981  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: duckdice.io refuse to verify my account, keep 237 usdt on: September 14, 2023, 04:32:07 PM
No, I just placed again my withdrawal request as they told me on my email. Still "under review"... Did not do the KYC, which I will be happy to complete

I see that the title changed to resolved and I believe this reflect the current development of your case? If so, I am glad it is solved and appreciate you mark it as solved. If you don't mind, please also lock this thread to close it for good and avoid unnecessary bumping and spamming post. Though I am well aware you've been around the forum for a while, in case you didn't know how, the lock button is at the lower left side of this page [only thread owner and mods can lock a thread].

982  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitsler IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM on: September 14, 2023, 10:07:35 AM
I have nothing to hide and I really have no interest in accusing anyone without reason. I am writing here to have a better chance of getting my money and to warn other possible victims.

I had a profit of 1000 USD with 13 bets, and then they blocked me from betting. Therefore, I made a withdrawal of the entire balance (approximately 2000 usdt). Those are probably not big numbers. I repeat, 13 bets were only on the most important ATP, WTA and Premier League events. What needs to be investigated there?

can you please advise me how to create a new topic and how to connect the screen there? I don't know about it

Quite the opposite, bumping old thread is... less effective, IMO. You'll have better chance of [getting your money back aside] warning other possible victim by creating your own thread, if you have enough evidence. As I assume you already know, this board runs on evidence, so please also add proper supporting evidence to back up your story.
983  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake LOCK my account after WINNING 100K on: September 14, 2023, 10:02:10 AM

Be kind and do us a favor by entirely removing their quoted post from your post, please? I've report them to mods and they'll likely be nuked soon, or, at the very least, got their posts deleted. When that happen, your very own post will ironically contain the info that led gullible people to their trap.
984  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: duckdice.io refuse to verify my account, keep 237 usdt on: September 14, 2023, 09:58:07 AM
[a scam attempt]

Nice try, good luck being nuked.

Can you please supply more backing evidence by providing screenshot of the above referenced conversation of them refusing to manually check the KYC? I'll notify and invite one of their representative when enough proof are provided

Hello

https://imgur.com/a/gj5XoXs

After 2 days of not responding they contacted me now. Hope they will resolve this

I understand that the case is now back in motion and your KYC is now under review? In that case, we'll better wait for the result. Please keep us updated.
985  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [scam] Yas.bet refusing withdrawal after verification on: September 14, 2023, 08:58:06 AM
Still no update same chat replies, bumping for visibility. Be careful keeping money on this bookie.

yas.bet is scam

how can bitcoitalk help me have my fund in yasbet?

We can't help you get your fund back in the sense of forcing yas to refund you, all we can do here is help overseeing your case and/or tagging the platform if they're proven to be questionable so it can be used as future reference for others who want to try their platform.

You can start by having your own accusation thread, supplied with as much proof as you can provide, submitted with the proper format as written here or as below:

987  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yas.bet Scam!? (resolved) got my money back! on: September 13, 2023, 12:10:18 PM
Can you discuss how this ended up getting resolved? Having similar issues
For starters, create a fresh scam accusation like OP did. Follow this scam reporting format. make sure you include all the necessary evidence to make your scam accusation legitmate.

[...]

You are also going to keep pestering them until they work on your issue in case of any delay. History has it that they have a habit of taking months to resolves issues, that is if they are to resolve it.

He had, together with some proof, though without the proper suggested format.
988  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Stake.com on: September 13, 2023, 11:55:24 AM
I'll try to reach Stake's representative, let's hope he has a better insight for this matter or can escalate your issues to be solved faster. Meanwhile I'm quoting your post with the images reuploaded through talkimg for visibility

Hello, it seems like they allowed me to send this instead of a utility bill. This is the second time they write this, I send them a file with the movement of funds on the account for the last 6 months in Cyrillic, and they refuse me and again ask for a utility bill, I wrote to them that I cannot provide a utility bill, and now for the second time they write to me about letter of recommendation from the bank. What does it mean? Do I understand correctly that this is a bank statement?

https://imgur.com/a/SjLGZ2G
At the same time, they answered me to upload a letter of recommendation from the bank, I uploaded it even before their message, and they are checking it, for some reason I am 100% sure that they will refuse.

https://imgur.com/a/4o9v5aK

I sent them this document. It contains my details, my address. and at the end of the document the bank's seal. This statement is made in the online banking application.
-----
The bank was also able to issue me such a document, which I also sent to the stake. but they don't accept it either for some reason. on the top right, my first name, last name, address. there is a seal and signature here, I do not know what they do not like that they do not accept these documents.

989  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitsler IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM on: September 13, 2023, 11:25:53 AM
yes i have made numrous deposit and withdrawls.

