881  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is a game you would like to see in an online crypto casino? on: October 08, 2022, 09:27:45 PM
My favourite games I play in most time to pass time are Chicken Invaders , Killer Bin, Zuma etc. If these games can be added to the online casino mostly Chicken Invaders I will love to play it either for leisure time or for otherwise.

This were actually a good collection and I can remember playing zuma adventure on countless occasions, it surprise me not seing games like that been added to casino list, but the three suggested games could be interesting ones I'd love to see them as well enlisted, we do play zuma right from the mobile phone some times back while chicken invaders on the computer system using mouse function or keyboard, a good numbers of gambler could remember playing them right from the childhood days.
^Oh Zuma games, I missed this game and I remember this during my childhood.
But how this game becomes gambling, I don't have an idea how to use it in gambling which is for me, it is a game only.
Old-time games are pretty good until now, Chicken Invader also sounds interesting to me which is can be used in gambling, I read articles that there is a gambling casino using this game but I don't here if there is someone, hopefully, there is.
882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why BTC can not zero at present time on: October 08, 2022, 09:21:59 PM
Please briefly explain, why BTC can not be zero at present time?

Although technically the value of a bitcoin can go to zero, there are several reasons why that's not likely to happen. To start with, it would be incredibly unlikely for the entire market to become worthless overnight. There's no single entity that controls the market, and there are over a hundred million active users in the 'market' at any one time. Therefore, in order for Bitcoin to be worth 0 at this point in time, there would have to be no active users on the market who would want to buy it. That's pretty hard to imagine, don't you think?

^Definitely right, probably if no one cannot access BTC and no one can use it it will probably become zero, with no transactions moving including miners. But that is impossible to happen. BTC has been there around and very few people use it, miners move transactions to have a reward, it is a cycle that BTC will move and have a transaction which is why the zero worth is impossible.
That is technically what we called the demand and supply, everything relies on the demand and supply which makes BTC becomes valuable.
883  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DONT GIVE ME FISH on: October 08, 2022, 09:15:23 PM
I am curious about higher returns on trade. I have heard about leverage and actually checked on YouTube for better explanation. I want to know how it works! I believe better explanation will be from those who have actually used it in their trade. Please!

If you're just a newbie in crypto, I suggest that you stay away from leverage trading since it's very risky. It is true that it can give you huge amount of gains but its risk is also huge as well. You can easily lose all of your money in doing it when you're not knowledgeable. Even if you're equipped with some knowledge, the volatility of the crypto market can still liquidate your capital in an instant.
^It seems like gambling your money that puts a high risk or looking a high odds for a high reward.
That is exactly what I am going to say, never put your money in high-risk leverage trading because it will not have a 100% guarantee that you will earn profit. But I don't understand people that keep doing leverage trading and hoping that they will become instant millionaires on it. Though that is not bad to try but at least you must have a knowledge first on how to manage your fund.
884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Funny way to Describe Bull and Bear Market on: October 08, 2022, 08:11:49 PM
Bull Market is where people buy at the top while bear market is where people sell at loss.
Meanwhile, Everything is casued by Fear and greed.
~snip~
^Because they are newbies, probably.
Those people who did not understand how to deal with the crypto market will probably be losing their money in that way. Because at the first place they invested because they heard about some profit but did not know how it will work, these are very common problems with young investors, if they come here and visit the forum, it will surely give them knowledge and idea that holding in a long term is the best option that in a short term.
However, greed and fear are pretty normal but you won't feel all of these if you are knowledgeable enough.
885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My worst day in gambling on: October 08, 2022, 08:01:41 PM
At times I wonder how do you college students gets to o that. You know, to use your tuition fees and maybe rent to gamble when you know that, its a high stake probability and you could lose all without being compensated for it but still, you guys get to go ahead with the risk. That's so not me and gambling rules disapproves.

