Those company your friend's saying isn't related to bitcoin, they just use bitcoin as a hype as you said that you're going to be paid via bitcoin yet it was converted to usd, and then scammed its users. Just like a typical mlm who accepted bitcoin as payment then boom, disappears after some time.


Watching ads and getting paid is pretty common ways of earning before, yet you can't earn a dollar or 2 in just a day, not unless the platform ables you to watch ads on multiple tabs which mostly isn't allowed, and it's a waste of time just like faucets nowadays.

You could somehow put some source(s) of the news if it's available on your country's media outlet's website, coz the way of how the scam happens is confusing to us who just read your statement.

While there are lots of pros of buying/selling to p2p but the cons are still there since the money/fiat used to buy can be reverse depends on what method they use but the bitcoin/crypto sent cannot be reverse. That's why its more safety to buy/sell to the one you knew.

But buying/selling on cex, has more pros too in terms of ease of use and convenience, but in return you need to give you personal information which is kinda cons too.

What do you think about a successful country? El salvador's main purpose is to encourage and expect of increase in remittances from overseas. Since remittance in el salvador has huge portion of its gdp, it will have a positive significant effect after accepting bitcoin. And you should not expect they will become rich by accepting bitcoin in just a year or two for remittance purpose. If that's what you're waiting then you will probably wait longer than 3 years before you invest on such promising asset.

Business owners really doesn't want to see things like corruption on their own facility/scope, that's why there are some rules to follow, but that won't stop like that, these happens in almost all kind of industry, and it's difficult to tackle especially if the one who's behind the schemes are just the workers or the top officials/members.
Corruption in sports might happen on lower levels, or even on national levels too but international level is different, it might have some but can be counted.

I remember many of our classmates do gambling in the high school ages, doing bets from animals/insects, coins to card type of game/gambling, though the bets are not that much maybe a dollar to $2 but it still gambling though.

There is one before but an unofficial one, due to security reasons people discourage to use it. There are temporary solutions made like the addons (link above) but actually zooming and zooming out is the only solutions on that while using mobile device.

You can check and try mycelium mobile wallet, I'm using its android version and it has signed message feature, I'm sure ios version have this feature too as they continue developing the ios version recently.

Lightlord rarely responds on such thread like this as the case is common, and could be resolve after several days (idk the exact reason though), even on some scam accusation threads he rarely responds as well. But the good thing is most of this reports/cases/problems regarding withdrawals/payments are resolved, but on much longer time.

What you should do now is to make sure that your password is strong enough to avoid getting hacked again and follow all necessary things to make your account secured.

I understand the uneasiness coz obviously that's not just a small amount. But for this time you should be at least wait for them even just for monday or so, and now if they don't still fix this issue for a certain time, you can take this to legal procedures assuming crypto is not illegal on your country since its not that small amount afterall.

Assuming that they are only working on week days, since its weekends maybe you can wait til monday for them to respond to your concern. And decide if they really are scam. Though there are lots of scam accusation against changenow, may be your issue is different since they told you that they will fix it.

Basically, it's on what country where you base for your business if you want to get a business license together with the gambling license.
