1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Rugby World Cup predictions on: July 19, 2019, 11:42:54 AM
I am not much of RUGBY fan, but with the little that I have set my eyes on, I think I am going to give it to new Zealand gain for their tremendous performance so far. I am not supporting them because they won the last game, but I have seen how string and fighter they are, I think they are not ready to let go off the wining soon and they might eventually still be the winner of this year’s game.

If we look at it clearly, I think new Zealand are still the master of this game, they must have been burn with it lol, and it is certain that they will still proof their loyalty to the cup this year again. Well, fingers crossed and I am watching to see if I will be right or not, because of new Zealand, I have to really watch the cup.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: July 12, 2019, 09:49:25 AM
The creation of blockchain came with possibilities and predictions of a future where intermediaries could be eliminated entirely. It is capable of executing millions of transactions within seconds at a lower transaction cost and requires no centralized authorization.

With the blockchain trend going on as strong as the moment, is it possible that blockchain will replace banks any time soon in the future?

More here: https://www.hb-wallet.com/post/2018/12/20/can-blockchain-replace-banks
There are some questions that doesn’t even need answers. Before asking this question did you ever take a minute to imagine what it’s going to look like if like such a thing happens? How possible do you even think it is? The only thing you should have said is that if there is any possibility that banks might decide to start making use of the Blockchain in processing transactions. There is the possibility for such to happen, and not the one of eliminating banks completely. That one is the one that is not going to happen, as much as some crazy enthusiasts would say that’s what they want.
3  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Binance the Best Exchange for Crypto trading? on: July 11, 2019, 11:37:54 AM
We cannot deny the fact that binance exchange site is being popular to the cryptoworld its being used by so many trader even me Im using this platform but personally not only binance exchange site is the best to trade. This is depend on the user if they want to use binance or other exchange site platform.
Yea, I know too that we have very reliable exchanges in the market, even if they are few, but people will always like to associate with the leader of them all, and when it comes to choosing an exchange, the first exchange that will come to anyone’s mind would be Binance exchange because of their popularity which is caused by their effectiveness and quality services they render, and except newbies who are not much well aware of the goings in the cryptocurrency world are the ones that would not prefer Binance first.

The only challenge that I have seen so far with Binance is their hacking issue in which they never envisage they could have such loop whole for a scammer to come in, and I am sure that scammer would have taken several years to really try hard before breaking in and not like they broke in that easily, but aside that, every other thing with them is better than other exchanges.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice Needed on: July 11, 2019, 11:01:33 AM
I am looking to build or create a token/coin in the future with the least amount of coding, programming etc etc and i would like to know the communities opinion into which platform i should look into for the best available product, also i would like to see some different real use cases, what a good total supply would be maybe some names etc etc... Let me know. Thanks
Considering everything you need to know, your token will simply be useless. Your idea will not be unique. I do not think that you will succeed, because the competition at the moment is great and continues to grow, or maybe you want to create something useful for society? Also unlikely, as well as the fact that you can make money from it.
This is exactly  how the devil’s voice sounds when he is trying to discourage people against doing what is right or trying their ability, because I do not see any reason why you have to discourage him or kill the project for him before arrival. If he does not try it, how would he ever know if it will be of interest for people or not, and don’t be surprise that these type of projects are what use to take the attention of people.

The only advice he needed was on which platform would be best for him to carry out his project but never asked you if he will fail or succeed. He has the ability to make it successful, and because there are competitors in the market should not stop him from having his own projects, he may do what will stand out amongst those competitors and topple them all.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins to buy during this bullrun? on: July 11, 2019, 09:53:16 AM
Here are a list of good ones that I found https://cryptotradernews.com/cryptocurrency/top-5-altcoins-to-buy-during-a-bull-run/

I'm not so sure about Raven tho...