Anyone who could do that, I mean gamble with their school fees would be someone who joked with their studies. It is an exposed and unnecessary risk, except the person has hope of where to get a replacement if it goes wrong. The little time I gambled in school, I was too scared to go close to my school fees. No one should do that because it can destroy the person's education. What stories are you going to tell your parents to cover it up.

Depends on the person if you ask me because I was at that situation years ago when I was still in a college. I did gamble my study fee and I know it was wrong but it does not mean that I was joking with my study proven by my graduation at the right time. I did gamble my study fee because I knew that I'll have some money later from my side job (I had a side job when I was college student) so I did not really worry of losing. However I have to say that it was stupid decision to gamble the money I should use to pay my study.
^At that time, during my college days I did not gamble or did not learn gambling like playing poker, baccarat, or any card-related games.
So thinking to gamble your school fees is really insane even though you have a backup fund but I think you cannot cover them all alone, that is why gambling at that was not in my mind.
Definitely right, that was a stupid decision but if you come up with that situation never joke about your study because if you really want to, there are too many ways to have a solution to your problem regarding financial but think about it before doing it.
886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why 95% online Gambling websites are Scam? on: October 08, 2022, 07:52:09 PM
I have doubt OP said he lost $2000 gambling on a gambling site called Bitsler.com. I just wanted to say since you bet there you can lose. There is no fault of that particular gambling site. Why are you blaming that site? You needed to think about this when you were gambling. On the other hand casino sites are now very competitive and they always try to give maximum advantages to their clients. If you see any inconsistency then of course you can disclose it but I think it is reasonable to disclose it with enough evidence.
^So it means if OP will lose in offline gambling casinos, it will probably call it a scam too?
People need to understand that gambling is not good for having a source of income, it should be for fun and only gamble the amount that you can afford to lose, that is it. You are calling them a scam now because you lose in gambling? The fact that you can never defeat the house edge as always and if a gambling business industry is not that profitable you think those gambling casinos will exist? Just think about it before blaming them.
887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: THE ARMOR : New crypto crash game. on: October 08, 2022, 07:30:42 PM
I don't know if you are the owner of that casino but too be honest it's a bad way to introduce a casino on this forum. If you are trying to promote or gather gamblers here, I'm sure on the way you introduce, no one will have the guts to play given that it's a new site, there's not much information and there's are other casino on competition on crash game. Though I like the design of the casino, it's pretty cool.
^There should be an announcement thread and this is not an appropriate way of introducing a casino, it is good if OP will come back and make an official announcement thread for this. Because here in the forum, it is a battle of the competition, marketing should be the priority in order to compete with others and can lure many gamblers to visit your site and stay. However, regarding the website interface, it is good and user's friendly, I hope soon your company name will be popular here in the forum.
888  Economy / Gambling / Re: FortuneJack experience so far so good but I have a few questions on: October 08, 2022, 07:04:43 PM
I have been disbursing more time on FortuneJack this days since it's been suggested to me on this forum but a question pop up in my head today and I think its better to ask, (1) Binance exchange has collateral fund in case any hack takes place or users lose funds, is there any gambling website that has the same just in case? (2) is there any gambling website that got hacked and reimbursed their users in the past and they still functioning till date?.
^It depend on the gambling casino in the end, I saw a few casinos send a refund to their users right after they are closing in their business.