They have always been doing sketchy things but not there a pure scam. They used bonuses and other promos to lure people into scam. Its very simple they will scam you for 50 cents if they cant amount does not matter they will look for every way to scam you

You seem like a rival attempting to discredit the casino in question. You made a new account, claimed to be a diamond player on the said casino, claimed their fees are high, and yet you've been depositing and withdrawing numerous times, and all you've been doing is writing and copy pasting your own posts everywhere on the gambling board without a single drip of evidence to back up your accusations.

You're nothing more than a troll at this point, and the moderator will eventually nuke you. Give us some proof or go fuck yourself. Sounds rude? Yeah fuck it !

it looks like he is, wasn't coming back online for more than one and a half year, with the only posts were concentrated in one week after he registered, complaining without proof, and then never have any follow-ups with his "case".

I managed to win about a thousand euros on sports bets. When I wanted to withdraw my money, the transaction did not go through. It has been in "on hold" status for three weeks. They answer my questions "we are investigating, you still have to wait".

Please note that my bets were only on the most prestigious world sports events and my account is fully verified (ID, address verification documents). There is not the slightest reason to investigate.

I am considering legal action.

You are more than welcome to file a legal suit against them, but I'll recommend you to try to solve it through mediation first. You can create your scam accusation thread with proofs and see if their officials will address your situation and solve it. Less hassle, if you asked me.
990  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Stake.com on: September 12, 2023, 08:01:36 PM

I sent them confirmation of funds, they confirmed and now they are asking for a bank statement in Cyrillic, I sent them all this, they still refuse and ask for a utility bill, but it contains someone else’s name and surname.
I wrote to them by email that it would not be possible to send a utility bill, they asked for a bank statement, I sent it to them, 2 days passed, and they again asked for a utility bill, as if I had never told them anything, about the fact that it was impossible to send them a utility bill , because my parents’ first and last names are there.

I'm glad you brought this matter about surname up, because I've been wondering about it ever since I read your case. I understand that the apartment is under your parents' name? And they're your biological/legal parents? Which means you shared the same surname as them? Would this still be a problem?

And by the way, I will really appreciate if you can answer my questions so I can get a better understanding of your real situation. And while we're at it, it'll be very nice if you can provide us the email screenshot of them refusing bank statement as a SoW.
991  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Stake.com on: September 12, 2023, 04:24:46 PM
https://imgur.com/a/jF46MKd Is it ok to ask for a scrap bill? in Russia, an apartment is registered in the name of the owner of the apartment, and accordingly, the owner of the apartment is indicated in the utility bill, but my parents own the apartment, not me. They want my details to be included in the utility bill. That is, such a document does not physically exist that they require, that they want help.

Do they specifically asked on the other means of communication [perhaps email or a chat with their live support] that your details should be written on the utility bill instead of the name of the apartment owner? Because from the file you provided us, it seems they only asked for utility bill and the proof that it's paid for the last three months. I supplied us with the image of a translation into English, in case this requirement was specified on the part that's written in cyrillic [you can clarify if there is a mistranslation] and it's seems not the case here.

What led you to that conclusion? You didn't point to any particular case; you simply brought up three accusations you observed without verifying their validity. In the online casino industry, it's rare to find a casino with a long history that hasn't faced complaints from unhappy players. Many of these complaints turn out to be baseless.

And before you jump to any conclusions, no, I don't work for the casino and have no incentive to defend them, even though I wear their signature. I'm just sharing my honest perspective without any prejudice.

In all seriousness, though, this issue of sudden spike of complaint has been addressed by Razer,

I believe there's 2 important changes to consider, however:

1. We've experienced unprecedented growth throughout the last several months.
2. We've got much better at identifying and actioning abuse on our platform.

If you work for them or not, I couldn't care less. Smiley But it's clear you have some interest in defending them and for what reason is not important for me.

Know the difference between defending an entity and clarifying situation by straigthening some facts. What decodx did was simply the later; straightening some facts from the misleading statement you made [though you've said it's not important for you, so I don't see the point of bringing this point to light as you've seemingly made your stance]
993  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betnomi scam exit & past winners must be careful with Betnomi-branded wallets on: September 12, 2023, 03:26:54 PM
Betnomi returned, logged in account, edited trust list but did not answer any question from community to clean their case.

Be careful with your gift from Betnomi. You can save it as a collectible but to use it for storing your cryptocurrency, please don't take this risk.

I think it's been quite established that the ledger is not tampered? GazetaBitcoin GrizzlyBear had put an extensive effort to carefully dismantle that thing to help the community see what's inside of it, and it's pretty much the same as other ledgers, no evidence of it being tampered. Or do you have a proof that they're tampered? You recently dismantled one of your own from Betnomi, perhaps, and found something strange?
994  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits Scam Alert: Unveiling the Illusion of "The Most Rewarding Casino" on: September 11, 2023, 05:19:30 PM
OP, I didn't try to be condesending or downplaying your situation, I have read all of the current narrative here up to the post above me and I've thinking about the best way to approach this for few good hours. What I reached is, if I may ask, is it really worth your headache? To lay it out in the open, there is no scam action made by Duelbits, at least none so far. They didn't void your bets, or withheld your withdrawal, or block your account unilaterally without any prior offense, they didn't manipulate your game, or whatever scam action I can think of from my head. None.