thoughts?
Anyone that hasn’t invested their money Bitcoin till now is making one of the biggest mistake they are going to make this year. Bitcoin went down to the lowest price and then started going up and if I didn’t invest that early then I would be making a mistake (I’m happy I did invest) and the market has been doing well through out. Though it has been going up and down from $10,000 to $12000 recently, but I’m still okay with it cause I have achieved something already. The first thing I do is invest in Bitcoin then I can invest in other altcoins.
6  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Hotforex.com - Market Analysis and News. on: July 10, 2019, 07:44:11 AM
I don’t know if I’m the only one that does no longer have time for all these market analysis and the rest of them because I strongly believe that the price of Bitcoin is going up no matter what happens. This is no longer a new thing, lots of people already have it in mind that Bitcoin is going up this year… Well, even if it happens that the market doesn’t go up any longer, or reach the all time high price that people has predicting… I’m not really going to bother about it cause I’m still okay with what I have got to so far.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: technical analysis is enough to be successful in trading ???? on: July 10, 2019, 06:58:51 AM
I am trading from many years using technical analysis but technical analysis only is not enough , I am lacking something in my analysis and not having confidence in taking trades only based on technical analysis, I did ask many traders they say lot of factors like psychology, crowd behaviour , market sentiments , any experienced traders here know some other factors  please mention , and if  of you know  books where I can learn those  please mention book name            thanks
Technical analysis is good but not hundred percent what will make you win all the time. Yes it can be helpful cause there are times you will be able to get close to accurate prediction of what the market is going to be in future. But just because you know technical analysis doesn’t mean that you are now going to be winning every trade you put your money in. If it works like that, then there are lots of people that are very good in that and they should have become millionaires overnight. I don’t know if you do follow some predictions that some experts do, you will see that it is not always accurate. Most of the times they are wrong, and when it’s right, it’s not 100% right.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is parlay an effective betting strategy? on: July 09, 2019, 11:45:22 AM
I would say it is best to continue with the regular betting and avoid being part in something you can't really do. I know that most people would prefer that because I'd the huge reward, but you should also be aware that it is all gambling and your winning is not assured… You can still bet and lose huge amount. So when you're doing something that you're not hundred percent sure about, it's best to take it a step at a time instead of doing something that you are not sure and ending up losing too much to the extent it will affect you. So be very careful… Continue with the easy one.
9  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Blockchain and crypto books for crypto on: July 08, 2019, 09:19:56 AM
I noticed that (which is quite contradicting) it is hard to buy crypto and Blockchain books with actual crypto. Hence, I want to sell them for crypto.
Is there a demand for it?

Best,
Vince
Of course you can write books about cryptocurrency and sell them. I see a lot of books about cryptocurrency being sold online. The thing is that you will have to be promoting the books and letting people know about them… if not it might not even sell. Another thing that is very important is the topic you're writing about. If you're like those people that just copy what is already written online then you' will probably be wasting your time and nobody is going to be buying what they can find easily online and even learn it for free. You should try to write about something that they can't find, something that is very important and you know that people will be interested in reading and knowing about it. So that's all I can say. If you check purse.io you will see some crypto related books up for sell.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: The economic function of Bitcoin on: July 04, 2019, 10:15:29 AM
Bitcoins have different economic functions. It acts as a central bank. Bitcoins are known as fixed quantities as stocks have limited supplies. The rapid rise in prices has given us many different questions. What is the economic function of this algorithmic currency?

Exchange function of Bitcoin

Anyone with a bitcoin address can use bitcoin. It is impossible to know who controls each address. Therefore bitcoin must be freely exchanged. This means "sacrifice" that bitcoin has created. This free flow of capital can be from any source. This allowed the bitcoin to become worthless a few years ago.

When this currency is rising in value over time. This is due to the limited provision of bitcoins. While there is increasing demand for them. This is similar to how you bought Apple stock in 1980 during your IPO. You will have to pay $ 22 per share. Due to the limited supply of Apple shares and the increase in demand. Today it is valued at $ 520 per share

At present, Bitcoin is going down continuously, so is it a deflation?
Bitcoin has given people the freedom to do whatever they want without exposing their identity. Yes people say that the Blockchain is open and you can see everything, but the real truth is that you’re seeing nothing. You’re only seeing addresses showing how much that were transacted but you’re not seeing who made the transactions, you don’t even know their location not to talk of knowing who those people are. So this is not transparency in any way. Though I saw news recently that the government are going to make exchanges to start requiring ID from those exchanging up to $1000 worth of crypto, but I think this is only going to work if you’re using centralized exchanges.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we boycott the Facebook Coin (Project Libra)? on: July 03, 2019, 11:58:46 AM
You're right op… Facebook Libra is completely a different thing from what Satoshi has planned for cryptocurrency and it is completely different from what Bitcoin. I don't think this Libra coin is going to have any of these features that Bitcoin has, just like being anonymous… because it's possible that Facebook would want users to link their Facebook accounts to Libra wallet or something, so they will be having full information on most things the users will be doing. They are ready to do anything that will benefit their advert business. But till then… let's wait and see what it is going to be… I wish nobody would use that coin.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risks to consider before trading? on: July 02, 2019, 10:50:24 AM
Any other risks that I should be aware of before fully immersingm yself into trading crypto?

https://cryptotradernews.com/investing-trading/top-5-risks-to-consider-before-beginning-your-trading-career/

Let me know please, want to get as much help as possible!

Trading is not for everyone, but you can still try with some small and have the experience of how it works. But one thing I would like you to understand is that if it doesn't work out for you, just quit and look for something else to do, don't try to be stubborn. Before you try it, take out your time and learn everything about it before you then start. And like I said, when it's not working out for you, you should try to put your focus on other things that's going to work out. You can try long term investment and earn as the price of Bitcoin goes up.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doge coin is good or bad for investment ? on: June 26, 2019, 11:44:47 AM
hi friends now the current price of doge coin is very low and i want to invest in doge coin. So please i need your suggestion that i need to invest my money in this coin or not? And now the price of 1 doge is 31 sat please give me suggestion.