But it is different from what you have said the same on Binance, and I don't know if Binance either if there is truly a reimbursement fund that will get hacked or if that is only their marketing strategy to lure people to use their site. For me, there is no such website that has a truly reimbursement fund even Binance cannot provide evidence that they are holding that fund. So I think just gamble only at reputable gambling casinos.
889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lack of bug bounties from gambling platforms on: October 07, 2022, 10:45:09 PM
There are two possibilities for this, the first one is that there is in fact bug bounties in some of the casinos but those are not public and you need to be invited directly by the ones in charge of the code and the security of the casino in question, the second possibility is that as you state some casinos do not care about this and they are not testing the security of their website as well as they should, however if you find a vulnerability you may report it and try to negotiate a fee for your efforts in finding that bug and other bugs you may find in the future.
Exactly, because every casino will increase the security of access from hackers so the 2 possibilities you mentioned are how the casino accepts developer services for privacy and security factors. Usually there is a special page for the bug bounty campaign so that anyone who finds a bug can submit it on the form provided, then if the bug report is valid and includes a high level of security will be paid high by the casino platform.
^But, why this is very rare now, what I mean is why most casinos did not run a bug bounty campaign.
I know it will add their cost but I think this is a proper way to know publicly the bug and their developer can quickly resolve it.
I think the best way in a new gambling casino is while having a signature campaign they also conduct a bug bounty campaign so that it will give boost to their improvement and progress.
890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Terra still pumping !?! on: October 07, 2022, 10:08:24 PM
This is a coin from which it is better to stay away, while supposedly its market cap is still big enough to place it in the 33rd place we know what has happened during the last 6 months, the collapse it suffered, and how their developers are now wanted by the authorities of south korea, so in my mind it is just a matter of time before we see this coin completely collapsing, and as such there is not too much of a point in trading such a coin, as you do not know if you will be one of the unfortunate people which will end up holding useless coins in your wallet
We should avoid coins and it is better that you ignore the luna coin list, because some of the current backgrounds do not support investing in luna coins because whales can sell their luna coins buying luna coins at the lowest price. I advise you to get out of interest in investing in Luna because of the fact that critical reporting if DK is arrested will have a very significant decrease and you will be the next investment victim.
^ Because there are too many greedy people who support terra which is considered whales.
Once all of these people will sell and dumped terra, this coin becomes shitcoin and those poor investors who did not know what happen might be a victim to them. Considering there will be a pump and dump and this project is very risky if you will include the list. I don't know when it comes to the utility of this project (LUNA) if worth it in the long run.
891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Happens to Our Bitcoin and Other Assets If We Die? on: October 07, 2022, 09:57:49 PM
If we die and still have some bitcoins all we have to do is give the private key to a trusted person like our family, wife or children. I once had the experience of losing 1 btc in 2015 just because I forgot to back up the private key and it hurts when you look at the current bitcoin price. So even if you feel lost, you better give it to your trusted person, maybe it will be more useful.
^But the fact is it is hard to trust someone.
I will instead hire a lawyer maybe that holds the key to my safety vault which is where my private key and other valuable things are stored.
When the time comes I will pass away, my lawyer will get those and my heir will surely get my belongings including BTC.
However, we are not alone, there are too many people out there whose BTC has been stuck forever in their wallet because it cannot be recovered due to an unfound private key which is very sad.
892  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading indicators on: October 07, 2022, 09:50:36 PM
Hey all,

