41  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Did Quickseller or marcotheminer frame ndnhc? If not, who did? on: June 01, 2015, 02:28:43 AM
I already checked out question2, didn't find anything conclusive. Using Tor, and not enough data to use other methods.

Did we check into why Quickseller was so unbelievable fast to falsely accuse a reputable member of the forums?

Will the mods/admins investigate the accusations leveled at Quickseller or Marcotheminer?

Any sanctions if either / both set up this frame job?
42  Other / Meta / Re: Who is the little bitch who added that POS Quickseller to default trust again? on: May 31, 2015, 05:19:06 PM
Quickseller was removed from the default trust after receiving numerous valid accusations of leaving inaccurate feedback. Him going on huge rants to defend unreasonable decisions only made things worse and created a lot of drama in the forum. Sure whatever, he spends half his day here and negs people that are likely scammer. But he has proven to be extremely irresponsible when in the default trust.

I really can't get why Tomatocage thinks that keeping Quickseller in default trust is a good idea. I know that there was a deal between Quickseller and him going on, but if it's just for trusting him personally, he also has to consider that by adding him in his trust list he puts him in default trust again. A list from wich Quickseller was removed for causing chaos because of his irresponsible actions.

Again true why would this not be a concern of Tomatocage?

It makes little sense to keeping this guy on any Default list it is just thread after thread of complaints and just look at the recent bullshit claim he just made this weekend. Run a person through the mud without even talking to the guy? Hey Techshare you watching this or are you still hung up on Vod?
43  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ndnhc is an extortionist on: May 31, 2015, 05:00:19 PM
-snip-
It [Vod's feedback] is still there.

Dont worry, Ill add a counter rating until Vod has time to read up on the thread. It should put ndnhc into black.

Thanks. Smiley
That was very kind of you. Cheesy

Hope Vod won't be ignoring PMs instead..

I'll email him. Looks like he will have intermittent access to the net coming soon.

Are you serious? Well... thanks Cheesy Cheesy

Ya done. Hope he checks in. No problem seems fair given your long list of POSITIVE feedback with relatively ZERO issues you shouldn't have been immediately assumed to be guilty like that by these people. Hope you regain your reputation. Quickseller needs to be removed from any Default trust and here is hoping Tomatocage does the right thing and just removes him. These sorts of things should not be happening and it is all caused by people not giving established members adequate respect given your history it is pure bullshit this happened.

45  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: WHAT IS PICISI ? Find out at http://picisi.com on: May 31, 2015, 02:57:18 PM
Nope.

I don't think people with ethics are going to bother applying to this "organization" led by a potential fraud. You have noticed 2 things I have noticed right?

1. Armis completely ignores and makes no denial or remarks about the past fraud of thousands of dollars.
2. Armis is unwilling to identify himself and provide a reasonable profile that others can then vette to make sure he has the required experience to run such an "organization".

You are missing the point. The idea that exposure be it negative even is good for business is pure shite.

Anyone willing to sink "money" into this knowing that this guy has shown to scam in a similar way or FAILED miserably to do a similar campaign in the past is just not thinking clearly.

There is no upside to "investing" with this "organization" it has ZERO media weight to it. It is just a guy on his laptop trying to get people to chuck a few bucks in so he can then build what? Some phenomenal promotional entity? Really what experience does this guy have beside past failure? You trust someone who will not identify himself to anyone? Wow. Just WOW!

I placed red hash mark in the code of the above post to reveal Vod's deception, notice that Vod uses an impostor account, to promote a impostor site, by embedding the impostor site in a link that gives the reader the false first impression that the site belongs to PICISI when it actually doesn't.  And he's doing that in an true PICISI thread.

Vod clearly has a major personal issue how else can one explain why he would spend numerous hours writing over 60 posts about PICISI, starting at least 3 threads about it, invading 3 PICISI sponsor threads, created at least 3 impostor BCT usernames (official PICISI ,  Offical PICISI , and Pickissy), and presumably bought a "logo" for his smear campaign as well as a domain name to house his nonsense?

Vod came to a true PICISI thread with multiple falsehoods, I've done my best to uncover them so that you could see his trickery.

