

"This is a self-moderated topic. If you do not want to be moderated by the person who started this topic, create a new topic."

Above all, the fact that you can create a thread about this, is the epitome that the forum did not censor opinion. We won't be able to read your opinion and this entire thread if they do.

And to set the record straight, I am not saying those things above because I am siding with JG, or with you. I believe there are times I disagree with JG as well as with you, though some might be voiced and some were kept to myself. There is a reason why I am not jumping to every threads made by you and JG [I still grab popcorn and sips coffee over it, though], and it's because I couldn't care less, it's mostly about conflict with two people who have more time to spend on the internet. Most of those topics can be avoided if either of you be more like bill. And the reason why I jumped into a thread that any of you raised is most likely because I feel the need to set some things straight, like this one; a censorship.
940  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMED BY FUNTOKEN AND FREEBITCO.IN !!!! on: September 23, 2023, 03:11:26 PM
TheQuin is in contact with wetsuit, but he has already said in the other thread that he won't be able to help in this case.

I had posted the link of this thread in FUNToken telegram chat, but it was automatically deleted by the bot (otherwise by a moderator). @OP, have you tried to contact other admins of FUNToken telegram group?

He can say whatever he want... but on freebitco.in, down below the homepage it says; funtoken, dplay and more. It is all the same owner, same employers. And then his excuse, that this is a bitcoin forum and I am talking about altcoins... Unbelievable.

I can understand. They even blocked me for no reason.. I wasn't even complaining in the group chat. The admins of the tg group are stupid. They tell me it could be a UI error. I don't know why they hired these kind of people. They blocked me also personally... Also.. 23k people are member but only 200 online? And only 10-15 speak? It's all fake followers.

As what's referenced by Mahdirakib, TheQuin had explained freebitco's --and his-- position on this case. He did not deny the shared ownership, but those sites are out of his jurisdiction and area, he can't address you for their behalf. I'll quote the answer to give more context,

There are other sites with shared ownership but I can't provide any support for them here because I don't work for them and also because this is a Bitcoin board and they are altcoin sites.