Let's use the wisdom of the crowd.

What's the top 3 trading indicators you are using

I'll summarize the results in the end

Let's go!
^In my own, RSI and MACD are pretty common indicators that I used even with my friends in trading.
In my case, when the MACD line met the signal line side on the top that is my indicator that there is a bullish signal, determining the market is good and the color is green. I am sticking to on one trading indicator and never using another one because I know it will be hard for them to mix up.
893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lack of bug bounties from gambling platforms on: October 06, 2022, 10:34:22 PM
Why aren't gambling websites using bug bounties to test-run their platform security? I haven't seen any gambling platform doing this, maybe that's why most gambling websites became prone to hacking? If I am wrong what gambling project do you think have the most secured system?, peace.
The site knows how introduce their site and considering to host a bug bounty can also a good one but since it's not mandatory, many site don't have this kind of bounty. There might be a different interpretation when it comes to bug bounties, maybe for them you are just letting gamblers to see the problem with your site which can discourage many gamblers to try the site. Also, just like what the other said here they have the team to handle this, they are being paid for that so for sure they work better as a team.
^ Probably because that is an additional cost to them, they cannot afford to run a bounty campaign to hunt bugs but I remember before there are few gambling casinos doing this and one of them was FortuneJack which was given a link on the first page. That is right, this is not necessary for them and probably instead of doing this they have their own developer who fixes those system errors but the disadvantage is when it is already exploited by the users. However, regarding the question, of whether there is a secure gambling casino, they are not all secure but it depends on their reputation.
894  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits limit my betting limits (Becausue I consistenly winning) on: October 06, 2022, 10:20:47 PM
it is difficult to determine the reason for the limit. for example in my country bet365 is mainly used.people there have at least 10 accounts and, for example, after some questionable match, some get a limit, others don't. for example, if someone plays the bet in 5 accounts, in 2 there is a limit, the others don't.
Why there’s a need to have a lot of account? Is that allowed on that site or just doing this and trying to avoid the terms and conditions? Well, being restricted tells a lot with your gambling activities. Duelbits usually do this to new gamblers who already won a lot with their bets or doing this with a possible fraud account, to know the exact details better to ask the support and a possible reason to removed the lower limit.
^I can't imagine now how you can handle those 10 accounts and also how you can deposit them all or just abuse the bonus if that is your purpose.
Creating a bunch of multiple accounts was depend on the ToS of the gambling casino, we should read it first if the casino allows users more than one account. There is no point in making a lot of accounts if you are looking to have fun and probably duelbits are very strict on this and to reach out to their support is the best thing to do.
895  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Parents And Their Children In Gambling.. on: October 06, 2022, 09:53:05 PM
The best way to teach,is living by example i.e the way you do things matters a lot in your life because your kids are always there to watch what you are doing,to them they will believe that it is right. Jordan put his son Marcus into that lavishing lifestyle because his son is imitating his father. Marcus might think it is the right thing he is doing. I will want my child not to even gamble at all so I will encourage him not the risk in gambling by using myself as a case study to him.
^This is how the way responsible parenting is.
I like the Chinese culture, and the way they teach their child, they teach them to be independent at a young age and have a mindset of being a businessman in the future. That is right, usually, our child imitates on us what they saw. It is expected that it was the same scenario with Marcus the son of Michael Jordan, from the start he spoiled it in a bad habit and tolerate it even though they know it is wrong because they thought they have a lot of money as long as their son were happy of what he did.
896  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does betting on exhibition matches even work? on: October 05, 2022, 10:51:02 PM
None of these fights are sanctioned, there's no official scoring or winner. So my question is: How is it even possible to place bets on such fights if no official winner is announced?