Vod's actions are creating a roadmap for wrongful behavior, I've complained to BCT administrators about Vod's behavior, so its on them to determine if Vod should remain unrestrained with their blessings or be rightly disciplined for cause.

No impostor account, no impostor site.  I am linking the word PICISI to the site it belongs to.  It's good for SEO.

I told you a month ago I was launching the PICISI site and you were OK with it.  STOP YOUR CRYING and get over your major personal issues.

Join us at the official PICISI site - launching this week!   Smiley

You are doing a superb job with helping advertise Armis's project. You fail to realize that by doing your childish actions you only make yourself look like a fool and are helping him bring attention to the project.

Your stupidity at this point has become humorous.

First the lava lamp miner... now wifi switch.  OgNasty what is your next invention? Smiley

While these "inventions" are cute, they pale in comparison to the NastyFans Minted Seats in my opinion.

What is that you say? NastFans Minted Seats you say?

You deserve a few plugs for the Lava Lamp idea.

Oh how easily this gets resolved.

Well after that little foray into lynch mode might be time for Tomatocage to remove QS right?

Does this guy even ask people via PM first or does he always accuse and post DEFINITIVE negative rep before he even gives people a chance to respond?
49  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Did Quickseller or marcotheminer frame ndnhc? on: May 31, 2015, 12:52:28 PM
Interesting read,it did cross my mind as a possibility also, however highly unlikely that anything can be proven, it's all insinuations.
Too bad we dont have the ability to track login IP's to clear things up a bit.

That likely wouldn't sort the situation either. If it was one of the three I'm sure they'd be wise enough to use tor or not their normal IP. Since QS has removed the feedback and I'm sure vod will to I think this should just be marked as inconclusive but there's definitly not enough evidence to pin any wrong doing on anyone in my opinion.

I think you might be right that we should draw this as inconclusive. I never claimed my evidence was good, I just think it is something that should definitely be considered due to strange implications. So there ya go.

This 360 second posting timer is such a pain.

Maybe you should use your main account or are you worried by/of something?

Maybe Quickseller should identify himself first? Might shed light on the whole thing.
50  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: JOSHUA ZIPKINS THE MAN WHO DDOS'd BTCTALK!!!! on: May 31, 2015, 03:23:43 AM
In what comes as no surprise to me the letter containing an order from the judge that has been sent to zipkin has been returned a 4th time. This was even after he provided an updated address.

I'd like to see him get hit with contempt of court. Even if it's civil contempt he could be placed in jail for the remainder of the trial. And since he seems to have no intention to responding to the court on schedule if at all. I think jailing him during the proceedings is fitting because it ensures he is present.

Which goes to a level of willing to Fook with forum as he just seems to ignore any legal requirements. Nothing to lose right? Someone needs to track his whereabouts and I would suggest getting on Marto74 tail. He is likely hanging out with scam buddy. Maybe he roped Marto into this hack as well.

52  Economy / Services / Re: Tomatocage if you remove Quickseller from your Trust I will pay you 2 BTC on: May 30, 2015, 08:15:19 PM
We can use an escrow to do this. Escrow will be funded BEFORE trust removal.

Fitting as you all hate me over 2 BTC I'll do 2 BTC. You could keep it tomatocage or pay back Bigbitz since you always personally have believed I owe him or something. Anyways I want Quickseller off default trust. Badly.

Payment will be released after 180 days of him being removed from your trust AND Quickseller NOT being on default trust from anyone else to prevent any "tricks" or "loopholes". Also, you are not allowed to add anyone else to your default trust list to prevent you adding one of Quickseller's alts back to default trust.

Let me know.

Who knows all QS alts?

Better yet who is Quickseller in real life?

[Update - 31 May 2015]
Looks like Thomas_s of Oregon Mines lock the thread. Go figure.

did thomas actually go to oregon mines too, as well as Carson?

Which Thomas?

Thomas Thurber or thomas_s?

Are they the same people? I have the sneaking suspicion that they are... given what you see post wise and what you see LOCKING thread wise. I suppose if thomas_s came here to clarify that be great right? I bet he won't.

