I have used BITCOIN FOG before. . . . all okay. But yesterday I have put a lot of coins over there . . . . .still nothing/no cleans coins received!

I have sent several times a mail to support and there is no answer.

the coins appear still on the account but somehow no cleaning/mixing in progress