I would bet on Floyd winning every single one of these but then again, how does this even work if no scoring is done?
Exhibition fight in boxing and some other sport are not real fight. It is a non-profit fight, participants normally fight in less rounds, like up to three, the kind of gloves the boxers wear are not delivering much punches like the ones worn during real boxing fight. Let us see it just like friendly matches in football. There are some sportbooks that do not include such matches, they prefer real boxing matches, but some sportbooks include it. This is never a match I can go for though.
^ As a bettor, I will never place a bet if the sportsbook includes the exhibition match. Because that is too complicated to bet since we don't know how the match going on or probably it is a fixed match that they already know who is the winner. They don't have a position or rank to depend on, it is pure entertainment and I think betting on them is not a good idea. That is why they called it an exhibition match because of the entertainment purpose.
897  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits limit my betting limits (Becausue I consistenly winning) on: October 04, 2022, 10:06:44 PM
judging by his previous post, he started playing here yesterday. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5415669.msg61052266#msg61052266 among other things, it's his thread in scam accusation where he complained about the problem with Bitstarz casino.
personally, now I'm a little suspicious of the complete legality of his participation in these casinos. I don't think $300 or $500 is worth the reputation risk for casinos like Duelbits or even Bitstarz.
This could be the precautionary measure of Duelbits since the account is still new and winning that much easily can be a more suspicious transaction. For sure Duelbits have their own rules with regards to this one, though it’s also good to inform the gambler the reason why they are limiting the bet amount to avoid any issues like this, OP should also communicate with them.
^ Every betting site has its own limits and I think that is natural that there is an amount limit.
We know how reputable Duelbits is and I think in a few bucks of dollars they will destroy it easily, I think they will not.
However, if OP can provide further evidence against this to stand that Duelbits putting a low limit on his own account and different from others it should be a red flag to them but I think this is not true.
898  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you use crypto trading robots? on: October 01, 2022, 09:43:24 PM
Trading bots can be beneficial if you cannot manage your trades full-time and just need some autopiloting system that still follows your rules when it comes to decision-making. Be warned though that these trading bots, while they work and help you execute trades while you're away, can still commit some errors that can cause you money. You shouldn't rely on them 100% IMO. Trading bots aren't made for passive income, it's made to execute trades on your behalf following your line of thinking. It's still controlled by you, and the commands you issue will also be the things that it will do in order to satisfy the trade.
^Definitely right.
I don't know why people think that the automated trading bots made them a passive income which I think is only a tool that can be used in trading while you are away. The automated trading bot will not work without your proper command so if you don't have knowledge of trading, your bot is nothing.
On my own, I don't see any benefit of these automated trading bots, it is just wasting of money and additional cost which is it is good if you will put on your capital. If you are far away why not have a break in trading or spot trading much better for those traders who don't have enough time.
899  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Isn't Bitcoin Going Lower? on: October 01, 2022, 09:37:16 PM
where people sell their bitcoins that's where microstrategy will buy it from their hands, as long as it's under $20k saylor will continue to buy it and he believes in the future of bitcoin, so people who throw it cheap today may not understand the future so they choose to sell cheap and suffered a loss, the price continued to swing at $19k and $20k occasionally below $19k then pushed up again, that's what happened where many sellers threw cheap prices that's where big investors came to buy it, don't ask again why bitcoin didn't go down look at this already down more than 50% of the Bitcoin ATH price
^BTC price was struggled so much these days because of the weak hands selling their BTC at the lower price.
It will prolong since there are a lot of people who keep doing this, they are not long-term holders, they are preferred to earn in a short period of time which is most of them are looking the profit, not as an investment for a long period of time. Those people who believe that BTC has a bright future will receive a better reward at the end of the day. It is proven that BTC prices will always have an ATH, think about this OP.
900  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Woman Abandons 4-year-old Child In Gambling Shop As Collateral After Huge Losses on: October 01, 2022, 09:31:43 PM
Yes women don’t gamble as much as men which makes me wonder what desperate condition the lady must have found herself in. Like I said before, I don’t believe this is case of addiction. Unwanted babies are dropped at orphanages and doorsteps of churches everyday all over the world. There is still a lot of information missing from the story, where’s the father? Why has no one come to claim the child? Is the bet shop demanding for their money before releasing the child to his/her guardians.
The news is surprising, probably the woman is not longer with her husband, maybe they divorced or the husband is dead, because if the woman is with her husband then definitely the husband will ask for his son that's why I believe the woman might not be with her husband any longer. But what will those gambling shop do with the child? It's kind of funny will they continue keeping the child if anybody those not come for him? That's kind of funny, but like I said the woman should be arrested and the child should be collected from her and be taken to a orphanage house  I think he will be safe their because am sure something is wrong with the woman, she should be taken to Psychiatric hospital, maybe she is not mentally okay.
^One thing that comes up in my mind is the part that I bolded above and I am sure she is not mentally okay or being depressed about gambling.
There are a lot of people losing their minds because of gambling, because of the huge loss they cannot accept it and cannot move on. People like this should be in the rehabilitation center for further health assessment. A poor young child who has been the victim here, irresponsible parenting should have a sentence and could be in jail. That is why we should not chase losses in gambling and whatever happen don't let the urge in gambling eat your mind, you should always discipline yourself.