Got to remember that these people at Oregon Mines love to hide identities and cover up who is working for them.

Anyone know the actual full name of Thomas S?

Can any identify these people from a mug shot?

55  Other / Meta / Re: Who is the little bitch who added that POS Quickseller to default trust again? on: May 30, 2015, 05:35:17 PM

The point I'm trying to make is that Quickseller isn't mature or someone who can handle himself in a neutral position with default trust. He has side interests that interfere with his ability and also motivation to leave trust.

Logical and plenty of evidence to support that assessment.

Wonder why it is not a concern for Tomatocage?
56  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ume Sent a message for Begging before selling me this account on: May 30, 2015, 04:57:45 PM
Hmm its true, i see master confirmed it so it would be logical for tbz to delete his neg trust. Anyways i dont think begging on pm once should be considered to require a red trust, i guess if he did it repeatedly then yes but only once? I mean he didnt scam anyone.

But a scam accusation against ume is a weird thing aswell, he didnt scam no one but i get your point.

Actually my last accusation against him was giving himself positive trust from his alt account. But even then he got no negative trust. Yeah Begging shouldn't mean a negative trust, but if its on me for not doing anything, then it should be on him as he is the main culprit behind it. But again we have everyone jumping over ndhnc and not caring about things like these.

~TheButterZone on my trust list... now  you are +10 to me Twipple. Keep fighting the good fight.

Seems like there is a nice little group running roughshod over a lot of people here.

KWH - Asshole and untrustworthy who supports Dogie VAT fraud..
Quickseller - Asshole and untrustworthy anonymous escrow who supports Dogie VAT fraud.

Funny how the same people seem to circle up and pick on people.

Why are the Mods not looking into this sort of thing?
57  Other / Meta / Re: Nominate (insert name here) to the default trust list on: May 30, 2015, 04:44:10 PM
This.

If someone were to make a baseless accusation then you will not be taken seriously. There are also no baseless accusations that have been made by people on default trust that I can think of off the top of my head (although there are several instances where negative trust was given for inappropriate reasons).

Funny. You made a baseless accusation about me. You are then deemed not to be taken seriously. Good. I am happy that is clear now.

An anonymous person who has never met me. Done business with me gets to judge me and call me an extortionist?

Really?

I think that is a joke considering I have held over $80,000 USD in escrow for others and returned it when the AVALON chips never shipped. I am an extortionist. Well welcome to the wonderful world of Quickseller justice. How wonderful to be you. What a fooking hypocrite and he gets on a default list are you kidding me.

Agreed dump the default list let it be up to the users to decide who they want to add or not. It is a farce with people like this running around protecting Dogie a known VAT fraud pretending to do what is best for the community while turning a blind eye on his BULLSHIT.

58  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: What hardware to buy with $500K. Can you get 16NM or 20NM ASICs? on: May 30, 2015, 04:34:34 PM
Mining speculation or I WANT TO BUY XXX$ worth of miners? Really?

Wrong section.

This topic has been moved to Mining speculation will be the next move for this thread one can only hope.
59  Other / Meta / Re: Nominate (insert name here) to the default trust list on: May 30, 2015, 11:10:45 AM
I believe there is a thread for that Diamond.

Been plenty of suggestions made.

For me my suggestions would be made there not off topic here.

NO ONE.

Dump the default. Let the community set the list.

And how do you propose we deal with shills?

That's the problem. You can scream for justice and total decentralization but at the end of the day it's extremely hard to properly implement. I haven't really seen an idea that would actually work better than DefaultTrust in implementation, so really it's either DefaultTrust or allow all members above a certain rank to give trusted feedback.

Holy fook? How do you deal with them now?

Let them get on the default trust I guess?

Name all the anonymous members on the Default Trust list please. Are you 100% sure the default list is free of people you wouldn't trust? See Quickseller as an example.

Oh no, I'm not saying DefaultTrust doesn't have corrupt people who use it for their own benefit. I'm very aware of that and I've seen it be used quite heavily as a tool to manipulate and advance personal interests.

But what's the best alternative?