As far as I understand [and again, I didn't try to downplay your situation here] you feel underappreciated by them because you spent so much and you received very little bonus/promo. I can understand that it feels very annoying and you expected something more, but it was their system that dictate the promo and bonus, and to be fair [although I can also understand if you didn't feel it as something "fair"] they compensated you with extra $50 when you complained that I assume was made as a show of good gesture and token of appreciation while they actually didn't have to. Again, is it really worth your headache and ruin your days?

Allow me to ask this:

Do they steal your funds? [not promo, not bonus, funds, as in the one you deposited]
Do they voided a legit bet for whatever reason?
Do they force you to do something that's against your wish?
Do they make it so difficult and damn near impossible for you to withdraw?

If none, wouldn't it be better to just withdraw everything you have in your account and leave them for good? Consider it their loss for losing one player with so much activities, and move to other casino. It'll save you from unnecessary headache and wasting more time.

Of course, this is just a suggestion. You're free to ignore it. And if you still want to continue to pursue this case [though so far, this is not a scam action as there's no scam being commited, so this thread is rather... out of place] I'll be more than happy to see it through. But I think my suggestion is worth considering... for the sake of every parties involved.

I just looked it up on polygonscan (thanks holydarkness, btw) and it says it has been confirmed like 12 hours ago. So, your problem is solved:
https://polygonscan.com/tx/0x89e88bbc01f5bbe347739b797b960b1b5df4922c86ccb09bcb212322eaf22ac3

I haven't played on Stake for a long time but I used to think withdrawals there are instant !

I can see that OP's last activity was yesterday, one day after the post above was made [thanks khaled0111 for keep tracking the tx]. OP, it will be very very nice of you if you could at least confirm if you have received the payment and clarify this situation and/or mark it as solved instead of going silence and leave us hanging here.

[though, unless OP said and prove otherwise, based on the tx status, I'll think it's safe to assume and consider that this case is solved]
996  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SPORTSBET.io falsely accuses me of multi-accounting, and REFUSES to pay my money on: September 11, 2023, 04:38:25 PM
finally they stealed my money, egaming curacao dont give me response.

In other words, they have concluded their investigation, reached a verdict, and made a decision that you're indeed double spending [and probably other violation found by sportsbet's security team], or were they simply still in the middle of their investigation, thus the silence, and you're running out of patience?

Do you mind to, perhaps, show us the last email they give and/or the last one you send?

You are not being ignored, as I've told you on your accusation thread and here earlier, they've give their willingness to escalate this issue to their licensor and will fully cooperate there, where every evidences can be given in confidence. You can refer to the recent posts in your thread [which I am sure you're aware of, as you can post another things after I updated you] if you want to move your case and get to the bottom of it as fast as it can.
998  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The story of Betnomi.com (Exit Scam) on: September 11, 2023, 11:10:24 AM
So, it means that they're still following what's going on here, but not planning to give any update about what's going on. It's nothing new to distrust users who left negative feedback on your profile, but I'm wondering why they added these few new names to their trust list?
[...]

I've been wondering about that for a while yesterday since I found out about their updated trust list, I initially thought they wanted to increase their trust rating [again, cosmetically] while simultaneously lowering their negative score. But it seems the ones they added to their trust list are not the ones who leave them a positive feedback, so adding them to their trust list won't do much to their rating, so I guess that's just to obscure what they did. They basically throw names to their trust lists so it'll look like they simply modifying their trust page to hide the fact of what they're actually trying to achieve.

BUT... another thing that crossed my mind is that a forum veteran like betnomi won't do such useless thing, they most likely familiar with how the trust feedback and trust list works. So... is it possible that there is a new admin in the house?

Really sad if this is their response to everything that is happening around them. I guess they thought that if they didn't see negative feedback because they added to their distrust list, the problem wouldn't exist.

Loyce has a very nice analogy for this [that I think I'll borrow from now on]

You did not seriously accuse Casino Guru's staff that overseeing your case as people under their payroll? Them too? First you accuse Stake due to the founder's father's record, and then motion sensor, missing bets [though it is actually archived], and now everybody that's contradict or at the very least question your narrative are on Stake's payroll? Including Casino Guru? At which stage of grief are you actually currently in?

I noticed that you've wear the correct avatar. Have you figured it out or is there other thing I can help you with? May I assume that your confusion is because your avatar on the profile page did not [at that time] change immediately although you've uploaded the correct avatar and the one on the "upload avatar page" shows what should be worn? If that's the case, rest assured that it's a normal situation, there is a slight delay for the new avatar to be applied to our profile. It can take mere minutes, sometimes hours.