I think all these coins has something that makes then a lot different from each other. There are people who still believe that dogecoin is good. It seems to be coming back after a long time of sliding back. One thing I have noticed about dogecoin is that it is quite different and is not the type of coin that just pumps and dumps like that, instead it takes time to grow and when others are pumping like crazy, it doesn't follow that same route, it stays cool and when the market has gone to being stable that's when it starts its own growth. You should do more research and get to know about it before you go ahead to invest.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sell All Altcoins For Bitcoin? on: June 26, 2019, 11:12:43 AM
I would say that it depends on the coin you're investing in. This year most altcoins hasn't been doing quite alright, but Bitcoin has been increasing in price alongside a few other top altcoins like Ethereum. So it all depends on the coin that you bought, you should check and see whether that coin has any potential to grow and if you feel like it doesn't, then you should sell it and invest that money in Bitcoin and that would be the best thing to do since you know that Bitcoin is already doing alright. Although I don't know when Bitcoin is going to drop. Everything here is all about risk, but one thing I like about Bitcoin is that no matter how long it takes, it will always go back up and you will recover.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Does it helpful when blockchain integrated to government system? on: June 21, 2019, 08:32:55 AM
I think you spoiled everything by mentioning anonymity. If Bitcoin is going to make everything anonymous, then how does that make up for transparency as well? That means that everyone will be doing whatever they wish to do without being caught because they are anonymous. You will only be seeing their transactions recorded but you wouldn't know what was done or who was behind it, so that doesn't make any sense. But trust me, if the government decides to be part of this, you will not remain anonymous any longer and everything is going to change.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Issuing loans in Bitcoin, how we could do it on: June 21, 2019, 07:50:57 AM
I started to think about it. How a bank and folks could issue loans to people?

Currently, when you need to borrow money, your banker just edits your balance account and create money magically. You then pay back monthly.
Banks won't be able to do that with Bitcoin with its limited supply. You can't print bitcoins.

But now, between folks. Let's say I'm the banker and you're the customer looking to borrow money to buy a house. I can lend you the money but how to be sure you will pay me back with full interests? With banks, the solution is easy, the bank seizes the house and you can't do something. But the average Joe hasn't the same 'power' than a bank to collect a debt.
The way you just described, it' seems dumb. How old are you, 6? If you are an adult you wouldn't be saying that banks are creating money magically. When you take loans from banks, they are giving you the money from their own wallet and expecting you to pay it back within a giving time and also pay the interest. So the money is not being created magically and digits poured into your account balance. Even when you want to deposit money into your account, do you go there and tell them to create money magically? It's the money you give to them that is being kept and recorded for you.
17  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Stop loss feature in Exchanges on: June 19, 2019, 06:42:02 AM
Okay,  this feature can be found in forex and binary,  but does that mean that people are not losing when they trade forex and binary?  Nope, you will lose at sometimes. Well,  the good thing about stop loss is that it will minimize the losses that you should have encountered in the trade, and that's if you use it the right way. And stop loss can sometimes make you miss out on huge gains if you're not there to direct your trade once is stops. Your stop loss might be set at a small percentage and if you're trading a market that is highly volatile, price can drop and the stop loss will be executed, the next thing you know the price starts going up.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How has your experience been with Binance? on: October 06, 2018, 11:23:28 AM
Binance continues to increase its influence on the crypto market.

What is it working for you?
Any complaints?

From my own experience I believe that Binance is the best exchanger you find in the crypto market. And of course I do see a lot of people complaining about Binance and how they lose their money and all that and they also call it a scam, but to me that’s nonsense cause people always says that.

I don’t listen what people have to say this time around, as long as it’s working for me I’m staying with it for good. I have seen them complain about Bitfinex, Poloniex and every single exchanger there is, so if we keep on listening to them we won’t have any choice.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: October 02, 2018, 07:21:04 PM
I won't do that because it will leads to serious problem for my life and the online gambling can be done if I have to play and the anonimity of our rewards can be increase through bitcoin mixers but still I don't have that much intention to play so I can be able to control myself without gambling throughout my life.
Anyone who is even going against the law of gambling in their country and still do it anyway, to me, I would say such a person is gradually close to being an addict or already an addict without even knowing it. How on earth will I want to go ahead doing something that my government frowns at and going ahead anyway to do it can get me jailed or at least face the repercussion of breaking the law. As long as it is illegal, it is illegal, so you should know better to stay away from it in that aspect if you do not want to face the law.
20  Economy / Marketplace / Re: your own factors behind an investment on: October 01, 2018, 10:06:24 AM
maybe the factor that can make me believe with some of the existing projects is that I can read and see it from the whitepaper and after that look for certainty about the team behind the project in order to know that the person is genuine and not fake.
I am confident in the professional and well-known team in the cryptocurrency market. I believe that a good team of leaders will give the project a chance to thrive in the future because they have a lot of experience in the market.
Team is actually the first factor that any investor will definitely want to consider first. Humans are handling your money and not bots, and as long as that is applicable, you always want to be rest assured you are not putting it into the wrong hands or just some bunch of people that are looking to get rich off some people all in the name of trying to pitch some sort of cloned investment. As long as you have confidence with the team and you are able to verify them, it is always the best way to go.
